Siesta Key-3BD/2BA-Beach, Dining, Desirable Location.

This home is 1/2 mile from Siesta Key Beach. It is nicely furnished. Your stay includes super-fast WiFi, a washer/dryer, a single-car garage, a Tesla charging station, and a heated community pool.

The master bedroom has a Simmons Beautyrest king bed and a 60" Samsung smart TV. The master has a huge walk-in closet for shoes, beach, and evening wear. The master bath features a walk-in tile shower, a soaker tub, and his & her vanities. A slider patio door opens from the master bedroom.

The main floor features the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a work study. A half-bathroom and study area are on the main floor. Off the kitchen is a balcony to enjoy coffee & sunsets.

There are two guest rooms ideal for kids and guests. Each guest room has a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet. The guest rooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower.

One family-friendly pet is permitted; it must be on a leash when outside. The home has beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach wagon. Note: stairs are part of our home, so if you can't walk stairs, please don't reserve.

The maximum number of guests is six (6). One car may park in the garage and a second in the driveway. No smoking, tobacco, firearms, or parties are allowed at any time. All guests will be required to abide by HOA community rules. Please reach out for dates of inquiry.

Happy in Sarasota

Property was just as pictured. We had a great time for 2 weeks. Great location to travel to Venice and downtown Sarasota and right across the bridge to Siesta Key Beach. It was quiet and pool was nice! Rob was great with communication. Will stay again when in the area.

Beautiful home - highly recommended

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and has a very homey field with very comfortable couches, beds and a kitchen with everything you need. My daughter and I along with two other moms and two other daughters enjoyed our time here and I would definitely recommend this property. It was a short walking distance across the bridge to the beach and and several restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store. We were able to walk to everything we needed. The house also came with beach chairs, and a wagon which was super helpful to be able to tote our things back-and-forth to the beach each day. The pool was relaxing as well. We were able to walk everywhere we needed and did not even have to rent a car. We ordered our groceries and had them delivered, this was my first experience in Siesta Key and I would definitely like to return and stay again. Thanks to Rob and Allie for sharing their beautiful home with us.

A great rental for a fun family beach vacation!

We had a great stay at Rob and Alli’s rental in Sarasota! Due to health concerns my husband had to stay home, so it was just my two sons (8 and 11 years old) and myself. It was a very safe area! We walked to the beach a few times (turn left on to Duval, over the bridge, cross the street, turn left again and about 50 ft away is the public beach access point (across the street from the big American flag!) It was maybe a 15-20 min walk and the beach was great! We also drove a few miles north to the larger (and more crowded) Siesta Key beach and had a blast there as well. As for the accommodations in the rental, we were impressed with all of the features and extras. Everything was very tidy, beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans etc., plenty of beach towels in the linen closet, and a lot of beach must haves in the garage too (foldable wagon, pool noodles, boogie board, sand toys, folding chairs, etc.) My boys loved the heated pool that is available for the 15 or so units in this community of townhouses and the other residents we saw there were very friendly! One other thing to mention is there are A LOT of stairs in this rental… 10ish steps from the front door up to a landing where you can either move to the right slightly and go down 10 stairs to the master bedroom and bath or go up another 10 stairs to the main level where the living room, dining area, kitchen and a 1/2 bath are located. There are also sliding glass doors on this level to the two decks. Two more flights of 10 steps up will get you to the other two bedrooms and a full bath. So if anyone in your group struggles with stairs this may not be the best fit for you, but my kiddos and I had no problem at all with this layout! Rob had great communication leading up to our stay and during. He sent us a list of nearby restaurants, gave clear directions on where to go, how to access the key for the rental, and other important info for our stay. We so appreciated him checking in and helping us get settled in from a distance with emails and texts! We will definitely come back to stay at Rob and Alli’s place the next time we go to Sarasota!

We are a family of four with two young children. We live full-time in North Carolina. Rob's grandparents owned/operated a motel in Sarasota so he grew up visiting for holidays. We have a furry kiddo ourself who loves traveling with us to our Sarasota home.

Our home is highly desirable west of the trail (highway 41) at the south Siesta Key bridge. We are about an hour south of Tampa airport and 25 minutes south of Sarasota Airport. We are the Clark Road exit off I-75.
