Very nice condo in a great location downtown. Close to everything, clean, and well maintained. Great communication from the owners. This is in the middle of downtown so be prepared for some nightclub noise coming from Front St if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night.

Property was fantastic! It was clean, bright, inviting! Bed sheets, comforter and pillows were awesome and made for great sleeping after exhausting days/nights. Location was ideal where wedding related events were held and easy walks to local restaurants and bars! Tamara was awesome and communicated promptly! I travel to Wilmington for business and very likely to book again on my next travels.NOTE: Pay attention to her instructions as the Wilmington parking patrol enjoys giving out tickets!

This pictures do not do this place justice. It is gorgeous. The owners are always available if you have questions or concerns. My husband and I enjoyed being able to walk out of the door and walk around downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.

Tamara’s place is perfect for a downtown location in Wilmington. The Farmers Market was on the street beside us and the riverfront was a 2 block walk. A very popular coffee shop across the street and lots of shops and restaurants nearby…all within walking distance. The place was very clean and she had everything we needed like soaps, small shampoos, and comfy beds! (Keurig coffee variety too!) Check-in was a breeze and she was very easy to communicate with. The parking pass was easy to use too. The steps may be challenging for someone who has trouble going up & down but otherwise we highly recommend Tamara’s place!

Check-in process was seamless and communicated thoroughly by the property owner. The amenities and location were perfect for our small family attending a nearby wedding. The condo was clean and even provided a variety of toiletry items in the event you may have forgotten them. Restaurants, nightlife and local shopping were all within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our our visit and would recommend staying at this location.

This rental is spacious, well appointed, and CLEAN! Loved the shower water pressure and luxurious towels! The porch is a lovely place to sit and drink your morning coffee. The location is within walking distance of anything and everything you want to see or do in downtown Wilmington and a couple to few blocks from the waterfront. Parking is convenient in the Second Street parking lot — the walk to the lot is very short. Granted parking can be at a premium on a Friday or Saturday night, but we always found a spot. During the time we were there, there was a seasonal farmers market and artisans market on the street directly below to enjoy. As noted, the stairs to the unit are steep.

Great location, upscale accommodations

I would highly recommend this listing for your next stay in Wilmington. The location is convenient to downtown and the river walk, with many great restaurants less than a mile away. It is also located directly above a very nice Italian restaurant. Parking is located across the street, visible from the rocking chairs on the balcony.The place itself was clean and upgraded. Beds were very comfortable. There is a nice, fully stocked coffee/tea bar. Washer and dryer located in the common area. I would recommend bringing some detergent if you plan to wash clothes, as we did not locate any. There is a convenience store directly across the street. Check in and out was seamless. Would definitely return!!

Partial Refund Given, But Still Not Worth the Stay. Left Early

We booked this condo for a 3-night stay for my son’s graduation and Mother’s Day weekend. The host was kind to allow early check-in, and the location is convenient with good restaurants nearby. However, the stay was far from relaxing.There are multiple bars surrounding this property. The noise is so loud it vibrates the doors and windows. Music blares until after 3 AM, making it nearly impossible to sleep—especially in the master bedroom.Sanitation is a concern. There’s no dishwasher, yet guests are expected to hand-wash dishes. I can’t be sure previous guests properly cleaned them. Despite the cleaning fee, guests are also tasked with a long list of chores before checkout: hand wash all used dishes, clean out the fridge, take trash down the street to a grassy area (no bin),The condo itself feels bare and unfinished. There’s no artwork or decor—just mirrors on the walls. The couch is dingy, and there’s no vanity space for makeup. Black makeup wash cloths bled purple dye when wet—clearly unwashed. The final straw was a 4-inch cockroach in the living room on our second morning, which led us to leave early. The host issued a minimal refund, but that didn’t reflect the nightly rate or the discomfort. Not recommended for those seeking rest, comfort, or true cleanliness.

Clean, well appointed and exactly where you want to be if exploring historic Wilmington is one of your goals. Excellent dining all around. Weekend street market that you can watch from the balcony. We hosted an old friend from Australia and she loved it! Very important to keep the stairs in mind. The biggest challenge was carrying things up

UNCW Move In

We came for a quick stay while moving in my son to UNCW. The location is awesome and the apartment was beautiful. We even got to see a movie being shot outside the apartment during our stay.

This was our second time staying at this location and was fantastic again. Everything was perfect. Condo was super clean and great location in historic district. Close to restaurants and river walk. Also, close enough for easy day trip to the beach. Highly recommend.

Spotless and Spoiled with extras

I stayed here while visiting to attend a conference and this condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location! I was a little worried about being so close to the bars and the airport but surprisingly didn’t hear much of any outside noise. Tamara was excellent with communication and made the check in process super easy. Also she took care of the details that I wouldn’t have even thought of such as make up wipes, extra plush towels (and many of them!), aromatherapy shower steamers, ample amounts of coffee and tea! It definitely made my stay super relaxing and worry free

Very Nice 2 BR, close to town & Riverwalk

Nice property with everything we needed & more. Quality linens, pillows & towels. Hosts were very attentive. Advised us of restaurants, shopping & the area attractions. Everything was as expected, by the description & photos. Floors & bathrooms were very clean. I love the glass shower doors! No shower curtains! Parking was a breeze because of the parking pass & the lot being so close. Unload first, then park 1/2 block away. We could see our car from the condo. The Village Market is next door across the street. Convenient for snacks & staples. I would definitely stay here again. The only drawback was the straight up 24 steps. But it was good exercise & didn’t deter us from coming & going. And I’m getting old! Haha! Tamara & Bobby, Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
