We absolutely loved our stay in Oceanvillas in Coral Estates. The home was fabulous. As soon as you open the expansive front door, you felt like you are in the Caribbean Sea. The view is insane! The sunsets are spectacular. We are a family of five and my adult children (early 20s) thought it was perfect. We spent our days visiting local beaches and returned for “happy hour” to lounge by the pool and relax. The house has everything you need to feel at home. We brought groceries in from a local market but mostly ventured to different restaurants. The two restaurants in Coral Estates are great and the bakery was a hit with my kids in the morning. This house is an excellent choice. Read every bit of the house description. The house is rented so there are some minor cosmetic flaws but nothing that takes away from the beauty of the home and the VIEW! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. You helped make our Christmas vacation a special one! Also, we did not have any issues with mosquitoes.

The villa was spacious and clean and the view was spectacular. Probably some fans in the bedrooms and living area would have helped move the air circulation. It was hot and humid which I expect this time of year (November) with mosquitoes. My only complaint would be the isolated part of the island with very few choices of restaurants and no groceries close by.

The villa was well appointed. The view is spectacular and it is very safe. The pool was clear and the water was warm. There was always hot water and all appliances functioned as expected. The host and property managers were very responsive. The points to consider are there is no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. They do supply dishwasher soap and laundry soap. The neighbors are extremely noise sensitive so if you want music around the pool or children yelling and laughing be prepared for requests to be quiet. Finally the mosquitoes. Bring and use spray. I got less bites in the jungles of Colombia. Overall its a great place but like everywhere has its pros and cons. I still rated it 5 stars!

Preis / Leistung stimmt nicht. Die Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Unterhalt fehlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, habe ich mehr erwartet. Keine Nachttischlampen vorhanden, kein ganz Körper Spiegel vorhanden. Viel Zuwenig Badetücher. Hatte lediglich etwas flüssig Seife im Badezimmer. Bei diesem Preis darf ich doch Shampoo etc erwarten. Das Sofa war schmutzig die Kissen sowie die Stuhle im Außenbereich waren mit Stockflecken. Eine Schranktür hing nur noch oben im Scharnier. Im Schrank in dem einen Zimmer war die ganze Internet Anlage untergebracht. Das heißt, die ganze Nacht blinken und surren nicht gerade erholsam. Kein Putzmaterial vorhanden, lediglich ein alter Besen. In einer Luxusvilla erwarte ich auch etwas mehr WC Papier. Bei der einen Dusche war der Abfluss defekt. Das eine Badezimmer hat die ganze Zeit nach Abwasser gestunken. Checking und checkout verliefen super. Die Aussicht ist einmalig. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.

We had the most incredible stay at this gorgeous home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning architecture, the attention to detail in every room, and, of course, the breathtaking ocean views. The infinity pool was the true centerpiece of our trip—perfectly positioned so you feel like you’re floating right into the horizon. Morning swims and sunset cocktails by the pool will be memories we’ll cherish forever.The home itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each space feels both luxurious and welcoming, making it easy to relax the moment you walk in. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had every amenity, and there were plenty of cozy spots to unwind while taking in the view.If you’re looking for a dream getaway with unbeatable views, this is the place. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back!

The Villa was fantastic!!! The listing is completely accurate. Recommend reading everything - the Owner goes to great lengths to be very transparent about the house and what to expect. We found everything easy to use. I woke up every morning, turned off the A/C and opened the front door (center pivot is so cool!) and the sliding glass doors - within minutes it was comfortable and breezy. (We were there in July!) Also, open the kitchen slider a little bit - it stops it from rattling and increases the airflow.Comments / Observations:You should plan on having a car. The Resort's oceanfront is not super easy to reach by foot. It is however a 1 minute drive.Food on resort was good. Reservations recommended even if they don't seem crowded. Don't miss Sushi night!Note that the resort does not have a sand beach "on the water," and you need to buy food to use the resort chairs. However, easy water entry for snorkeling. Food / Drinks are reasonably priced.3 AMAZING BEACHES are within 10 minutes. They are all stunning sand beach on the water. Always enough chairs and shade. Restaurants and Bathrooms are good at Porto Marie and Cas Abo. (Daaibooi Beach while stunning - does not have as nice of bathroom and food. However it's so close to Villa, it was easy to run back to for a quick bathroom break and snack.)Mosquitos - we were warned it could be bad. There aren't swarms of them, but they are annoying. We bought citronella candles and used them whenever we were home.

