The location of this apartment is ideal for your stay in the 16th arrondissement. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony with a street view, allowing you to enjoy the urban scene. Furthermore, the bedroom has an en-suite shower room, offering privacy and convenience. The apartment is also equipped with a separate toilet for added comfort.

## Notes

The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash.

Please note that a section of the apartment building is currently undergoing temporary renovations indoors. The communal areas are covered by flooring protection due to the ongoing renovation work. This does not impact the apartment you are booking.
