“The Salty Shack” by Five Salty Souls...a haven that will take your breath away as you step out your door to the glistening emerald waters and white sandy beaches. After a long three month project, it has undergone a total renovation with no expense left out to achieve our dream of a modern beach shack vibe. From the moment you walk in the front door, we hope you are transported by the calming and cozy boho style.

This ground floor, one bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is directly on Crystal Sands Beach. Located at Crystal Sands Condominium, Unit 102 B, in the East building.

“The Salty Shack” features an open floor plan with the fully renovated kitchen and family room overlooking the gulf. There is plenty of space for everyone to be able to gather together.
The built in bunk in the hallway is composed of an upper twin bed, and the lower bed is a Double. We added an additional door in the hallway that essentially creates a second bedroom space when all the doors are closed. The “bunk room” also has a new tv to create the perfect movie nook!

The private master bedroom is equipped with a King SLEEP NUMBER bed and custom built closet and floating dresser. Beautiful rolling barn doors allow for extra bathroom space.

There is also an additional Queen pull out sofa bed available (with a thick memory foam mattress, no coils).

The kitchen features beautiful Quartz counter tops, floating shelves, and subway tiled walls. It is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and additionally, has a reverse osmosis water system to provide filtered water on those hot days!
Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio watching the sun rise, or relax in the cozy living room after a day of fun in the sun with the complimentary cable and WIFI.

As you stroll into one of the two 1/2 baths, you’ll be greeted by the beachy stained shiplap walls and custom built floating shelves and vanities. The two half baths lare connected to each other via the tub/shower and washer/dryer room. For those who enjoy taking a hot bath, the tub features a great deep soak.

Located in the heart of Destin, you are only minutes away from Destin Commons where you can find a plethora of your favorite shops and restaurants (including Whole Foods, Chipotle, and Bass Pro). Publix and the Tanger Outlet Mall are additionally right up the road.
