This home is was renovated in 2020! Enjoy the brand new furniture and paint.
This is the perfect vacation home! Whether you're coming to Coastal North Carolina for the beautiful beaches, exceptional fishing and water sports, many golf courses, a family event or a special occasion, make this house your family's favorite getaway! Centrally located (10minute walk or 4 minute bike or golf cart ride) from both the beach and the sound, it's close distance to everything this charming southern beach town has to offer (shopping, restaurants, movie theater, mini-golf, go-karts, ice cream, pier, boat launch, etc.).
Beautifully landscaped property with a very private backyard, hot water outdoor shower, large deck and grill. Deck overlooking the backyard. Master suite has a queen bed and private bath, queens in the other bedroom and full bunks in the 3rd bedroom. Separate laundry room in main bathroom.
TV's in every bedroom and living room with a digital antenna TV ,Blu-ray in one bedroom, high speed internet, modern furniture and decor, many games to play, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes and cutlery to last the day .
Located in the heart of EI so you can bike to many shops and restaurants. Several grocery stores.. It's also ideal for cyclists...11 mile bicycle path. Bring your bikes! (rentals available on the island).
Linens included (bed sheets, blanket, pillows per bed, towel sets, which include a bath, hand and wash cloth per person Complimentary first trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels
Hurricanes: Travel insurance when booking through VRBO is optional, but is strongly recommended for this time of year. If you choose not to purchase insurance, no refunds will be given in the event of cancellation, including mandatory hurricane evacuation.
NO SMOKING! Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
NO PARTIES
While no pets are allowed, the owner's dog has been inside of the home, so pet dander may be present.
We do have a security camera mounted outside of the house .