This house and the setting was as pictured ! We had one small problem at check in as we noticed an odor of sewage in one bathroom. But communication with the owner thru the app was great and it was resolved very very quickly by the wonderful property manager Andreas. This did not hinder our stay as they were on top of it. And, it is an island so problems like this are not to be unexpected. The pool is absolutely beautiful. The location is very peaceful and seems remote, even though there are neighbors. The beach club is worth the walk - or 2-minute drive!

Spectacular view, modern home has it all!

I traveled from Florida for spring break vacation with my husband, two boys and (one that is in college) with his best friend as well, so there were five of us. We definitely could’ve had another family here. It’s hard to see in the pictures, but they actually have a separate Casita that another couple could stay in and have a very private room and bathroom. Infinity pool and View by far sells the house and it was perfect for us. We did rent a car so that we could go all over the island. However you can walk down to the coral Estates restaurant and pool area but it is a little bit of a walk and there are some steps so it’s about a 10 minute walk.

SPECTACULAR VIEWS WITH AMAZING ARCHITECTURE

This home has the most incredible views!! You will not want to leave!!! Ever!! It sits high on a cliff with the resort amenities just minutes away. I do recommend renting a car, as it is quite a journey down the cliff to the restaurants, spa, gift shop, and beach. We also enjoyed driving to take in all of the beauty this island has to offer. Willemstad is about 20 minutes away, and there were a lot of beaches, restaurants and entertainment on that side of the island. Overall, I would rate this property as my favorite in the Caribbean.

Wanted to stay forever

We loved this villa. Perfect size, incredible view, great pool and deck area. This house provides relaxation areas for every hour of the day- we were able to be in the sun but also out of the sun. Our questions and concerns were immediately addressed with grace and kindness. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property

The property was a expected from the pictures. It was safe, clean and perfect for our group of 8 friends. We had a few hiccups with plumbing and loud neighbors, but they were taken care of quickly. The pool and views were lovely, and we made the most of the kitchen for meals and cocktails.

Wonderful view in a beautiful house

We had a very pleasant stay at this villa and very much enjoyed ourselves. We got to see much of the island and it was wonderful to have a quiet place to retreat to. We took advantage of the resort for some delicious meals as well as having a full kitchen to work with for when we just wanted to eat in. The hosts were wonderful and the advanced information about how to use the various features were quite helpful. As other reviews have noted, opening up the house to a cross-breeze really helps with the comfort on hot days and/or with any insects. We had a couple of interactions with the hosts during our stay -- they were able to help us with some recommendations for particular activities as well as assist us when the internet briefly went out (there was construction going on nearby). Very well managed and we'd be happy to visit again.

Delightful Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The property was exceptionally clean and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool and entertaining area – perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Each bedroom had air conditioning, which made sleeping at night very pleasant. While the common area does get warm during the day without A/C, opening the doors allows a refreshing breeze to flow through, which we really enjoyed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Additionally, the resort offered many amenities as described in the listing, which added even more value to our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Week in Paradise

This was our first trip to Curacao, and we can’t wait to come back. The house was exactly as pictured - beautiful views of the Caribbean and a lovely pool. The neighborhood, Coral Estates, is fantastic. Very secure, with great restaurants and amenities, and a great dive shop. Everything about the house, from check-in and check-out, to communication throughout the process was handled perfect.

