Unobstructed picturesque view of the Cape Fear River and USS North Carolina from your living room and spacious balcony. The sunsets are gorgeous!! Just around the corner from Wilmington's renowned Market and Front Streets, both with many fine restaurants and bars. The Downtown Riverwalk is on USA Today's short-list for Best Riverwalks in the country and is just outside your door. Secure building with parking available nearby in public lots, however is not included in the nightly fee. Two elevators available in the condo building.

The host was very welcoming and offered an early check-in without us even asking. It was so nice and coincided well with our arrival in town. Entrance to the condo building and the unit were keyless and easy. We loved the nice basket of goodies in the fridge. We will be back!

In Wilmington for a wedding weekend. Perfect place for two. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great view of the riverfront. Would highly recommend this place.

We visited to participate in the Ironman 70.3 race and this was the perfect location. The suite was very clean. The views off the balcony were amazing.

Such a great view and in a fun location. Close to restaurants, rooftop bars with sunset view, and the place itself was comfortable, clean, an incredible view of the water and the USS Carolina. We will be back!

Great location

Convenient location to explore downtown and area. It was easy to visit the beach but we preferred not staying there where it was packed with people. Fun to people watch from balcony and watch the river.

Perfect city getaway!

This was our second stay so that alone says a lot! The condo is exactly as described and in the perfect location to explore all that Wilmington has to offer. We will be back again!

Quick hit

Came to Wilmington to see my son at college for the weekend. Had been in the building before so I was familiar with the layout and access to everything. Good communication with the owner and quick responses. Nice touch with a welcome basket of snacks. Improvements that I believe could be helpful are updated smart TVs and parking pass option in the garage on Grace Street. Also, the listing needs to be updated to say that shampoo, conditioner and soap are no longer provided. Excellent view and will be back again on next 3 years maybe more...my daughter likes the university as well.

Great Place and Host!

We loved our stay. The apt had everything we needed. The view and location could not have been better. Host was extremely accommodating and allowed us a late check out. Like a lot of cities, Wilmington mostly had meter parking or garage parking. Host offered great recommendations to keep parking cost low. Would definitely stay right here again! Oh, almost forgot to mention the basket of treats he left us!

A gem to stay in!

Clean and cozy with a gorgeous view of the river. Everything is within a walking distance and there are endless shops, restaurants, and historical sites. We ended up parking in the parking garage on North and Grace ($14 a day). Check in instructions were clear and concise. I hope we can stay again soon!

This place was excellent. Highly recommend. The view of the drone light show for Riverfest was excellent very peaceful with beautiful sunsets over the battleship and river. Only complaint is there wasn’t soap or shampoo for the shower, which I had to run out and get and parking was a little difficult because of the festival.

Beautiful view, great location

The apartment was perfect for our needs - and we loved being able to sit out on the balcony to enjoy the view of the river and battleship. Plus, it was walkable to so many great restaurants.

The property itself is nice. Basic, clean space to stay in. Balcony with river view, secure entry doors. The noise, however, is TERRIBLE. Rowdy revelers, street racing(?!), sirens... no insulation to drown out the sound and it is noisy nonstop from 10p-3a. Also: NO PARKING. You have to find street parking or use a garage, there is no parking with this unit.
