This sixth-floor riverfront condo is the perfect home base for experiencing all that Wilmington has to offer. You'll be within walking distance of all of the city's most significant sights and countless top-tier restaurants.

If you opt to take any of your meals at home, you'll have access to a well-equipped full kitchen that will make meal prep a breeze. Choose between a romantic dinner for two at the dining table and the casual atmosphere of the three-seater breakfast bar. If you can't get enough of the cityscape, bring your plate out to the balcony's bistro table.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo that was in the middle of everything! Location was perfect, had everything you needed, the host was super informative and very kind, and the room was very clean. We wished we had a chance to stay longer to enjoy everything but perfect for a weekend getaway!

The condo was a wonderful place to stay. It’s well-appointed and very well maintained and the hosts are very responsive. Even though on our last day in Wilmington there was a steady rain, we enjoyed spending time in the condo itself. And the view of the river and the riverwalk was a pleasure! The condo is very convenient to shops and dining as well. We would stay there again!

The condo is very convent to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, bars and stores in about 5 minutes. The hosts left coffee which was really nice. The bed was comfy and we slept great. You have a wonderful view of the river and the battleship and the river walk is right in front of the building. You really couldn’t ask for a better location.

Wonderful place to stay while exploring Wilmington. Right on the water across from the battleship. Walking distance to great food and shopping. Didn’t have to drive anywhere. Place is well stocked and clean. Very safe. Looking forward to staying again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect with plenty of things to do and see within walking distance. The owners provided great dining recommendations that were also within walking distance. We walked everywhere. The views of the river, the USS North Carolina, and the amazing sunsets from the balcony were beautiful! It was everything we had hoped for and more.

The room was very clean, the owners provided plenty of coffee lol. The balcony was beautiful the sunset was stunning from the balcony. The neighborhood was nice. There were a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The river walk was beautiful. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy from the street on the balcony and bars in the back of the condo but it wasn't terrible.

What a wonderful condo! Clean, well appointed with everything in working order. Bed and linens were very comfortable. My husband uses a walker and was able to maneuver easily. Wade was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs. We enjoyed being on the Riverwalk and watching all of the activities from the balcony. The Battleship half marathon was a bonus!!!! We enjoyed driving out to the beach, Airlie Gardens and Blueberry’s Grill for brunch.

PROS:Location was awesome. In the heart of downtown area. Shopping/Restaurants/Bars were all within 5-10 walking distance. We went to the bagel shop downstairs 2 out of the 3 mornings. Excellent coffee! Balcony overlooking the river and battleship were great. Binoculars to get better views was a nice touch. In-house Keurig with a variety of pods was also nice. Plenty of dishes to use. Various hand soaps were also great. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable. TVs in both rooms were smart TVs with more than adequate entertainment options, even though I used a firestick. Location felt fairly safe. Entry into the building and unit was very easy. Door codes on both. Sunset/night views were great as well.CONSCarpet and furniture could use a deep cleaning. Flooring creaked at times. Front door appears to have been pried open previously as there was noticeable crack. The lock did not appear very secure from the inside (it was crooked). Better in-between visits cleaning is needed. Found cups not thoroughly cleaned (lip stick found on a cup). Found several hairs in kitchen and bathroom. Sink in bathroom was also slow to drain. Kitchen sink is very small so if you have a lot of dishes it will take time to wash them.

Beautiful Downtown Getaway!

The perfect downtown apartment for a long weekend getaway (or longer)! The view is beautiful and the apartment is walking distance to everything downtown that you could want or need. Quick drive over to the beach makes for a great vacation spot! We were very happy with our stay and did not have any issues. Would recommend this stay to anyone!
