Coastal Executive Home with incredible views of the 6th fairway. The extended view of the 6th fairway brings into sight the beauty of the golf and nature. From the vantage point of Tides Well Spent lagoons, island animal life and beautiful trees can be seen. Since the 6th green is directly in front of the home an added bonus of the views includes watching golfers use their best efforts to take a stroke or two off their game which can be very exciting.

This four bedroom and three bath home offers a respite from daily activities and is tastefully furnished. Watch the golfers from the upper deck or lower porch of the home. Features include vaulted ceilings in the great room, solid surface counters and custom cabinets in the kitchen. Enjoy watching TV or a movie in the living room with a sound bar that make for a great theater experience. All three TVs are connected to WiFi and signed in to YouTube TV, Netflix and Disney+. The bathrooms have tiled showers and solid surface countertops. The first floor plan overview is kitchen, laundry, living room, two bedrooms each with queen beds and a full bath. The master bedroom, full bath, second living area, guest bedroom, and office nook are located on the upper floor. .Hardwood floors are throughout the home. Tides Well Spent is located only a short distance from the marina and shops. Furnished with two nice golf carts. Sleeps 8 (max.). 4 bedrooms (K, Q, Q, D). 3 full baths. High-speed internet. (1) 4 passenger cart and (1) 6 passenger cart. Four minutes to beach access. Friday/Friday. 3:30 p.m. arrival/9:30 a.m. departure.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful house, stocked with all the necessities. Communication with Intracoastal Vacation Rentals was spot on. The whole process was seamless. Jennifer was kind enough to contact me immediately after a left behind item was discovered by their staff. She got it to me the same day which was a valiant effort as water ferries were involved. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The house was exactly as advertised and just what we needed.

Pam with Intercostal was helpful and cheerful. Everything went smoothly, the house is in a great location, close to the club, quick distance to the beach and easy to get to. Would stay again if it’s available next time we come.

Great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home for our family of 5. Had everything you would need for a baby, fully stocked kitchen! The home looks like it is in the middle of renovations, but overall was nicely done. All of the beds were very comfortable! The location of this house is very easy to access from the marina. The golf carts are in wonderful condition and we really enjoyed the 6 passenger golf cart. My only negatives are small, the master bathroom is strange and the shower needs to be redone and the master bedroom has open windows into the living room upstairs (also very strange.). But overall, would defiantly stay here again in a minute!

Tides Well Spent Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an excellent experience - a reunion trip of four high school friends. Due to an unexpected delay on the day of arrival we missed our ferry and arrived after the agency was closed. No problem! I called the agent and he left keys and instructions right at the ferry terminal. The property itself was in great condition and provided the perfect base for our trip. We enjoyed using the kayaks at the put-in right across the street, and the two golf carts allowed us to split into two groups if needed.
