Just 1.5 blocks from the beach, Morey's Pier and a short walk to the convention center location is ideal!. Villa di Viggiano apt #2 is a spacious 2nd level cottage with a private porch to enjoy morning coffee or a good book in the sun. Ground level fenced outdoor eating area with tables and 2 grills is available for use by all of the cottage renters and a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Off street parking is available for the convenience of loading and unloading only. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen and seating for indoor dining as well. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and cable. 2 bedrooms include queen bed, 2 twins and a pull out single offers plenty of room for 5.. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 apartments to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests there is video monitor aimed away from the building which views the base of the plaza stairways.

Accommodations were perfect for five of us. It was exactly what was advertised. We had a great trip. Check in and check out were easy. The property manager was available and very informative.

Great location! Great house. Stayed with three of my friends. Shower was small. Property manager was REALLY sweet and helpful! Overall would stay again. Prime spot and they even gave us parking pass which was great.

Fun times at the beach good location for a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We stayed in the unit on the second floor. There are 4 units on this property that can be rented out at the same time and probably could be a little busy.

The property manager was great. ABringing linens (on plane) was not ideal and the shower was tiny (only negatives). Location was perfect. The parking pass situation worked out great. Overall would definitely go again at same location.

Family Stay

We took our family of four. The photos were spot on as far as the rooms go. The parking pass was a huge help. They were very clear about needing to provide linens, so we made sure to bring our own towels and bedding. The property manager even provided coupons to local supermarkets that we used as soon as we got there.

Great location… we parked our car and never went out in it again.We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach.We loved sitting on the deck at night after dinner.The house is very clean and comfortable.

Good Stay

The property was clean and located near the convention center which was a huge plus for my son and I. The beds were standard and reasonably comfortable. The kitchen had the necessities and everything worked. The love seats in the family room are not comfortable for relaxing. Having an actual sofa to relax on would have been nice.

Some serious shortcomings

First off, there was no hot water. Second, the thermostat had been left at 60 degrees—way too cold— and the thermostat itself was very difficult to figure out how to use. I had failed to order sheets and towels—for which I take responsibility—but when I tried to reach the property manager through the app to see if we could get some, I got no answer. Later tried to call for advice on the thermostat, and again no response. Also, it was very noisy outside. There are not three bedrooms. Two bedrooms and a pull out in the living room. The unit itself was fine; guests should know it is a second floor walkup. Pack light!

Cute Wildwood Get-a-Way

3 moms enjoyed a wknd stay. Condo was tucked away in private alcove, it felt safe, clean and not too much noise. Loved the deck for AM coffee and PM wine….full sun 11am-7pm. A retractable porch shade or large umbrella would make this unit amazing! Owner was excellent with response to all inquiries. Would definitely recommend.

The best Memorial Day weekend guys trip.

A beautiful house that me and my friends got for Memorial Day weekend. The place was cleaned smelled amazing the bed were made and just overall a great time. Even when we had a problem the hosts responded to us in less than an hour. I will definitely be back don’t miss out.

Welcome to Villa Di Viggiano. We are Frank and Pennie Viggiano and our kids are Genna, Luigi and Kieran. We are from Minnesota with strong family ties to both New Jersey and Pennsylvania (picture is nephews wedding in Jersey City). Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you!

We love this property because of the immediate access to outside from every villa and the central plaza where all can join together. It offers to the chance to stay at one villa or to use/rent all 4 for larger family gatherings.
