Only few blocks from 34th Street bridge and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, groceries, ice cream shop, Wawa, gas station, playground/basketball & tennis courts.
Front deck with patio furniture and umbrella, and sectional seating and outdoor area rug. Side entrance. Enclosed private one-car garage with additional parking for up to 2 more vehicles off street in front of garage. Outside enclosed shower. Central Air. Sleeps 8: 1 King master with master bathroom, TV. 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds.
Entire interior newly painted in 2021. NEW carpet throughout in 2022.
Kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances, spacious and comfortable dining area. Comfy living area has gas fireplace, TV, ample seating. WIFI provided.
Exclusive access to Roof Deck for 2nd floor renters.

Beach Getaway

We had a great stay! The home had everything we were looking for. The beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of great spots nearby for dinner and ice cream.

We had an amazing week at 3226 Central! The house is clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The front porch is fabulous and the roof deck an added bonus! We loved the short walk to the beach and nearby bakery, ice cream, and mini golf. We will be back!

Beautiful House/Perfect Location

We.have been coming to Ocean City for summer.vacation every year since 1999 and this is by far our favorite house. The kitchen is very well equippednd he refrigerator holds a ton of food and has a great ice maker, the washer and drier are up to the challenge of cleaning

Great Stay

The unit was spacious, well-maintained and spotless. We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the large front deck and rooftop deck. The location was great-just one block to the beach and in walking distance to a playground, miniature golf, restaurants and ice cream parlors.

Excellent house in can’t beat location

This place is great, the inside is recently renovated and very comfortable, the covered deck is a great place for a coffee or a cocktail, and the location is unbeatable just minutes walking to beach, restaurants, and shops

Beachside bliss

My family of 10 had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean, newly renovated and had a open concept with a large kitchen and living room big enough for us all to hangout. We could easily walk to the beach each day and the outdoor was also a huge plus, post beach.

Great place! Less than a 5 minute walk to 34th street beach! Loved the front deck and rooftop deck! I will be looking to get this home again, also recently renovated and updated! Owners were easy to communicate with!

Perfect Fit

This house felt like a second home. My family and I are ages, 2, 8, 34(x2), 36 and 68. We all fit very naturally into our spaces with the bedrooms and the bathroom setup was great. New appliances made cooking family style dinners hassle free. The house is in such a great location for all ages from the beach, playground, mini golf, tennis/basketball/pickle ball courts, ice cream spot, takeout and the grocery store. Loved how quiet the street was after the sun went down. We have this house earmarked for our next OCNJ visit.

Perfect Location

We took our family vacation in Ocean City, NJ this year and this condo suited our needs perfectly. Our party consisted of not only my husband and I, but our grown daughter, her fiancé, his 8 year old daughter, our other grown daughter and her boyfriend. The location of this place was stellar. It was a quick walk to the beach and also within easy distance to shopping and restaurants. (If only Mother Nature had cooperated, it would have been perfect) The beds were good. The Queen mattress was a bit too hard, perhaps, but fine otherwise. The kitchen was nicely stocked (although one side of the toaster doesn’t work, FYI) and the new appliances were a pleasure. The bathrooms had good water pressure and were in great shape. We had to contact the owners for a quick question or two and they responded quickly, which was greatly appreciated. We would most definitely return…and maybe then it wouldn’t rain for 4 of our days! Oh well! At least we spent our time in a nice home!

Great house, wonderful location, seamless arrival and departure! We enjoyed the upper deck at sunset as well as the deck off of the kitchen. The walk to the beach access at 34th was easy - it has bathrooms and lifeguards. The lobster rolls and old bay fries from Sandwich Bar at the end of the street was awesome on our last night. The 2.5 baths were perfect as we had our father in law with us. Plenty of room for my husband and I, our two college aged girls, and my FIL. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. We have already rebooked for next year! 10 out of 10!

Amazing Location!

We loved staying right around the corner from the beach entrance! It made it super easy to get to the beach each day with our 2 young kids. The condo is beautiful, just like the pictures! We loved walking for pizza and ice cream and the downtown area was a quick 5 minute drive. Definitely a great place to stay in Ocean City!

Wonderful Visit

The house was so amazing and exceptionally clean and well stocked. The homes decor was so nice and inviting. We appreciated all of the amenities and the great location. We had an absolutely amazing time!

Fantastic stay in OCNJ

We had a great stay at this property last week. Communication with the owners was good, they always responded to any questions promptly. The house is well maintained and spacious. Brand new appliances and a kitchen well stocked with anything you could need for cooking during your stay. The bedrooms are a good size and having the half bathroom in addition to two full bathrooms is really nice to have. Rooftop deck provides views of the ocean and great pictures of sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

Great week!

Nice location, clean top to bottom, and many new/updated features throughout the home. Loved the roof deck designated for 2nd floor tenants. Would definitely recommend this property, and would definitely rent again. We had a wonderful week!
