Great Stay

This condo was perfect for my group. We had a group consisting of 2 couples, and at the time, this unit was being rented as a 2 bedroom unit so it fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was top notch and fully stocked with any cooking utensil, apparatus or seasoning that you would need. The bedrooms were both great. One of them had a slightly larger bathroom with an outdoor shower which had views of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. The patio was great for relaxing and we enjoyed the pool as well. The concierge service was great and helped us plan our stay before we arrived and helped us with questions and issues after we arrived. They even greeted us at the condo with fresh guacamole and chips when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay in Punta Mita!

My family and I just enjoyed one of our best beach vacations in Punta Mita! The property is incredible, with stunning views of the ocean and the golf course. Instagram worthy photo opportunities abound througout the gated community. A well stocked kitchen, large plunge pool, modern furnishings, spacious rooms, and comfortable bedding were some of the key features. The beach clubs and restaurants were easy to access using the golf cart. The food and beverages at the beach clubs and restaurants were high quality and on par with most other upscale resorts that we've visited in the past. We would like to thank Jesus and Victoria for making our stay even more enjoyable with the concierge and daily cleaning services. We were able to arrange for an amazing chef and invigorating massages right in our unit. This was a vacation that we could easily see ourselves repeating again next year - we really did not want to leave.

Incredible experience

Our three days at Marietas was absolutely perfect in every facet. The property owners were gracious and empathetic when our travel plans were disrupted by weather, and when we finally arrived, Jesus ensured we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. An ideal location to enjoy Punta Mitas many beach clubs and amenities!

Beautiful Punta Mita Property

This was our 5th time to Punta Mita, and we would absolutely stay here again. Great location, beautifully appointed property, close to St. Regis and Sufi beach clubs.

The condo was beautiful with a great view! The beds were comfortable and fully stocked kitchen! We had access to the beach clubs which was great because they were all different. I would definitely go back again!

50th B-Day & 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration

The property is beautiful! The ocean views and sunsets looked like a painting. Vicky, the lady caring for the house made us a great breakfast and kept the house very neat. Having the golf cart was a MUST, I don't think you can stay where we stayed without a golf cart. The beach clubs were all different but enjoyable. The restaurants in downtown Punta Mita are expensive. I don't believe they are any less expensive than eating on the resort property and the resort property is probably a little higher end. The pre-arrival grocery expense was high, but very convenient. You will need MUCH more cash than you can imagine. Everyone there wants cash and that includes the final ride to the airport, so we had to find an ATM... The concierge had some personal things going on, so there were some minor miscues with things we had set up, but it was also our first time in Punta Mita, so a bit of a learning experience for us. I would definitely go back to Punta Mita and would stay in this condo again! PS - we hiked Monkey Mountain (its a legit hike, so if you do it, be prepared) and we went whale watching and saw a mom and baby humpback, that was very cool!

The home is wonderful with lots of room. The kitchen is fully stocked for people wanting to cook and share meals with their friends and family. Wesley was an excellent host. He went above and beyond what was expected We will return.

Beautiful Layout and Setting

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex. The Marietas are in a perfect location and having a golf cart to navigate was perfect. The unit's layout is great and the views of the sunsets are unparalleled. The pool was perfect and great appliances in the unit. Best thing was the Concierge staff who could not have been more attentive to anything we needed.

Amazing stay

This was the first time trying Vrbo. The service was excellent including having our concierge Alan and cleaning. Las Marietas location is amazing and having the golf cart was great to drive to different beach clubs and into town. Will definitely come back

Girls Trip

We enjoyed a week in Punta Mita (hurricane scare) and all, inside the gates at Marietas. The beach clubs were wonderful and the golf cart was a must. There was a strange smell when our air conditioning unit was on (we brought it to our concierge's attention) and while they too could smell it, nothing was done about it (it was a WD40 - paint thinner) smell. Otherwise, would definitely come back to stay inside the gates!

Birthday trip

This unit is spectacular a wonderful view over the 18th all of the Bahia course out towards the sunset. Easily could accommodate six people we were only to wonderful interior and exterior space.

Punta de Mita Paradise

This unit was amazing all around with a plunge pool, outdoor shower off the master and in an incredible location within the gates. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging our tours and providing everything that we needed. We will definitely go back and stay in this condo unit!
