La unidad fue recientemente remodelada por completo. Todo es nuevo. Estas son algunas de las características que hacen que esta unidad sea especial; Pisos de madera noble, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, un bar con fregadero, balcón privado con mosquitero, nueva iluminación LED en todas partes, muebles de diseño, detalles en la pared shiplap, aire acondicionado nuevo, tres televisores inteligentes nuevos, que incluyen 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar. We stayed here with our family that included a 2 year old. Pros: The indoor pool and amenities are wonderful because it doesn't matter if it rains your family can still enjoy the amenities.Con: The hot tub did not work for the first half of our stay which was TRULY disappointing because we had contacted the property manager to make certain it was functioning (he said it was) only to arrive and find it closed down. Pros: The screened porch was a God send because of safety for our toddler and also because he would have been throwing everything over the railing. Con: The tub in the master bathroom does not hold water so if you enjoy a hot tub bath, you won't get that as there is a repair needed that is covered up with a big piece of plumbers tape. Pro: The location is great, the building is the best one to stay at in my opinion because of the indoor pool and sauna, there is an arcade and the unit is right next to the stairs so you can zip down two flights to the parking lot. Con: The dryer does not function property at all and we ended up using the laundromat by the elevators which worked great. A few other things to mention are that every room is very bright so bring sleeping masks if you prefer the dark to sleep.

It bring the whole time and so it was nice to be able to walk around the track and go to the pool without having to go outside. Great location right on the beach with local food restaurants nearby

Our villas ac unit was broken when we got there. We had to leave for hours due to heat. Once we arrived back the ac unit was still broken after being told it was fixed. We then had to move to a 2 bedroom unit when we had a 3 bedroom booked. We were not compensated enough and had to cram in 2 bedroom unit bc there were no 3 bedroom units available. The property manager never initiated calls to us i had to call him in regards to every issue, no follow up from him. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I would give this stay an overall rating of good. Prior to arriving at the condo we had reached out to the owner and never received a response. Upon arrival the security gate did not have a record of our reservation and we had to reach out to the property manager to get our passes resolved. The condo was clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have a welcome packet describing where everything was located and how to access WiFi. We received a password but never got the network name so we were never able to access WiFi. The property amenities are nice for families traveling with children. The washer and dryer in the unit are small and over heated frequently. Also one of the bedrooms faces the interior hallway where a large light shines into the room at all hours. The unit did not have shades to block this.

First time on HHI

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved the corner unit and the location of the beach. We used the indoor pool everyday and the kids had a blast. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We hope to make it back sometime!

Nice property in a good location

Booking was seamless. Directions to property easy. Finding the correct building was a little challenging as well as the elevator. Listing was accurate but was a little smaller than it looked in pictures. Communication was spotty, had to message about wifi and didn't receive an answer and ended and up figuring it out on our own (no clear instructions and password given was incorrect but old info on the partially missing sticker on the fridge got us in), had to ask about check out procedures. There was a spot on the ceiling that looked like mold but could've been dust from air vent. Had to ask another owner how to locate beach locker under building and lock was difficult to put back on. Overall the stay wasn't bad if you are good with asking other visitors for info or figuring some things out on your own.

Perfect Week

We loved our unit. It was nicely decorated and plenty of room for 4 adults and a child. I would definitely stay here again! We always enjoy our stay at Hilton Head Resort.

Wonderful

Plenty of room for my daughters and their children. The indoor pool was a real plus as it rained all day one of the days we visited. Condo is so cute with great amenities. We will plan to return!

More than Imagined

While the resort needs an upgrade, the condo was spot on. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes and we had my parents (age 70 and a 3 year old). The kitchen was great and we were able to cook full meals for a family of 8. Kids enjoyed the pools. Lots of restaurants, Walmart, Target, outlets, and grocery stors between 5-12 min drive. Staff at the entrance gate were friendly and communication with the owner was good.

Great family getaway!

Our entire family was able to come together for a relaxing week at the beach. With the pool, the grill, and the tiki bar at the beach, we barely had to leave the resort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the condo was welcoming and clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice clean condo.

Overall the condo was good. It smelled clean when we walked in and included everything in the description. Locker under building 1 was a nice touch. It made it nice to not have to bring all the beach stuff to the room and get sand all over! Being at the end of the hall was a good location. Only complains I have is there was paint chipping off all the door ways(little pieces off paint on the floor). The blinds in the room facing the hallway didn’t close all the way. If people were changing/sleeping in that room people in the hall could see in. Last, the washer was moldy(like most front loading washers get) and the dryer does not do well drying. We kept the water canister in the dryer empty like the instructions stated and it was still hard to get things dry. That being said, we would stay in this condo again, we may just prepare a little different.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The condo was perfect and at a central location on the island so it was easy to navigate to dinner each afternoon. The condo sleeps 8 but only enough seating on the screened balcony for four people. We had bought foldable chairs so it wasn’t a problem. The beds were comfortable and my bedroom had a box fan in it so it drowned out outside noise if there were any. The walk to the beach is lengthy but you do have the option to ride the trolley that seats 5. I preferred the walk myself but if walking isn’t your thing be prepared to wait in line to ride the trolley. The pool was nice and large so even though it would get fairly busy I never felt like I didn’t have plenty of room to move within the pool area. The condo units themselves are older but kept in good condition.
