Nice property, no help when needed.
Beautifull property but when the unexpected arrives, is when you need support from the Administrtors/Managers/Help Desk.
The Winter Storm was unexpected but we were never told that if the Cabin loose electrical power then water supply will also dissapear because water comes from a well and need power to pump it to the house.
Just imagine your vacations without power (you can deal with that) but also no water to take a shower or to flush the toilets.
Not only that, the entrance slope was very steep and after the snowstorm covered it with ice/snow we were unable to drive down the hill.
We call for help at least get a snow shovel to clean the entrance, or to help get some salt so we can go out down that hill to get some lamps/batteries water/ etc and no help arrived.
We call a relative staying close to our cabin went to the town buy the shovel, the salt and we finally clean the entrance.
Survived that cold night (and the next day) without power, without water with two kids age 10 and 12 !!!
Next day...power arrived and water was welcome BUT after 24 hours despite we had power water again dissapeared.
Call again for help and after 6 hour waiting for a response we were told they were unable to fix the water problem.
It was not until the end of our stay that we were offered another cabin OR a coupon for one night (we were leaving next day) when we were asking for at least a partial refund for all the problems we had without ANY HELP from administrators/managers/help desk.
To complete the incidents, cellular signal was weak on that location and the last two days also Internet/Cable TV went off so we ended having electrical power but no water, no TV no Internet.
A real nightmare and worst of all, we felt alone, without any help despite our multiple calls or messages.
We leave day before check out for a hotel.
Will never ever rent that Cabin again or use Cabin for Us service.
As a "courtesy" we left the snow shovel on the entrance for future guests if needed.
