Enjoy the short walk to downtown restaurants, museums and the beautiful Riverwalk just steps away or relax in the beautiful backyard with small cabana area and gas fireplace to sit by. It is a perfect way to experience Binghamton!

Cutest home in great location for my high school reunion weekend! The host was amazing!!! She let us check in early and have a late check out. It made our trip so pleasant!! She was so very kind. The home was perfect for our needs and we loved staying there! Nice backyard area to chat with friends as well. Walkable to downtown Binghamton. Beds very comfy. Highly recommend!!!

More than Expected

This house was beautifully, corky decorated and we all loved it. The hosts provide you with everything from Qtips, to dental plackers to hairdryers, indoor and outdoor games and plenty of towels. The central air was a life saver and the 3 full bathrooms were amazing. Can't say enough about how much we loved this place and will definitely stay again.

What a terrific time we had at the house! We are a family of 6 adults and 2 young children gathering in Binghamton for a get together. The location was perfect.. centrally located and historic. The house was well appointed.. every detail was thought of, the decor was comfy and quirky and we loved the coffee bar! The beds were comfy and the backyard had enough room to play and a comfy sitting area with a fire pit. The instruction booklet spelled out all the necessary information and gave us helpful suggestions for eats and entertainment.We’ll be back!

A very Merry Christmas!

This was the perfect house for our trip! This house was meant for entertaining for sure. We were comfortable and able to actually host a family dinner! Everyone loved the house and space! This is a definite stay again!

Perfect house for a group

Maureen's place was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. This house has everything you could need for a short or long stay. Wish the weather was better so that we could enjoy the outdoor space more but we will definitely be looking to stay at Maureen's place the next time we are in town!

Great restored home

Excellent home. Very comfortable for my family of 7. Lots of character in the renovations and amenities. Perfect location with an easy walk to downtown. Hope to stay here again.

Great Place! Great Location! Great Host!

Super cute place. We loved the decor. It was also very well stocked. We have stayed places before and they ask you to start the dishwasher before you leave but don't provide soap. This place had everything we needed and more. Communication was great. We had some questions during our stay and the response was super quick. We would stay here again!

Great experience!

This home was perfect for our needs. The home was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The owners did a fabulous job renovating the home. Also, they have thought of everything you might need while traveling and supplied it….. above and beyond! I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Maureen for hosting us!

Just a couple of 30 yr besties having fun!

Every 6 months a few girls who met when we were young teenagers get together and have a gala weekend! This is the perfect place! I wish the weather would have cooperated a little better as we really wanted to hang out at the “bar” outside…maybe next time!

Perfect in every way possible

Typically when I visit my Binghamton student I stay at a hotel. This time I wanted more of a homey experience. It was to be a daughter/mother weekend and I wanted a place comfy cozy and close to both Binghamton University and downtown restaurants. I could not have had a more fabulous experience than this home! Maureen was incredibly responsive to all of my silly questions prior to arriving. The home is outstanding. There is no a thing you could want that hasn't been considered. And so many things that you wouldn't have expected, but were so appreciated. The cleanliness, decor, temperature, safety, kitchen (I was sad to leave this kitchen as it was 3x the size of mine!), backyard, grill, tv. I will definitely be back!
