Ashley's property is absolutely beautiful. it is in the perfect location close enough to the beach with a short drive and far enough from all the hustle and bustle of the crowds. Ashley was a pleasure working with as well she was kind courteous and made sure our stay was perfect.

Weekend Fishing Trip

The House was perfect for my group of five adults for a weekend offshore fishing trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we head back to Ocean Isle Beach.

This property was as described. It was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. You do need to bring your own towels, laundry detergent, tissues and bar soap as they were not provided. Everything worked properly and the house is located on a quiet dead-end street. It is located near restaurants, grocery stores and other local shopping and tourist attractions. It is within driving distance of other local beaches. Communication was good with the host and entry into the house was easy. There's 1 tv. This was a big issue as we don't do streaming at home but cable. But our son who was with us helped figure it out. There is a basketball goal and a swing for children. We enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Beach Escape

We had such a relaxing extended weekend at this adorable house! The house was incredibly clean and has everything that we needed. Ashley was a great host and answered questions exceptionally fast! We will definitely be visiting again :)

Enjoyable Stay

Great place and location. The only misstep was a charge for family that visited as we were down there for a wedding and the owner mistakingly thought they were staying with us. Once it was explained that they were just visiting, not staying the charge was reversed.

Great place to stay

This is our second stay at Ashley’s and we really enjoyed it. The home is very clean and well appointed. The location is only a 5-6 minute drive to the beach. It is also near shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. If we visit the area again next summer, we plan to stay here again.

Upon entering the home, the floors were dirty, dining room table had food particles all over it, the bed sheets on the king size bed were stained. I took off the pillow cases and pillows were all stained yellow. I went out and bought new sheets to use. I also had to buy towels and wash cloths as they were not offered. No shower soaps offered. Hand soaps were all watered down that you couldn't even get a lather. Talk about cheap. Let's talk about the bugs all over in the main bath, EVERY DAY! I felt ICK the whole time we were there. Toilet seat was broken in the one bathroom, so every time someone sat on it, it would almost fall off. Front door lock stopped working the the first night we were there. We had to wait the whole next day to get a key and couldn't come back there until mid afternoon. You want to talk about inconvenience? The house was guaranteed cleaner when we left than when we arrived. I do not recommend this property, there are many other near by rentals that I'm sure are nicer and cleaner by far. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. After all that, then we got accused of breaking her blind because we opened it. Give your business and money to someone who appreciates it and deserves it.

This is a completely false, unfounded and hateful review of our home. We have always strived to provide excellent customer service and top notch cleanliness. These guest NEVER brought any of their concerns to my attention until they were asked about items they broke in our home. This is a false accusation based on the guests being upset that they are being asked to pay for broken items.

Lovely house close to the beach

We really liked this rental. We had a couple people with limited mobility and they were able to get in and out of the house with ease. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the outside backyard area also. Very close to restaurants and the bridge to the beach. We visited a few of the neighboring towns and enjoyed the whole area. Our host was always available to answer any question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Easy Feelin

Property lived up to the name! Excellent location, short drive to Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach. House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked. Grandkids loved playing basketball and watching the squirrels in the back yard. Ashley was easy to reach and very helpful with any questions we had.

Ms. Hedrick’s is a great host. My family and I attended a wedding at the beach. The property is wonderful. There’s a swing in the back yard that my 3 year old loved.
