Total renovation recently completed with longer stays in mind. Primary renter must be 55+ Come enjoy this modern take on farmhouse style while experiencing all the sunshine and beautiful weather Sun City has to offer. Spacious, serene and easy access to golf, sporting venues, shopping and more. Bring your craft supplies and revel in the amazing She Shed style laundry room, or write your bestselling novel at the comfy desk. Or, just relax in the upscale atmosphere and enjoy the peace and quiet. Whether working from home or reveling in your retirement you will have everything you need here for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
This is a locally owned, owner managed property. Thank you for supporting a local rental!
*An updated and well equipped kitchen- we even have two types of coffee makers, a Keurig and a drip- whatever suits you! Waffle iron, crock pot, hand mixer, air fryer, toaster- you'll have what you need to whip up your favorite dishes. Some basic spices and supplies are also provided.
*One ensuite bedroom with King bed, TV, dressing area and private bathroom with shower.
*One bedroom with Queen adjustable bed and a TV uses the hallway bathroom with shower.
*The most amazing laundry room in Sun City with washer/dryer and space for crafting.
*Parlor with board games and a game table.
*Spacious family/dining area with a comfy sectional, a tv and a variety of books.
*Sunny office with a large desk, some office supplies and a printer if you need to get a little work done- but just a little- remember, you're on vacation!
*Play a game of cornhole while enjoying the backyard that's equipped with loungers, table and chairs and a gas BBQ
*Besides the stocked paper products, ziplocs and foil, we have extra batteries, lightbulbs and charger cords just in case. We also have some gift wrap and bows in case you need to wrap a last minute gift.
*Staying during a holiday? We have a bin full of various decorations- Spring, Harvest, we even have a tiny menorah with candles... Christmas tree provided on request.
*Seriously, we have thought of everything!
