Welcome to Beach Hills conveniently located just steps to "Sea Street Beach" on Nantucket Sound! Well loved home in beautiful condition with many recent updates. The cathedral ceilings offer tons of natural light. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the extended front deck. Enjoy a family cook-out on the back patio complete with gas grill & new privacy fence. Just a short walk to many of the Cape's best known restaurants, live entertainment and more. Additional area attractions and restaurants include:

Wonderful Cape Getaway

Our stay was perfect. Kara is a great host. She is easy to communicate with and her Cape Cottage felt like home and a wonderful getaway all at once. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Great stay.

We had a great time at Kara’s beach house. The listing is exactly as described, it’s about a three minute walk to a great beach, and close to a number of very good restaurants. My family and I are planning to stay there again during our next Cape Cod summer vacation.

A perfect cottage

We are a family of four adults and loved our stay in Kara's cottage. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk to the beach - and the cottage is charming and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Kara was responsive and check in and check out could not have been easier. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect cape cottage

My wife, kids, and I loved staying at this cottage. Proximity to the beach is a dream. Outdoor shower, new grill, new smart tv for the kids’ shows, A/C, couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

Cozy Cottage

Really enjoyed our stay! Very nice, cozy and comfortable! The fireplace really warmed the place up as it got down to the 50s at night. Kara did an awesome job responding to any questions we may have. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home and location!

We absolutely loved staying at Kara's beautiful place, it had everything we needed! The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were provided. From the time of booking to check out, Kara was very responsive and an excellent communicator. We enjoyed the location, a very short walk to the beach, the outdoor shower was refreshing, and the outdoor patio furniture very comfortable. We can't wait to return!

Cape Cod Comfort

You won't find a more beautifully decorated cottage to visit the best place on earth, Cape Cod. The time Kara has spent making this home feel cozy doesn't go unnoticed. Perfect for a family of 4, the cottage has everything you need. Our favorite parts are of course the quick minute walk to the beautiful beach, the super spacious and comfortable outdoor dining table and the awesome outdoor shower. Our 5 year old and almost 2 year old had a ball and our oldest is already longing to be back. We enjoyed breakfast sandwiches and muffins from Woolfies, pizza from Royal Pizza, dinner at Brax Landing overlooking the water, and ice cream from Holy Cow. All just minutes away.

Great Beach Getaway!!

What a wonderful stay we had and the weather was spectacular!!! Very quaint decor and just steps to the beach! Close to all our favorite stops; Wee Packet, Swan River, and Sundae School! Kara was an excellent host and the cottage was very clean and had all the amenities we needed! Great not to have to bring linens or bath towels! We will be back!!

Great activity and dining recommendations from host: locals' favorite ice cream, bakery, and beaches within walking distance. Super clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Bring spices, beach towels, and kitchen towels as needed. Perfect jumping off place for day trips along Cape Code exterior and interior coast lines.

Vacation at 20 beach hill rd Dennisport ma

My sister and I just enjoyed a week at the beach hill cottage. Its location was perfect for going to the beach , restaurants and shopping. The atmosphere was quaint inside and out. The convenience of the outside shower was so refreshing that our preference was using it all the time instead of inside. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and everything you need

We did just about everything you can do in 5 days on the cape, and mid cape is perfect to explore everywhere. The house was great, grilled on the Weber, made great meals, and everything we needed was there. Steps to the beach, great seafood around the corner, an hour to P-Town, and we went whale watching, kayaking and hiking at the Salt pool, and saw tons of seals at Coast guard beach. First couple days were cool and rainy, but it got warm and sunny and we got some beach time in. Check this place out. Kara is very cool, chill, and everything is very easy. The outdoor shower is my favorite thing, it’s so refreshing, spacious and relaxing. Please consider a stay here, I’m certainly considering one in the future!

What an adorable place to vacation, literally steps from the ocean. Everything was perfect, comfortable & cozy, my husband & I spent lots of time on the deck as well as the beach. There is everything you could possibly need and the communication was a mazing, great Host. I would highly recommend

Charming

We had a wonderful time! Cottage was impeccably clean, cheerfully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. Kara was helpful, communicative and provided every detail to make our stay go smoothly. The beach is easily accessible and beautiful. Many fun things to do including relaxing! We will absolutely rent here again and recommend it to our friends.

Delightful Gem-Property and Owner!

My daughters and I enjoyed our short stay in this delightfully light and airy cottage on the Cape. We loved the quick walk to the calm waters of the beach. The location was central to our needs. The neighborhood was a little busy for us. Kara was honestly the best host and made our stay even better with her easy communication and her warm and welcome demeanor. She’s truly a gem! We look forward to our return on the Cape.

This was the absolute best vacation

This location is amazing. Me, my wife and our 5 year old daughter just spent a week here. Its an incredibly close walk to the beach (daughter carried her own chair and toys without complaint) then the restaurants nearby, short bike ride to mini golf and ice cream. Everything you need for a beach stay. We had some rain and the house gave plenty of space and things to do during it and then we just popped back over to the beach. We will be renting here again.

Clean and so close to the beach!

This home was beautiful for the two of us - we had a great stay. Read the property instructions carefully because we didn’t realize that we had to provide our own linens/towels (or use the service listed in the description). Kara was super friendly and accommodating when she realized we didn’t have linens - she offered to split the cost with us, which was so sweet considering it was our fault we were without them in the first place. Great communication and great spot!

Wonderful stay

We loved this house. It was cozy and cheerful, and very clean. Some of the older reviews had said there were no bed linens provided, but they were provided when we went, and so we’re bath towels. The house is in a great location. The beach is a short walk away. It’s also walking distance to Sundae School, which is great because they literally had lines of cars in traffic waiting for parking at that place. The house was also only a short drive to other places, like the grocery store, mini golf, etc. The property owner was very responsive and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to other families with kids.

My family has created lifetime memories on the Cape. I have always dreamed of owning my own cottage on the Cape. My dream came true Summer 2017. I am unable to enjoy a full Summer stay and that's why I decided to share my cottage with you.

The minute I walked into this cottage I knew it was the "ONE". The cathedral ceiling offers a bright and airy feel. The knotty pine accents a true classic on the Cape.
Not to mention, only steps to Sea Street Beach!
Perfectly situated on the Mid-Cape was also a major positive.

20 Beach Hills is well loved as you can tell. I have decorated the cottage with love. Eclectic furnishings and charm add to the warmth. I hope you feel the happiness upon entering our cottage as I first did.
