Spectacular, fully renovated 3-Bedroom Oceanfront Townhome in Kahana

Aloha! This unit will continue to be a short-term rental (as a second home for our family to visit on Maui, to employ locals, and to share it with our guests). Come experience the spirit of aloha while staying at our oceanfront coastal themed townhome, designed with a bright and airy island feel. This top floor unit offers three bedrooms (including a loft bedroom and master bath on the second floor), two bathrooms, an ocean view lanai, and central air conditioning throughout (remote controlled by room). The property houses four buildings, each containing four units, with a pool and barbecues in the centre of the complex (deck area fully renovated September 2023). An oceanfront grassy area (to enjoy sunsets, stretch after a run, or childrens’ fun) and a small beach to play in the sand, makes this location perfect for families or couples who want to enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation together. Close to all amenities; a block from Hawaiian Village Coffee and The Club Maui Gym, and minutes from multiple grocery store options. Several amazing beaches within 5-10 minutes (Napili Bay, D.T. Flemming, Slaughterhouse, Black Rock). Great restaurants in the area include: Miso Phat Sushi, Sensei Sushi (daily early bird specials), The Banyan Tree, Duke's Beach House, Merriman's and delicious food trucks for easy take out. Within 15 minutes of the Kapalua and Kaanapali golf courses. Cyclists rave about the stunning West Maui Loop. Very nice outdoor mall shopping and dining at nearby Whaler's Village. Come enjoy the beauty and magic of Maui (we were married here 20 years ago!) and all the comfort and amenities of home!

This was such a great place to begin our stay in Maui! The townhome is exactly like the pictures, and best of all, it is incredibly clean. Beds are comfy, too! The beach is so close--just a quick walk through the green grass. The owners answered our questions quickly and genuinely cared about our experience. There are many great restaurants nearby too. We highly recommend.

If it was an option... 10 stars hands down! From the host to the amenities to the views, can't say enough about our stay, all top shelf. This property is as advertised and so much more. If you're looking for a cozy, comfortable, beachy getaway with a little bit of sand and just the right amount of solitude, this is the place. In a word, fabulous!

It is very well located to lots in Maui. House well stocked house and kitchen with the little things you need. Beach towels and chairs to use, great AC in all rooms. Modern upgrades in all rooms. View is exactly as described. Small shoreline nearby perfect for sunset watching. Saw turtles! Beach access and sandy shore a 2 min walk from condo. Master bedroom and bath is in a loft, which is stated on the description was fine for us, but for a larger group that stays up late it might be an issue for anyone sleeping in the loft area. Parking only steps to condo, but we could not hear traffic noise. Pool lovely but limited shade in the day. Overall excellent!!!!

This is a beautiful property in a great location! We loved the fact that this property is nicely updated and maintained with a spectacular view. The proximity to the pool and ocean made it a great location for our family. This is a gorgeous home filled with many wonderful memories for a lot of families. It made our first trip to Maui amazing! Great Hawaii retreat

We had an excellent time with the condo serving as our home base for all our activities. Especially enjoyed daily swims in the community pool, watching the sunsets from the deck or short walk to beach, and seeing the turtles and crabs.The condo has everything we needed for our family including some beach gear. Far enough from resorts to relax, close enough to walk to restaurants (enjoyed China Boat and Dollie's pub a few times).

Three Generation Vacation

We stayed in Kahana with our children and their families. Six adults and three kids under 6 in this beautifully styled, waterfront property. The condo was beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. Clean, quiet and modern unit situated on a beautiful property. Pool and grounds are spotless and offer magnificent views of the islands, whale spouts and swimming sea turtles. Our hosts were helpful, considerate and easy to communicate with. Thank you Tracy and Steve for a wonderful stay.

Perfect

We came to honor my husband by spreading his ashes at Haleakala. Unfortunately due to a fire we were unable to do it. However, we made many new good memories, visited old memories and had a healing time. The condo felt like home, had everything we needed and was very clean. Property is very well kept, including pool and bbq. Host is very kind and sweet. When we return, we hope the home is available.

Good location and beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very nice and the private beach area was used often. While swimming at our beach we had 3 different sea turtles swimming nearby, lots of fish to see, and a great time. Thank you for having us.

Nice Place!

Great place. Clean and nicely furnished. Unit below has an air conditioner in the window with the bearings out of the motor and makes a very load shrill noise. It was difficult to walk by it each time I had to enter the property. An exterminator left a note that they would be spraying the next day, We did not feel comfortable with that since we had an infant and a pregnant lady staying there. I emailed the host but never heard back. We left a note on the door asking them not to spray and never heard wither way.

Can’t wait to come back

This property was our favorite part of our Maui trip. It is steps away from the pool and beach, and allowed all of us to come and go from the sunshine as we pleased. Maui is definitely open and everyone in the community was so welcoming and friendly. They seemed to really appreciate our business. We booked excursions, ate at the local restaurants, and shopped for souvenirs just as we have in years past. The hosts were super responsive and helpful when our flights were unexpectedly changed. We’d love to come back and stay here again.