We had a great time

It looks bigger and more impressive online. In person, it was so amazing how much smaller. We didn’t really have hot water until the last day, but it was so hot that we didn’t mind having a warm shower. It would be great to have two keys so when my teenagers went off, I could’ve given them a key. Overall, this was one of our best vacations

Villa with a view

Nice villa exactly as advertised. Lot of space indoor and outdoor. As comfy as it could get. Close to numerous beaches, including Karacter at 5-minute drive. Parking, long chairs and umbrellas easily available and free. Communication with owner and property management is easy. We had a great family time at the villa. And always nice sunsets to end the day !

No need to look any further

This villa did not disappoint. Walking in through the front door was nothing more the breathtaking. The view is amazing. The pool was perfect for relaxing. The house was stunning and had everything we needed to make great dinners while enjoying the view. The wind blowing through the house felt so nice . We only used the AC in the bedroom at night to sleep beside that temperature and wind was great. The location is so nice and safe and just about midway between Willemstad and Westpunt. 3 min drive away. The Coral Wellness resort with Dive shop. Restaurant, bar, pool and great beach. The host Tom and manager Andreas were very easy to reach and quick to respond . We did have a small issue with shower drain and it was taken care of very quickly. My wife and I have been to Curacao many times and have tried Hotels and resorts but this was the next level of relaxation for us.

Beautiful property! Gorgeous sunset views

We traveled as a group of 7, with two adult couples and three boys ages 11-15. The layout of the house was perfect, with both adult couples having their own spaces separate from the kids. The kitchen was clean and well-appointed. We were able to cook meals easily with the gear provided. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning in the main living areas, but it wasn't a problem. The weather on the island is ideal most parts of the day, allowing us to keep the windows and doors open. The ocean breeze kept bugs away, and we loved watching sunrises and sunsets from our porch. We loved living outdoors, but realized quickly that it was good to have plans for snorkeling or swimming during the hottest part of the day, late afternoon. Location was close to attractions on the north side of the island, and we enjoyed snorkeling with turtles at Playa Grandi and general snorkeling at Playa Porto Marie. This part of the island is less developed than the southern parts, but we didn't feel like the drive to Willemstad or the southern attractions was all that cumbersome. Traffic was not an issue. Nearby restaurants and grocery stores were not very numerous, but they were fine for our needs. Our favorite restaurant meal was at Isabella's Off the Beach. There is a coffee shop, pizza place, and two restaurants within the resort area, and we ate at all of them during our stay. Karakter was a lovely setting for welcome breakfast and farewell dinner.

Oceanvillas Curaçao

We had a great time. Fully stocked kitchen great layout. Deck and pool were wonderful. Enjoyed the resorts beach and Playa Porto Mari beach. We did not to use the Cabana. I recommend this Villa when visiting Curaçao. The Host was accommodating and helpful.

Paradise

Excellent vacation! Gorgeous view, spacious living area! We traveled with a party of 8 and had plenty of room. The pool was fantastic especially after a long day out exploring the island. The location was perfect, a short drive to the best beaches and hiking! The property manager was extremely responsive. The house offered a nice breeze especially in the evenings with the door and windows open. This was our first trip to Curacao and everything was absolutely wonderful. Stunning scenery, beautiful and charming villa, friendly and welcoming people, white sandy beaches, great snorkeling, and so much more.

Luxury villa but with caveats

Very nice home but with some significant gotchas. Advertised 3800 sq feet but I didn’t see that. Maybe with the casita added but that was locked. Not walking distance to the beach by any means if you are carrying dive gear. Must have a car! The biggest issue was the rationing of air conditioning. The heat and humidity made the house unbearable without air conditioning of the main spaces. Forget cooking, way too hot. Actually too hot for eating as well. Open the doors then? Ok then the mosquitos are feasting on us. Really the word luxury, restricted a/c and no screens cannot all be true at the same time. Just charge a reasonable rate and open up the whole house and let people relax and run the ac. Screens would be great as the mosquitos are VORACIOUS. Pool was lovely, views were beautiful.
