34 Acres of field and forest with a beautiful home located in the heart of wine country.

Included:

- Outdoor basketball court (full court) with large floodlights for nighttime
- Large outdoor wooden deck (65'x35') with tanning chairs, lounge chairs and table, gasoline fire pit, and porch swing
- Outdoor grass volleyball court
- Large pond perfect for fishing
- Indoor turf room (soccer, dodgeball, and more!)

Conveniently located in the small town of Coloma, Michigan, this property is just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Michigan. This property is the perfect place to spend an eventful family getaway. You get that small town vibe while enjoying some of Michigan's most popular summer beach destinations (South Haven, Saint Joseph, Etc.).

The house sleeps 22 people. If you are caught with more than the approved number of guests, you will be subject to a penalty and be asked to leave the premise at the owners discretion.

This house contains 7 bedrooms, equipped with 8 beds (3 King beds, 5 Queen beds). There are 5 full bathrooms throughout the house and a beautiful updated kitchen with stainless steal appliances (note: the fridge is not connected to the water line so water & ice are NOT provided. It is the guests responsibility to bring water and ice for the duration of their stay). There are 2 large dining tables located near the kitchen that will allow for up to 16 people with 2 additional barstools at the kitchen island.

The house has a family room with a large couch and 60" TV connected to satellite. The room is surrounded by windows so you get a great view of the beautiful midwest landscape while enjoying the coziness of the home.

There is also a living room with a large couch, fireplace, and a 60" TV connected to satellite. The living room is connected to the one-of-a-kind 65'x35' deck for easy accessibility.

The basement is 50’ by 20’, complete with a large couch, 60” TV connected to satellite, a ping pong table, and foosball table.

One of the coolest additions to the house is the indoor turf field. A large 65' by 35' heated room with concrete walls and performance turf. This room, equipped with 2 miniature soccer goals, is the ideal place for the kids to run around and enjoy the liberty of playing sports without the worry of causing any damage.

Finally, the 65'x35' deck is the perfect place to sunbathe, hang out, or enjoy an outdoor meal. Located at the top of a hill, the deck overlooks the wide open 19-acres, with views of the outdoor basketball court, the pond, and nearby vineyards. It allows near-360 views of the beautiful Michigan landscape at all times of the year.

The house comes equipped with a backup generator in the event of a power outage.

We kindly ask that you refrain from loud amplified music, larger events, or excessive noise outside of the house. We have a great relationship with our neighbors and want to maintain it.

Minimum age of primary renter must be 30. No smoking allowed on the property.

No High School or College Parties at all, this home is made for families! Outdoor quiet time begins at 10:00 pm, no exceptions.

We ask that you to be courteous and respectful with this newly remodeled family home.

Rental insurance required to book this property!

Bookings on/near 4th of July holiday require a 5 night minimum booking.

We stayed here for my parents 65th anniversary.The space was great! We had 16 people and had room to spare. The kitchen was plenty big and we could all sit together for dinner. The large deck was a great place to hang out and all the chairs around the fire pit was nice too. The younger group enjoyed the game area downstairs and the outdoor space. It was very clean and well kept. The beds were the most comfortable of any place I have ever stayed. The host was readily available for any questions we had and I would highly recommend this space for your large gathering. Just one thing to be aware of, the walkway to the front door has a 3” step, so be aware of that. Thanks for the great stay!

Family reunion (From 5 to 75)

Very spacious and clean. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor space to play. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes needed for a large group. Check-in was very easy with the detailed instructions we received. And a short drive for a day at the beach on Lake Michigan.

Peaceful Getaway

We booked this house for a reunion of college friends and our families and it was the perfect house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so each family could have their own space. Large common areas made gathering together easy. The turfed sports area in the basement, foosball and ping pong tables were a big hit and helped keep the kids active and entertained. The huge deck and small pond were also very nice to have. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a wonderful friend vacation at this house. There was ample space for everyone to enjoy and relax. It was great to have a kitchen fully stocked and having towels and linens provided is always a plus. There were a few things we felt, for the price of our stay, that could’ve been better. The propane tank was empty for the fireplace table on the deck, I did reach out to the owners to see if there was a spare tank and I was told no but we could go to any convenience store to swap the tank out. We felt it wasn’t our responsibility to replace, especially after we all had a long drive to get to the house, but the tank should’ve been checked before new renters checked in. The hot water is very intermittent. I again reached out to the owner and complained with the lack of hot water, even in the kitchen faucet. We were told to stagger showers and wait 20-30 minutes for the hot water to regenerate. We completely understand how hot water tanks work but with a house that size there should be no reason only a couple people could take showers and the next shower would be freezing cold and no hot water in the kitchen sink. A few more balls for the turf room and ping pong paddles would’ve been fun to have as well! I will say, the owners were quick to respond when I reached out with the issues.

