Sunny 3-bedroom 2 bath family friendly unit. Tucked away on an end unit in building 1, close to shop, restaurant and beach. Recently renovated and updated with fully equipped kitchen, new second bathroom and updates to bedrooms including smart TVs in every room sure to relax and soothe. Screened balcony with spacious seating. Resort amenities include on-site bike rentals, pools, tennis courts and off-season indoor pool, walking track, sauna and whirlpool. Boardwalk to the beach offers family time with a seasonal shuttle to and from the beach. Island Grill and Deli is right downstairs, and Coco's on the Beach is a must for cocktails and volleyball. This community is on the Hilton Head Trolley route which offers free transportation from April 9 to Labor Day with 20 stops and 3 routes covering the island. All of this in a gated, secured central island location. Come on down!

Cozy little condo that’s perfect for anyone visiting the Hilton Head area. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. You can walk to the beach from on property with gorgeous views. Great for any military graduations as the trip to Parris Island is about 35 minutes away.

Our family had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and in perfect location to boardwalk that leads to beach. Great host, responds immediately to your questions. Large pool with great food and drinks! We will definitely be back

Family vacation

We had an excellent time. The host was very responsive and helpful. The villa was a perfect layout for our family with small children and had everything we needed. The location was great and the property had so many great amenities. I would highly recommend a stay there!

Great spot for a family vacation

A short walk to the beach and the pool is in the middle of the building. This was perfect place for our family two boys 4 and 7 to stay.

Great vacation condo!

It can be so hard to find a nice 3 bedroom condo, but this was fantastic! Perfect walk to the beach, always love to grab drinks/food at Coco's or at The Beach Bear by the pool. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place

This condo was amazing! Clean and very peaceful.. it was the first time our parents/grandparents came with our family of 5 with kids 7 and under and everyone had their own space but can be together! Kitchen had everything we could need! We had a great time!

Family oriented

We had a great time. The resort is very family friendly and I felt safe there walking around the condo any time of day. The pool and beach bars were the best!

Great getaway

The location of the unit was great, tucked away in building 1. The unit was quiet and we appreciated that. Everything was clean and updated in the apartment, we really enjoyed our stay.

Stay at the property

The apartment had everything we needed. Location was great. It would be helpful to have somewhere to hang the towels in the bathrooms, but it is very minor. Other than that the property is on the older side, but met our needs.

The condo was roomy and clean. Liked the decor. A few things you might want to bring if you come - a dust pan. Had a broom but no dust pan so sweeping up sand was a pain. A colander for pasta and kitchen shears if you want them. Two bathrooms which is awesome, but don’t take a shower at the same time. One won’t have hot water. The facility itself Id rate 7/10. It was adequate, but needed updated (painted) and when it rained puddles in the hallways and stairs. The boardwalk to the beach was nice. It’s less than 10 minutes. Very doable

Our first time to HHI. Owner very responsive. Property is a bit older but worked for our family. Pool was great, grill/bar was great and convenient and beach is beautiful! All employees were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
