The house is in a perfect location for what we needed. Close to the beach, shopping and not too far from family. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, which allowed us to have several dinners at the house. The house looks like it was recently renovated and a perfect size for our visit. Despite a few days of cool weather we took full advantage of the patio and pool. Everything was spotless. We would certainly consider renting again.

Wonderful Spring Break

We had a fantastic stay. My kids loved the pool and the close proximity to some great beaches. The home had everything we needed including beach accessories. We would highly recommend this place to families and had a great experience with Jamie!

Stylish Stay Close to Beach

Beautiful house! I love the sense of style at this house. Very stylish and clean. We felt like home but way nicer. We only stayed a short time but had a blast. Vanderbilt Beach was only a 5 minute drive and we also had fun at Mercato Mall which was only a mile away. Great stay!

First Trip to Naples

Perfect 2 Week Getaway!

The property was lovely. House was immaculate, nice floor plan with all the necessities renters enjoy. Pool was gorgeous and very private. Neighborhood is quiet, making it easy to relax by the pool, or enjoy the adirondack seating. Comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of pool and beach items. Centrally located to restaurants, night life, shopping. Already choosing dates to stay again next year!

Great House!

The property really suited our family’s needs. The house was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We all loved the heated pool and pool deck area - this is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is also well appointed. The location of the house is perfect - close to Mercato, 5th Ave Naples, and the beach. Communication with Jamie was great and check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house with pool minutes from the beach!

Renting this property from start to finish was fantastic, communicating with the owner of the property was quick and easy as well. Loved having the pool in the backyard and being minutes from the beach. The bikes that come with the property was a nice touch and we used them often. Long Weekend Retreat

We loved staying at this property over a long weekend (Fri thru Mon). We enjoyed coffee by the pool in the morning, the beach was a short drive one morning and 20 min drive to the Naples Pier for another day. The pool was great to cool down after a long day at the beach. Parking inside the garage was a pleasant surprise as we rented a Jeep with the top off. We look forward to hopefully coming again next year, and may even bring the kiddos.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Our group really enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend! It was a perfect home to getaway with friends and family. The house was well appointed and in a great location in close proximity to everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, taking daily bike rides to the beautiful beaches to watch the sunsets, and cooking out in the backyard. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had and made our trip effortless. It was exactly what we were hoping for and more. I highly recommended this vacation home and I would love to visit again.

Spring Break

My family and I had a wonderful time in Naples spending some quality family time before our son graduates high school. The house was everything that we had hoped for. The pool was great to have to enjoy after a day at the beach. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee out on the back porch every morning. We just love Naples. Jamie was a great host with wonderful communication. We would definitely stay at this house again and highly recommend to all.

Impressive Home

As we walked in the house we were pleasantly surprised by the well designed and decorated home. All bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms are well arranged and very clean. The air in the house is clean and fresh. Garage had beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen and family room have all you need to feel like a home. We were surprised to see all high end hands soaps provided for the guests. Defiantly would return and stay again.

Fun in the Sun

We had a great experience renting this home. It was extremely clean and well decorated. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The water was good from the fridge dispenser. There was salt and pepper in the cupboard and the kitchen was equipped with all needed cooking utensils. The little things made this a great stay. The bikes were nice to ride and lock up at the beach. There were beach towels for use. We felt safe. Jamie was wonderful to work with. Beautiful home. Thank you!

Living the Dream House

Such a cute cottage - so bright and cheerful! The owner thought of everything and was available if we had any questions. The king bed foam mattress was extremely comfortable, as was the queen in the 2nd bedroom. We used the 3rd bedroom (with 2 twin beds) as an office. French doors off the living area and the master bedroom opened to the completely fenced and private pool area. Like all rentals, you pay extra for heating the pool, but the clean, heated pool was heavenly - we spent part of every day in the sunny pool area. It was 1 1/2 miles to Vanderbilt Beach so we drove when we went - the south entrance has a parking garage and the north entrance has a parking lot a few blocks away. There are also bikes available in the garage. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living area was a bit small, but totally adequate for 3 or 4 people, especially with the doors opennng to seating in the pool area. We found the cottage to be a wonderful little corner of paradise.

Enjoyable stay for family of 4 (just be mindful of added fees)

The positives: 1. The house was very clean. 2. The house is very well stocked with things that you will need and appreciate having (2 bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper, etc.) Much appreciated. 3. Not far from the beach (biking distance). 4. Walking distance to a couple of enjoyable restaurants. 5. Comfortable beds with abundant pillows. The Negatives: 1. As with many VRBOs, the price per night you see when you are looking for a rental is way lower than what you actually pay. Just something to be aware of when you get excited about finding a place that looks reasonable when you are shopping. After fees, our price ended up being a LOT more than the advertised nightly fee because of the following: cleaning fee, fee for heating the pool (which we did not request), and service fee. The lodging tax was added also but that is expected. 2. Wish we would have had more clear communication with the owner. I asked about the temperature of the pool and asked if the pool temp would be warm given the warm temperatures during the daytime. I was not given an answer, but charged the $300. I inquired after arriving at the property and looking at the bill. Partly my fault, I should have looked sooner. Once the pool is on, you are charged for the entire stay. We would not have chosen to have it heated as we did not spend much time in the pool and daytime temps were in the 80s. 3. When we arrived, the garage had a horrible smell. There was garbage left by previous renters in the garage that had gotten warm and stunk very bad. The problem was resolved when we put the trash curbside for pickup 2 days later (renters are left a note with the 2 days that trash pickup occurs). We kept the overhead garage door open as much as possible when we were there and before we were able to put it out for curbside pickup, to help reduce the odor. 3. The pool is very small. Overall, it is a small, cute house that is well-equipped to make your stay more enjoyable. It is the added fees that make me question the value for this property.

Thank you for the feedback! I believe we addressed the pool issue as I said it was heated it 87 during the stay and you paid the booking in full. Then during the stay requested a refund, as though it was a surprise and I sent a note apologizing for any confusion and offered to refund the fee as a courtesy. Moreover, I always want to ensure things are crystal clears for guests so I am once again sorry. I was never made aware of the trash issue in the garage or could have had the cleaning crew sent there to remove the trash and freshen up the garage as well as take the cans out. The trash days are listed in the check-in instructions because some guests do stay weeks or over a month at a time and need this information. Unfortunately, it’s difficult for VRBO owners to receive feedback like this after the stay when we are not given any notification in order to correct it during the stay. I am sorry you had to take the trash out during your stay. I always want guests to have an amazing vacation at the property and will bend over backwards to ensure that happens. Thank you again for the feedback so I can make any necessary adjustments to communication at the outset of the reservation process for those who might have overlooked the pool fee. Very nice property

We enjoyed our week long vacation. This house had everything we needed. We had 3 couples & was a perfect size for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was refreshing & clean. Morning coffee for the girls was great out in the pool area. Guys wanted to watch the Master and the TV was good size. Location was good for us. Beach was close & we used bikes a few times. Thank you Jamie for opening your beautiful house to us.

I am a bi-coastal real estate investor and a licensed agent with Sotheby's International Realty. My home bases are in Columbus, Ohio and Hermosa Beach, California. I fell in love with Naples in 2020 when a real estate colleague and friend moved to Naples from Ohio.

We are enamored with the friendly seasonal visitors, gorgeous beaches, delicious cuisine around every corner, and of course, endless sunshine. I am happy to provide local recommendations for couples or families visiting the area. We have a 10 year old son and have found so much to do in the area.