Great family vacation

The property was very clean and roomy. The management was very responsive to questions. There were lots of bath towels and plenty of paper products (paper towels and toilet paper).We enjoyed the large deck with swings and the basement indoor soccer room. The kids especially enjoyed fishing at the little pond. There was a nice big grill and a large fire pit with plenty of firewood.The only suggestion I have is that you should bring some ice. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker. We also had a large cooler for cold drinks and that worked well for us.

Golf trip

Had a great experience at this location. It was close to Lake Michigan Hills golf course and just a short drive down to Benton Harbor. The manager was very responsive to messaging. Would highly recommend for a large group as there were many activities to keep us all entertained after our rounds.

Great week

We really were impressed with the house. Everything was great! Our family enjoyed basketball contests, pickleball tournaments, whiffle ball games, and fishing! A couple of things that could improve the place is new mattresses in the main floor bedroom, and a couple of umbrellas on the deck to allow some shade on hot sunny days.Also the filter in the dishwasher needs cleaning. . Overall a fantastic week and Chris was very helpful!

Great place for a large group

Property was beautiful. Close to everything while feeling like you’re far away from it all. Tons to do for every age group and plenty of room to spread out. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone and will certainly come back in the future.

Huge house.

A lot of square feet in this house and all the rooms including bedrooms are large. Kitchen faucet is electronic and difficult to use. Plenty of towels, not very many wall hooks to hang towels on. Had sports equipment in basement but almost all balls needed air. Had foos ball table but electronic score keeper did not work. Several tvs located in house no tvs in bedrooms. Overall it's a wonderful stay. Very clean, kitchen very well stocked with cooking needs. House even had a separate freezer to use. The grounds are beautiful, and the outside deck would easily handle 100 people.

Family vacation celebration of our 50th anniversary

We boated and fished on Paw Paw lake. Visited shopped and dined at Coloma and St Joseph . Enjoyed bbq, basketball, volleyball, soccer, fire pit and fishing in the pond. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house that we enjoyed eating together, playing games and still had privacy! This vacation was better than expected. The property was beautiful for family pictures too! Rate this a 10 out of 10

Great spot for a family get-together

This property was terrific and a 5-Star in all aspects but one. The internet was slow and spotty. The owner/manager has advised they are working to improve that, once they do this will be the perfect spot for any family vacation!

Worth every cent!!

Some may look at this property online and be hesitant due to the cost. However this is our second year for my brother, our spouses, our married children and our grandchildren!! Before we even left everyone was saying we need to come hear every year. I cannot imagine a better situation for a family reunion. The home is very clean, large, plenty of rooms, conversation spaces and activites for all the kids. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We are grateful!

Great spot for big groups

Seven families with small children stayed at this property and we loved it! Each room was big enough to accommodate a pack and play with room to spare. The separate living spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out. A few of us caught some fish at the pond too! The only con of the property was very slow wifi (difficult to even send an email).

Nice property for large get togethers

There were 16 of us and the location had plenty of space for us to gather and not cramped. We especially liked the gym, basketball court and huge deck outside.

Meditation group

This is our fourth time renting this property. Its magnificent, and we keep coming back. The price hurts a bit, but it holds our meditation group so well. The communication with Chris is exceptional. The location is private and serene, and the retreat participants love how relaxing it is. We host our meditations collectively in the giant indoor soccer field, that allows people to walk outside on the basket ball court for fresh air. They guys had a great game of football in the grass, and people did journaling sessions by the pond. Meijer does grocery delivery to this location, so anything we needed was 2 hour drop off away. I can tell they improved the water pressure in the house, lots of water and hott water, clean towels, beautiful kitchen. We look forward to coming back and love this house so much! Highly recommend this rental, for your group of family gathering, you wont regret it!

This unique property will offer you and your family a very good time. Every one of our friends that visited could not believe how nice it was. Every family had to deal with the fact that their kids did not want to go home at the end of their stay. I would love for more people to enjoy this property .

The view on the deck is unbelievable and can even host small weddings.
