This place was amazing! Location was perfect. We did not ski but it is close to ski mtn rd. We loved all the amenities (need more glasses) other than that it was terrific.

Beautiful place, 100% recommend, the only cons is the 3rd floor has a little low water pressure which isnt a big deal the bathroom on the 2nd floor works amazing, the suna and hotub were the cherry on top. Recommended for single family

I absolutely loved this property! It is a lovely cabin and the wood is amazing. The upstairs was so spacious and so beautiful with the crosswalk to the deck. All of the bear decor fits the name and adds to the experience in the Smokeys.The kitchen is also beautiful and we found everything we needed. We enjoyed the large deck and the nice hot tub.

Wonderful cabin! Big, clean, gorgeous setting, and lots of fun. Kids got a huge kick out of the old arcade system and the popcorn machine. We all loved seeing the bears stroll through the driveway! Hot tub (and pool a block away) were also big hits. But the best was sitting on those beautiful decks and enjoying the view.

This is a very nice property with outside decks on three levels for excellent views of the surrounding mountains, The check in & out process was very simple. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils needed to cook and have meals during our stay. The interior of the cabin is very beautiful & spacious.

We booked this cabin 2 years ago and absolutely loved it! So when we went back with the kids we knew this is where we wanted to stay. Here is why I would not stay here again. We first got there and our code would not work to get in. Our host did answer immediately and get us in. Walked in and it smelled of dead mouse so we had to hunt it down and toss it - no big deal.. we are by the woods. So I looked past that and the code to the door. I go to cook that evening after a long day of driving and I pull out pots and pan from the cabinet and every single one had mouse poop in them. The whole cabinet had mouse poop in it. I did call the host that evening and she did bring me new pans the next day. I appreciated that Becasue I was not cooking in those pans.Next day we spend a long day at Dollywood and come home that evening and went to cook. I opened up the oven and it was disgusting and was not cleaned at all! You pay a lot of money for cleaning service and they did a POOR job! So couldn’t use the oven. We took showers that evening and then went downstairs to get the kids in bed and there was a big water leak! Ceiling tile bowing and water in the carpet!Kids were scared to sleep downstairs because you could hear the mice running above them— it was disgusting to hear them skittering on the ceiling tiles.. This place has a major mouse problem! They have ate holes in the carpet under the door!! Half of the light bulbs in cabin don’t work either!We left after 2 nights!

Okies in the Smokies!

Pictures do not do this place justice! There is nice , peaceful sitting areas at each level. We seen a bear Daily. Beds were comfy. It is a little closer to Gatlinburg but super easy to get to PF or Gatlinburg. It is close to a road, but you don’t notice it. The game room was fun. We only had one vehicle so wasn’t an issue but there is room for maybe only 2 cars. The entire cabin was cozy and I would stay again.

Fantastic stay!

The cabin was fantastic, had anything we could need and was perfect for our needs. We loved the hot tub and porch swing. We spent most of our evenings relaxing on the porch. We even had a family of bears come visit while we were hanging out on the porch, it was the highlight of our trip! We would love to stay again next year, looking forward to booking with you again.
