Amazing apartment in a beautiful setting

Thank you for such a lovely stay, the apartment is so perfect. The location is great and so close to the shops and the sea. We had a very relaxing stay, I would high recommend this apartment. Communication was excellent, very friendly and supportive!

Beautiful top floor apartment in old town

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and in a great location. We enjoyed good communication with the owner beforehand, and were warmly welcomed by his housekeeper.

The appartement is clean, airy, bright and has lots of style. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are nice Restaurants just downstairs. The beach is great. Everyone is relaxed, polite and helpful. Park your car at 'Cap Dourats', because you really do not need it !

Great location & well equipped kitchen

Great location, quiet and well-equipped. Unfortunately, in our opinion, a dangerous staircase (ladder) to cramped, mezzanine sleeping area. It spoiled a nice apartment.

Great Apartment

Great apartment right in the centre of Collioure. Shops and restaurants on doorstep. Quiet, despite location. The apartment was well kitted out and the housekeeper was very helpful and available for any issues. Only downside is that it's on the 3rd floor with no lift and the internal staircase is very narrow. For this reason it's fine for adults, couples and families with older children but not so suitable for elderly or under 5's. Great holiday. Would book again.

Hemos estado siete días en el apartamento, sin ningún problema, es acogedor silencioso y cómodo, sin duda muy recomendable. El único problema es el aparcamiento, está lejos y hay que ir en lanzadera. El trato con los dueños y la señora que lo gestiona es muy bueno.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist eine tolle ruhige Oase im trubeligen Collioure. Sie ist auch im Sommer durch 2 Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren wirklich angenehm. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Man muss sich in der Hauptsaison nur darauf einstellen etwas länger mit der Parkplatzsuche beschäftigt zu sein, da es keinen an der Wohnung gibt.

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartement im Zentrum von Collioure, besonders Küche und Bad. Hervorragende Betreuung bei Einweisung und Schlüsselübergabe durch den Vermieterkontakt vor Ort (Anne). Vorteilhafter Standort für den Alltag in Collioure sowie Ausflüge zu Fuß und per Bus. Wir kommen wieder!

5 Sterne Aufenthalt

***** Sterne für: Einrichtung, Lage, Sauberkeit, Einkaufen, Freundlichkeit Das App ist großartig eingerichtet, gute Bettenqualität, super sauber und gepflegt und liegt im 3.ten Stock. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich ist ziemlich steil, das Bad und WC ist jedoch im Geschoss darunter. Für uns mit 79 J und 64 J war das eine kleine Herausforderung ;-) Aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Alles, was man braucht, findet man, sobald man aus der Tür geht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Empfang und Betreuung durch Anne und die Eigentümer war sehr liebenswert. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. 1000 Dank

Location très bien située, très bien décorée et très bien équipée.

Une fois les marches qui montent à la location apprivoisées, la location est très agréable. À déconseiller pour les personnes âgées car les escaliers menant aux chambres sont raides. Attention aussi car Abritel ne dit pas si vous louez l'appartement 1 ou 2. Un peu déçue de n'avoir pas eu l'appartement en présentation sur le site avec vue sur mer.

Tout était parfait, emplacement, accueil, propreté, je recommande ce logement idéalement placé dans le quartier historique où se trouvent commerces, restaurants et boutiques. Également à quelques mètres de la plage. Enfin accueil et nettoyage au top. Merci pour cette belle expérience.

Collioure - June 2022

This is a unique apartment in the heart of the beautiful town of Collioure. 100m from the sea with all the shops, bars and restaurants you could wish for on your doorstep. Check-in was quick and easy. Anne was very welcoming and helpful and the apartment had a well stocked kitchen, double glazing so quiet at night if you want to go to bed at a reasonable hour. The 3 beaches in the town were nice, not overcrowded. Beautifully clean water. Parking can be challenging, especially at weekends. If you have a car you should go to the site office in the de Glacis car park (up the hill from the Chateau Royal) 50 euro for 1 week with a choice of different car parks around Collioure. None more than 5-10 mins walk I would highly recommend this property for couples and families. Many Thanks Joel and Anne for making our holiday such a pleasure. Best Regards. Collioure is a beautiful place.

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. It is well equipped, with comfortable beds and in a good location close to the sea. Mme Coulamy was very friendly and welcomed us. The owner states clearly in the contract : "The Cleaning deposit will guarantee the cleanliness of the apartment when you leave it. If nothing has been damaged and if the apartment is clean, you will get both of the deposits back." There were no breakages, we cleaned the apt and we had informed Mme Coulamy previously of doing so. On the day of our departure we received our damage deposit back but WE DID NOT get our cleaning deposit. (as stated in the contract). Having being informed that our cleaning deposit was not being refunded. We did not dispose of the one bag of rubbish. This was a very unfortunate end to an otherwise good weeks holiday. The issue was not the deposit as such but the principle of the matter as we felt we had been duped.

Great apartment at the centre of a very attractive destination

The apartment is ideally situated at the centre of this lovely seaside town. Everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean, with attention to detail on the decor. We had a great welcome from Mme Coulamy who made sure we had everything we needed and was prompt to arrive on our departure date. The central location made it possible to feel like you were dining out whilst eating in the apartment - a great atmosphere looking down to the narrow streets with restaurants below. The double glazing and air conditioning made for a comfortable and quiet nights sleep. The apartment is on the third floor accessed via a steep staircase and the sleeping area is a on a mezzanine accessed via a ladder-like set of stairs. Neither of these points posed a problem to us but worth noting. We traveled to Collioure and visited the area by train and bus - with the station close by, this was very easy. To summarise, a great location for a holiday on the coast.

Wonderful apartment and location

We had a great stay at this apartment in the center of the old part of Collioure. It is ideally located in a building on a town square, very close to the sea, restaurants, markets, shopping etc. The apartment was clean, well cared for, well stocked, and charmingly decorated. The bed linens and beds were very comfortable. The apartment was quiet at night so it was easy to sleep. An added bonus was the washing machine and drying line outside the windows. The air conditioning was great to have as well in the summer heat. The apartment manager was friendly, inviting and informative. We loved being in the center of Collioure with all the amenities and liveliness of the town right at our doorstep. There were an ample number of great restaurants to choose from, including the one at the floor level of the apartment building. The beach and ocean were lovely to relax on and swim in. Local sites to see included the Chateau Royale, Fort Elme and the windmill. The only thing to consider in the apartment is the steep stairs going up to the bedroom area- for us, a couple, travelling with teenage children this was not a concern. We would stay here again!
