The apartment and building were beautiful and luxurious. The location is superb. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, and shopping. The Uber ride to “El malecón” or the airport were just 150 pesos. Perfect!!!Our host, Nelly, was super attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The apartment itself was super well-equipped with all you will need ever need to enjoy a nice vacation.I’ll leave you with a couple of pictures to demonstrate.

Beautiful Property

We had a great time at this property. The condo was spacious and had an incredible view. Nelly was on top of everything. The pool was gorgeous and we felt very safe here.

Amazing Condo and location

Beautiful spacious condo in a great Hotel zone location. Corner unit with wrap around deck with expansive views of the beach and bay. Nelly was very supportive and responsive throughout our entire stay. I would highly recommend renting this condo and will definitely stay here again

Beautiful place

The condo was wonderful, with great views. The location was perfect for my family. Walkable to the marina ( for excursions) and the grocery store. I would stay here again.

Everything about this property is family friendly! Great accommodations great location! The property is well maintained and had everything we needed! Beautiful beach beautiful pool and close to shopping and restaurants. Nelly was very accommodating and always available if we had questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Birthday week getaway

Wonderful location and Nelly was great to work with. Talk about a stunning location too! Everything about it was great. Very secure and centrally located. Close to the airport, shopping, food, and of course the beach! Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent place!! Everything I need it for my yearly family vacation. I will definitely come back to Puerto Vallarta and stay at peninsula! The place is nice beautiful views. The pool is nice and pool service outstanding! Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with... Im already planning to come back next year!!!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta. The condo has lots of room, great comforts and an awesome view. Perfect location, central and close all conveniences. We all had a great time and miss PV already. See you next year!

Family Dream Vacation

This property is stunning! WE enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Every morning with looked forward to the beautiful view from our deck along with sky divers dropping right in front of us and evening sunsets. The condo had everything to meet our needs and the staff were amazing. Pool is wonderful , grounds are well kept and high security. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Vacation Stay

What a great place to spend a vacation with our family! The weather was perfect and this condo in Tower 2 is very comfortable and roomy. Our contact with Nelly was excellent. She immediately took care of a few minor problems we had. We love the location of Peninsula Towers. The furniture while not new was comfortable and serviceable. It worked out well. The Peninsula is in a great location for visiting old town by bus or uber. The restaurants near by, especially Cafe Top were very good. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. The biggest drawback is the Dance Club and Rock Fest that has incredibly loud music on Fri, Sat, and Sunday (not affiliated with The Peninsula). But, the beach, the pool and the condo will definitely bring me back.

Great place for a PV vacation!!!

We stayed in this condo with our two adult children and their friends, and what an amazing time we had!! It's just as the pictures present it to be with plenty of room for all six of us. We stayed most of the time at the pool during the day and ventured out at night to some really great restaurants. We had an issue at first with the beach access cards, but that was settled pretty quickly with the help of Nelly, who was always very helpful during our stay. You'll really enjoy this condo!!

Awesome place

We were so impressed that the condo was as pictured! It was super clean and lovely. The building was right on the beach. The pool was amazing. Everything was great. Our only complaint was that there was very little toilet paper and paper towel and no kleenex at all, so we had to run and buy all of that. Other than that, a perfect place and a wonderful stay.

Great location....!!!

This was my first experience with ANY Vacation Rental and I was impressed of how much you can get for the price you pay on this kind of Property Rental. We were very pleased with the communication with the property manager in advance, as well during our stay. The condo was in very good shape and it made us feel welcomed with all the amenities available. Luxury accommodation. Totally impressed....!!! 100% recommended for a large group of people. (we were 9 people this time)

Great location, Luxury condo as advertised

My family of four (two teenagers) just returned from Puerto Vallarta and a stay at the Peninsula. This is our tenth trip to PV and the location of the Peninsula is great - short drive from the airport, restuarants, grocery store, mall and a Starbucks within walking distance, short cab ride to downtown. Security at the condo was strict (in a good way) and very cordial. Food and service at the pool was fair but didn't get in the way of a good time. If you are looking for a great Mexican vacation......PV is your place.

Gorgeous and easy!

The peninsula and Nelly's units are always our favorite destination in PV! The views, the pool and beach are without compare. One of our favorite elements is the pool and beach side bar service. The food is very tasty and drinks are inexpensive. The location of the peninsula is also perfect. A 5 minute cab ride (100 pesos) to the marina for dinner, a 10 minute cab ride to the Malecon and walking distance from loads of great restaurants (Porfirios, Vaca Argentina) and shopping make it really relaxing and enjoyable. Nelly is very responsive and check in was extremely easy. We enjoyed our stay, as always and a few of us even went sky diving (skydivevallarata) and it was amazing!

Great Property with Fantastic Amenities

We had a group of 7 guys staying for a long weekend and the condo was perfect. Nice and secure with plenty of things to do at the property and nearby. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Nelly was very easy to work with as was Yolanda the housekeeper. The pool was fantastic and maybe it was the time of year but most of the time we were the only group at the pool. Bar service was good (cash only) and the food was excellent as well. The restaurants and shopping nearby were easy to access and high quality. Only a short ride to the romantic zone in a cab. I would definitely stay at this property again.

fantastic apartment

This is probably the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It absolutely made our vacation. The view is utterly spectacular and I will remember if for the rest of my life. The furnishings were exquisite and I felt privileged to be there. The master suite was spacious beond belief. And the cross ventilation to die for. It had everything we needed to make a meal and eat on the fabulous balcony. The pictures just don't do it justice. Everything was immaculate and well cared for. Don't hesitate. This is the one to rent. Nelly made everything easy for us and the building people were extremely hrlpful about recommendations

Would definitely rent again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious and easily handled our family of 5. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is huge and clean, and the beach is nice, clean and great for swimming. The condo property is secure and quiet. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. My only (slight) downgrade is, in our opinion, the lack of close and easily walkable food and dining options. There are some, but not a lot. Cab rides and uber are easy and cheap, but we would have liked a couple more options especially and the end of the day when we wanted something quick and informal. But would not stop us from returning - we would just buy a few more groceries next time. Overall Five Stars!!!
