OCEANFRONT ON THE PROMENADE – NEW LISTING! Lovely updated condominium the 4th floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Lovely kitchen and bath updates, beach themes, flat screen TV, WiFi, and balcony with outdoor chairs to enjoy the amazing ocean and beach views!! Sunsets are amazing from here. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Plenty of dishware and cookware, and coffee pot. The master bedroom has a King bed. Living room has a Queen Murphy bed (wall bed that pulls down in living room for extra sleeping) and a full size sleeper sofa. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Elevator is on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets.

Was a nice place, being older chairs to table weren’t as comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, views exceptional.

The view was wonderful, the kitchen was well supplied, check in and information great. But, the carpet was not clean and was a hazard, the lighting was poor, and the coffee table was awful I had to bring in the table from outside so I had something to put my stuff on. When I went to bed no blankets on the bed. I called the staff and the maintenance man came showed me the blankets, so of course I had to remake the bed. he brought light bulbs to replace the burned out ones but only 60 Watt but that was all he had, tried to fix the carpet but no way. He was very helpful and I thanked him.They have a plastic runner coming in the door that is also a hazard. The TV was great but it would be nice to have a channel guide. I will not stay here again.

Perfect location to enjoy Seaside beach, shops & restaurants.Our top-floor, corner-unit apartment was spacious, with 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and a perfect view of the beach.Walk to everything, right along the boardwalk.Highly recommended!

The room had a very beachy feel. The posters are great. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The only thing I would like is better lighting in the living room and it would be nice to have a screen door to the balcony.

Not comfortable

Very disappointing. No screen door on sliders and no air conditioning. No hair dryer, but they did bring me one when I called. The furniture was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on except the bed was comfortable. The floors were sticky and that plastic mat running down the hallway is a tripping hazard

This was an amazingly comfortable condo, within walking distance of so many fun activities and the incredible Pacific Ocean! The amenities were perfect for every day needs. The property manager was absolutely wonderful amd kind to work with, in addition to being so efficient and excellent in communications! Im already planning for a return!

Lovely stay, thoughtful and accomodating owners

When we had a sudden death in the family and didnt know if we could keep our current reservations, the owners went above and beyond to work with us. They were so kind and available. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me! The rental was well furnished and appointed, and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!! again! mucthat mrant!

Can’t beat this view

Beautiful view; quiet and comfortable. Needs some tlc (baseboards in kitchen need repair) ,but not a big deal. The location was amazing, and I loved sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room as I could hear the ocean all night.

Wonderful beach getaway!

We wanted to see the Oregon coast in December, and our views from the condo were amazing. We enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset from the oceanfront windows. This unit was very comfortable in all aspects, once we bought coffee to brew from a local store. We had a bit of trouble navigating the tv- some instructions would be helpful next time.
