This mountain town getaway has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a reading room, large open-airy great room and a hot tub for your enjoyment. Enjoy sitting in our spacious great room that looks into a wooded backyard, where you are sure to enjoy various wildlife. Our home is conveniently located five minutes to grocery and convenience; while only 12 miles to local hot springs and 30 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Enjoy all the amenities of home while relaxing on a vacation you won't want to leave.

We had the greatest experience here with open floor plan, spacious gourmet kitchen, house is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, beddings and linens are soft and luxurious. It is highly recommended for big family gatherings.

This was hands down the nicest place our family has stayed anywhere in the US, apart from a. Five start hotel. The beds were so comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more. There were nice touches of Customer service like, a bottle of wine when we arrived, juice boxes for the children, regular hot tub maintenance, and I think possibly even driveway shoveling. The kids room had lots toys in the kids room. And a warmer for boots and gloves. We loved our stay.

Our stay was beyond what we expected! The floor plan was perfect for our group of 9. We had a blast being at the house and when we ventured away for too long the kids were itching to get back. We’ll be back for sure!

This property was perfect for our two families. Some skied, some did not, and it worked perfectly for games. We experienced a minor issue while checking in, and the property manager addressed our problem very quickly. This was the second time we had stayed here, and we would return.

What a great stay! The home was exactly as described, quiet and stunning. We saw several deer every morning and evening. The house had so many items stocked for cooking. We celebrated a 50 year wedding anniversary for my in-laws and it is exactly the stay we needed. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had and advised when anyone was coming to the house for routine maintenance (hot tub). Thank you so much for letting us use your home for a relaxing family get away.

Best Stay!

We have vacationed a lot, and have stayed at plenty of rental homes but this one far surpassed any of the others we have stayed at. The host literally thought of anything. I accidentally forgot my bottle brush and kids plates/silverware, and I was so surprised to see the host provided them.. not only that but tons of toys for my kiddos to enjoy also. It was just as wonderful for the adults as well, every little thing you might need from home is provided at this home. It made our stay so seamless and comfortable. We will definitely go back to this home the next time we are in Pagosa.

This house is perfect for families of all ages, the kids had toys and games and their own space to play, the layout is open and very functional. Close to town and easy to get to. Spent thanksgiving and had everything in the kitchen to make our meal. Highly recommend!

Awesome layout and gorgeous home

Stayed here summer ‘22. Close to hiking trails and town. Quiet neighborhood & convenient access. We absolutely loved the layout of the great room & kitchen and will factor some of the dimensions and the floor plan into our future cabin design. This was THE most well appointed kitchen we’ve ever had at any of the vacation homes we’ve rented. Having use of the garage was excellent and very much appreciated. The back porch is a great hang out spot and our boys loved seeing the deer hang out around the property in the mornings. Foosball was a huge hit as well and kept the kids busy and in sight when prepping meals etc. Plenty of room and the kids cabin bunk beds were a hit!
