LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! In the heart of Crystal Beach, 200 yards (5 minute walk or 1 minute drive) to the water, easy beach access, and close to stores and restaurants. Newly remodeled inside and out. Tastefully decorated and clean as a whistle. Large open living area, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, and a large master suite with king bed. Walk in showers in both baths. Outdoor patio area with hot/cold shower. Located on a quiet dead-end street in a family oriented neighborhood. We've thought of everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Fully stocked kitchen (not including food).. Linens provided, including beach towels. Garage not included.
Large side yard with plenty of room for your toys.
The house next-door is also available for rent. Great place to have a Family get-together. Contact me for more details on the neighboring house.

Beautiful clean house on a quiet street close to the beach, but also close enough to stores. Tammy was great to deal with from booking all the way to checking out. Will definitely rent from her again in the future.

4th of July Vacation

This home was great for our 5 night family vacation. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. The home was very clean and kid friendly. We enjoyed the porch area under the home, especially the outdoor shower. After a day at the beach, it was very easy to shower the kids outside and get all the sand off them before bringing them upstairs. The kitchen was easy to work around and had everything we needed.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Cozy, Clean, and Incredible Host!

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely perfect! The home was exactly as listed—bright, clean, and just a few minutes from the beach. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.One of the standout features was the bedding—it was incredibly soft and cozy. After long days at the beach, it was such a treat to come back to such a comfortable and peaceful space.Our host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and super easy to reach at any time. Communication was smooth from start to finish, which made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach escape. Highly recommend this spot and would definitely love to come back!Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Simply wonderful - highly recommend

An absolutely wonderful stay. This house is better than advertised. It is well maintained and clean, modern interior and amenities. Very short walk to the beach, near everything you need on the peninsula and a fun ferry ride to Galveston if you want to go there for a day. The house is perfect for our family of 5. We all love it because it is comfortable and cozy, but not so cozy that it feels like you’re on top of each other. The host, Tammy, is wonderful as well - very easy to get in touch with, very responsive, and goes out of her way to make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you for everything, Tammy!I’d give it 6 stars if I could. This is our second time to stay here and there will be a third in the future.

Relaxing Weekend with friends and family.

I recently stayed at this charming beach cabin and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and conveniently close to stores. The kitchen is spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. One of my favorite parts was relaxing on the front deck, enjoying the soothing breeze. Overall, this cabin offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!

Happy Birthday

Took our family to the beach for my wife’s birthday. Everything about this place was top notch. Weather not to great but hey none of us have any control over the weather. Tammy was amazing with communication! Highly recommend this property.

Great hospitality from host

The house was beautiful and clean and everything we hoped for when we checked in, quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach! The beach was very beautiful as well! Unfortunately hurricane Beryl had a major change in direction after we checked in following a long drive from the Midwest and instead of landing in Mexico as predicted, it landed in Galveston, we were caught on the edge of it. We lost power for several days after the storm had passed but had the beach and the covered patio to stay cool. The host was so thoughtful and communicative throughout this entire time, checking on us to make sure we were ok, keeping us updated on messages from the power company and any support available throughout the community. She was also very flexible offering us to leave at any point we felt uncomfortable while being willing to refund for dates we didn’t use. We chose to stay for several days and still thoroughly enjoyed the house, thankful for the gas stove and the battery powered lanterns in the home. With the power outage the evenings were rough without air conditioning but prior to the power outage we had no complaints (and completely understand the power outage was at no fault to our host!). After we left early, the host still gave us a generous refund of a large portion of our rental fees as she felt bad our vacation didn’t go as intended. We were so appreciative of her care, concern and generosity which helped a difficult situation not feel so bad. Truly a wonderful host!

Excellent getaway

Came for a family reunion. I really wanted my dad to relax and enjoy his family. Dad loved the place and rested well. The property was very nice and has a beach like atmosphere inside. Tammy the host was great. Immediately answered my text messages and communicated with me. Thank you, Tammy, for a wonderful weekend.

Nice accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at this home! Brought our golf cart and it was a quick trip to the beach. House was very nice and updated on the inside! It was a great escape for us before school and hectic schedules ensue.

Family of 7 Vacay

Clean and fully stocked home from dishes, cookware, towels, linens, blankets to beach towels. Super cute and comfy! Great location! Plenty of parking space for truck and trailer! Tammy, the owner is very quick and responsive! My biggest shock is that pets are allowed and we did not find one dog hair. The beds and couch was super comfy. Everything in the house worked form the fridge to washer/dryer. We definitely will be hoping this place is available for future stays.

Bolivar beach stay

This was such a great stay for our family (7 if us total)- we were only there for 2 nights but it was great. Very roomy and comfortable seating for all 7 of us to spend time together. Excellent location and really close to the beach. Wish there was a gas grill but there was a great neighbor who was at his home for the weekend as well and let us borrow his. Would definitely visit again!!

Spring break getaway

This house was so precious, clean and close to the beach. Everything we needed was already there, and the host was AMAZING!!When I had a question, she was quick to respond. Family beach trip

This home is on a nice cul de sac with little traffic the weekend we stayed. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds very comfortable and the linens were perfect. Nice spaces on the upper porch and the lower concrete patio.

Great Family Getaway!

The stay was fantastic! We had everything that we needed. There was even a portable crib, which came in very handy for my 8-month old grandson. Will definitely be back!

We loved it!

This house was amazing. We honestly had the best time. The yard is huge and the house is so pretty. We even sat up a mood walk in the yard so my kids had an amazing time!

There are many restaurants and shopping options close by (within a mile), as well as local businesses that offer fun excursions for our guests. These include, but are not limited to, horseback riding on the beach, parasailing, kayaking, golf cart rentals, snorkeling and surfing, fishing, miniature golf, and water park. Galveston is a short 20 minute free ferry ride away.
