This sixth-floor riverfront condo is the perfect home base for experiencing all that Wilmington has to offer. You'll be within walking distance of all of the city's most significant sights and countless top-tier restaurants.

If you opt to take any of your meals at home, you'll have access to a well-equipped full kitchen that will make meal prep a breeze. Choose between a romantic dinner for two at the dining table and the casual atmosphere of the three-seater breakfast bar. If you can't get enough of the cityscape, bring your plate out to the balcony's bistro table.

Wonderful place to stay while exploring Wilmington. Right on the water across from the battleship. Walking distance to great food and shopping. Didn’t have to drive anywhere. Place is well stocked and clean. Very safe. Looking forward to staying again.

What a wonderful condo! Clean, well appointed with everything in working order. Bed and linens were very comfortable. My husband uses a walker and was able to maneuver easily. Wade was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs. We enjoyed being on the Riverwalk and watching all of the activities from the balcony. The Battleship half marathon was a bonus!!!! We enjoyed driving out to the beach, Airlie Gardens and Blueberry’s Grill for brunch.

The room was very clean, the owners provided plenty of coffee lol. The balcony was beautiful the sunset was stunning from the balcony. The neighborhood was nice. There were a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The river walk was beautiful. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy from the street on the balcony and bars in the back of the condo but it wasn't terrible.

The Riverfront Condo was perfect for our long weekend in Wilmington. The patio had a cozy privacy for reading, drawing, or watching the river. Even the rain didn't ruin my mornings on the patio. Walking along the river or walking to restaurants or breweries was a delight. We parked and didn’t use the car the entire trip. Mellow Mushroom, The Basics, Prost, Copper Penny, and Beer Barrio were some of our favorite stops (plus several breweries). We can’t wait to stay here again and visit the restaurants we didn’t make it to. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful condo with great hosts.

Location! Location! Location! This cute condo was just right. Plenty of room for a couple and the view from the balcony cannot be beat. We spent most of our "in room" time on the balcony. It was RiverFest during our visit (what a lovely surprise). We were able to watch the drone show from the comfort of our balcony. We were able to walk to every point of interest. Once we parked upon arrival we did not need our vehicle again until we left.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect with plenty of things to do and see within walking distance. The owners provided great dining recommendations that were also within walking distance. We walked everywhere. The views of the river, the USS North Carolina, and the amazing sunsets from the balcony were beautiful! It was everything we had hoped for and more.

Beautiful Downtown Getaway!

The perfect downtown apartment for a long weekend getaway (or longer)! The view is beautiful and the apartment is walking distance to everything downtown that you could want or need. Quick drive over to the beach makes for a great vacation spot! We were very happy with our stay and did not have any issues. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

First time stay in Wilmington

Condo was exactly as described! Awesome location in downtown area which allowed for easy access to bars, restaurants and the riverwalk. View from the balcony of the USS North Carolina and riverwalk was wonderful! Unit was clean and well appointed for a short get away. Freezer broke the day of arrival but host informed us in advance and we worked out details to minimize our inconvenience. Would highly recommend this unit and host!

Cute spot with a nice view.

Nice location with a great view.It's a cute little spot if you don't plan on cooking anything as the sink is tiny and there's no dishwasher.It was pretty comfortable, but we found a few problems:No place to put our suitcases in the bedroom & the only bedroom window was in the small closet.Checkout was an hour earlier than usual so we got locked out. Especially when you have to go get your car from a garage, then park it in the "loading zone", run upstairs to put the tag back, and bring down the luggage. 11:00 am is the standard checkout time for a reason. 10:00 am barely gives one enough time to wake up, have coffee and breakfast, use the bathroom, pack up and get the car, etc. It was more than inconvenient, I almost got a ticket because I was upstairs trying to get back into the apartment. Very stressful. When I booked it, there was no mention of the parking situation, and since we were on a long road trip, having safe and easy parking was the main reason I booked this location. More details about the space and the parking situation up front would have been helpful.If you're traveling very light and staying for a short time with no car, this is the place for you. Very walkable and safe with lots of restaurants and a lovely waterfront to enjoy.

Beautiful Getaway

Our stay at this adorable condo was just perfect. The hosts were so easy to communicate with, and they thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. From the snacks, coffee, and VERY comfortable bed, we would most certainly visit again! The condo was very clean, it has an amazing view, and you could walk to EVERYTHING. If you are looking for a great getaway for 2, this is the perfect place for you! 10/10 recommend.

There’s a big ship in the front yard!

Great property on the waterfront with an outstanding view. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony after exploring the conveniences of Wilmington’s delightful downtown. This was a great accommodation for an event at Live Oak Bank Pavilion!

Amazing Condo

This was our first time visiting Wilmington and we definitely lucked out finding this place. The location is great. Close to everything you could need or want. Shopping, museums, restaurants and more. Parking was not an issue with the near by garage. The sunsets on the balcony were definitely something we will remember for years to come.
