Very efficient, well thought out apartment with lots of electrical outlets and air ventilation. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, the shower has lots of hot water and by Paris standards it is spacious. Except for hearing footsteps overhead at the odd occasion, it is very quiet and away from traffic noise.

My family of 4 stayed at the apartment and loved it. It was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well organized, in an amazing and safe location, and utterly charming. We loved the property and would happily stay there again. Everyone we communicated with was responsive and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hated to leave. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place to stay

We LOVED this apartment. This part of town is beautiful, safe, and quiet but very close to great shopping and restaurants. Mina was great at communicating with us and check in/out was flawless. Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy well-designed flat

We so enjoyed staying here. We love Paris and we love quiet; this apartment allowed us to enjoy both of those things. Amazing host who walked us through how everything in apartment worked. Great location.

Great stay

Great central location in good neighborhood. Apartment small but functional. Everything you need, is available. Well cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom has been redone but starting to show use again.

A fabulous little apartment in the heart of Paris. Great location that allows you access to all the various sites and sounds. The owner (Mina) met us when we arrived, showed us how everything worked, suggested places to eat and gave us a nice bottle of wine to drink during our stay. This was a very nice touch. The unit had AC which was awesome for a summer stay. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything more from this unit. We would certainly stay again.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The area was incredibly walkable, safe, and has plenty to explore if you want to avoid highly trafficked touristy areas!Mina was quick to reply and accommodate us with an early morning check-in when we arrived in town. The apartment was secure and exactly as advertised. Perfect for a couple to spend a week!

Wonderful apartment, excellent location

This apartment was perfect for my friend and I who stayed for a week. Very comfortable and quiet, well-appointed kitchen, clean and well-functioning bathroom and WC, we knew we had found a gem as soon as we walked in. Mina provided excellent communication and a very helpful orientation to the functionality of the apartment. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The apartment was a great place! It was in a quiet neighborhood, had comfortable beds, air-conditioning, washer/dryer and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Paris.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (children ages 6 and 8). It had everything we needed to be comfortable for our visit to Paris. It was clean, efficient, equipped with an A/C, washer/dryer machine, full kitchen and comfortable beds for our family of 4. The property manager met us for check in and walked us through the apartment explaining how everything worked and she was very welcoming to all of us! The location of this apartment was one of the best parts for us. It was close to cafes, shopping, tourist spots and felt very safe when we were walking back in the evenings. Paris is a magical city and if you are lucky enough to visit then I would highly recommend staying at this Rue de Grenelle apartment!! A big thank you to the owners and property manager!

The stay was seamless and very well located! Communication was so easy as was the check in process. The only thing we struggled with was the air conditioning which was permanently placed in the living area while the bedroom was in a separate room. I think it may have brought in some mosquito issues as my husband and I were both bit several times overnight. We struggled sleeping in the same bed together since it’s a bit tight, but luckily the couch pulls out and was relatively comfortable! The laundry and kitchen were easy to use and worked well! The hot water in the shower does not last very long so use that time wisely. It was really nice have two separate sinks to use for the sake of getting ready! Thank you for our stay, we would definitely use this place again despite some of the minor mishaps!

Great apartment.

It was a great stay. Appartement had everything we needed and accommodated my adult daughter and I perfectly. Very close to public transportation and restaurants. Extremely secure and on quieter one way road.

Paris adventure with granddaughters

My husband and I brought our 12 and 13 year old granddaughters to Paris for their first time. The apartment was in a great neighborhood and walkable to so many sites.

Wonderful stay and great location

Our family stayed here for three nights and my daughter claims this is the most comfortable bed she has ever slept on (she slept on the couch bed). The apartment was wonderful and easy to walk to, in a great location. It was clean and communication with the property owner was wonderful. She met us the first day and walked us through everything and met us on the day of checkout.

Great Location. Great stay.

This property was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location for getting around Paris. Check in and check out were incredibly easy and communication was fantastic. Perfect place for a family of three, a couple, or a single traveler. It also felt incredibly safe tucked away with two access doors before getting to the apartment door. We loved our stay.

Clean, comfortable and well located property

This property was very clean and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were very impressed with the efficient use of space in the design, the kitchen appliances, laundry facilities and comfortable bed which were especially important for our month stay. Mina was welcoming and quick to respond to enquiries and helped us with arrangements with our driver, Mufid who was very friendly, helpful and right on time. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, quiet building.

This location was exactly as described. I mostly was on my own but my daughter did visit for a few days. We used the pull out bed and had no issues.Bed was comfortable.Flat was very clean. Kitchen had lots to offer for the size (context, I’m American and we have big kitchens.) Check-in was easy. Wi-fi was excellent. I worked from the flat remotely for a few weeks. The building felt safe and it was quiet.The location was fantastic. Walking distance everything you need and want! Honestly, I hope to return someday!
