Enjoy stunning views over the Pacific from this spectacular & ultra modern 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit 2503 in tower 1 (the most desirable tower) at the Grand Venetian. With access to great amenities such as 5 common pools, 2 of which are heated, prime beachfront location and direct beach access in the hotel zone, restaurant with room service, 24/7 security and gym.

Our condo is carefully decorated and offers unobstructed views of the bay, wrap around balcony with a jacuzzi tub, fully equipped kitchen, A/C throughout, Wifi & flat panel TVs.

The master Suite offers a king bed, 2nd bedroom a queen bed and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds.

Family vacation

Comfortable 3 bedroom unit. Clean. Wonderful view. Would definitely book the property again. Host met us to explain property and rules. Very nice.

Vacation time spent with the maintenance crew

I’m writing this review because I feel like it’s only fair for other families who will rent this property In the future. The time we take for vacation is not something that we can get back it’s important to know what you are renting and what you can expect. There are so many issues that we had I’m just going to have to bullet point them check in time was 3 PM room was ready at 5:30 PM we had issues with hot water they came and adjusted then the freezer started to make an extremely loud noise the fan was broken in the freezer and they had to come and fix that there was some type of leak coming out of the unit we were in causing leak downstairs we had to have someone come in our unit several times finally they offered to move us to the unit next-door we packed all our things moved over and the issues began there the master AC wasn’t working we had to have someone come in to fix that then there was a terrible smell it was not ventilating in the air-conditioning room had to have someone come in and fix that as well as turning on the pilot so that the gas would work on the stove next day the toilet in one of the bedrooms started to leak there were several maintenance issues that we had to deal with during our vacation time we had at least 20 different people in and out of our room while we were on vacation. I stopped counting after that because at that point I just had to allow them to come in when we were not there so we could try and enjoy our time. loss of time dealing with the maintenance issues and having to be in the room for someone to come in is really unfortunate we don’t get our vacation time back and then having to let people in your room Constantly when you’re not there to fix maintenance issues does not make anyone comfortable I would say probably 20 different people entered our room while we were on this stay to repair all these issues.

There were a few very minor issues that were fixed right away, like pilot light that went off. A major problem happened in the master shower and so we we gave you an upgrade to a bigger, better, more expensive unit across the hallway since that leak had to be repaired in emergency. We did offer a compensation about that. You then started to make up stories about other "issues". Upon departure we understood why you were making such a big deal about insignificant details, you said you would be only happy if we gave you 3 complimentary nights. So no such a bad experience if you are willing to return for a free stay !! This kind of guests give a very bad reputation to these traveling platforms unfortunately. Making owners want to deal directly to see what kind of people you are renting your home to.

We were so thrilled with this unit and it really made our holiday even better. The place is spacious, bright, and very well appointed. We were 6 people and the place never seemed small or cramped. We cooked many meals there and there was plenty of room to work at without bumping into each other. The master bedroom was large with a great ensuite which allowed my wife and I to put away our clothes and never feel like we were on top of each other while in the washroom. Our host was accommodating and responsive. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Simply magnificent

My family and I had to stay an extra night and we chose Daniel’s place. This condo is simply magnificent, with stunning views over the bay from the 25 floor. Extremely well kept and nicely decorated, high-end. It was the perfect start of our vacation for me & my family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that seeks to enjoy luxury and privacy at the same time !
