We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. After being switched to another condo before our arrival due to a maintenance issue, I wasn't 100% sure what we were getting, even with seeing pictures. However, the condo was spacious and offered the amenities of home being able to cook a few meals instead of eating out every time.

Place was fully renovated! Very clean and modernize. Booking was also easy and not stressful! Will definitely stay again on my next trip!

Great location

Had a great time staying at this condo, good views and location. Beds were so comfortable, we all slept great. Could of use some new dining room chairs, most of them were unusable due to bad cushions.

Perfect location

The location was perfect, steps from the beach and was able to sit on the lanai each night to watch the sunset. The room was exactly as promised and the condo had nice amenities including a place to schedule a surfing lesson (which was fantastic)! Highly recommend

A beautiful place in Waikiki

The property was very clean and modern. There is a good ocean view from the rooms. Our family stayed there for 7 nights. We can see the fireworks from the room balcony. This place is close to the beach, mall, waikiki shopping center. It's suitable for all ages. I would love to come back here again in future.

Great accommodations close to the beach!

Our family was looking for a place to stay close to Waikiki that had easy access to the highway system. This property fit the bill! Comfortable place with a responsive owner. Ray was awesome! Communication was on point, and the check in/check out process was seamless. The location is amazing! You’re steps from the beach, walking distance to countless shops and restaurants. Such a great property with a great location! My family would definitely use Ray’s property again! Mahalo!

Just ok

The property was in a good location -walkable to Waikiki beach. Coffee shop, mini mart, ice cream store and cafe were all great. Nice views .Plenty of towels provided . 4 beach chairs (one was broken) The manager said the unit has been updated ; however, not sure when this was done because it needs a thorough cleaning and updating.

Unclean was putting it politely

The condo we initially booked had maintenance issues so we were moved to another condo last minute. When we arrived, the secondary toilet had feces caked all over the seat. I contacted the owner and he assured me that someone would be by to clean it but no one ever came. We were all forced to use one bathroom for our trip. When I again contacted the owner requesting our cleaning deposit be refunded, I was ignored. The location is great and the check in is easy however, the condo itself was unclean and not in the greatest shape. I would not stay here again nor would I ever use another condo where Ray was the owner.

Not as pictured

Overall it was a spacious unit. Kitchen, bath and floor updates were good. It was about a 10 min walk to the beach. We were very disappointed the unit did not match the photos in Vrbo. The furniture and view was not what was posted for this unit. It was also not particularly clean. Toilets under the ring had not been cleaned in ages. It was black and made the whole bathroom smell. When first entering the apartment, there was standing water in the master bath. There was also trash at the base of the master bedroom floor. I contacted the number given to us. The call was returned. The person returning the call said they would send housekeeping, but they never showed. Check in was also difficult as we were given the wrong door code. We had to go to security to let them know the issue. We were told there was no extra key left for that unit. The security person then contacted someone who told him to call a different number. We had to wait for the return call to get the correct code. Not a fun experience. Also, the furniture upholstery needs cleaning, and the new tile floor looked, clean ,but when we walked around in socks or barefoot, they were so black we had to wash them off. I think this would be a great unit if it had a very thorough cleaning. We still had a good time despite the snafues and cleanliness.

Beautiful Space with amazing views

This was a beautiful luxurious space for our family to enjoy our last few days in Hawaii. Gorgeous view! Very comfortable beds. The unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Look forward to staying again.

Great place for families in Waikiki

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property in August 2021. The location is very accessible and is steps away from the Hilton lagoon and the beach. The views from the balcony are fantastic. Valet parking was convenient and the service was fairly quick. Market place and restaurant downstairs add to the convenience. We felt it was family friendly. We would stay here again.

Nice view of sunset, rocky beach at the Ilikai Hotel.

Beautiful view from the suite, nice hotel, end of hallway, and quiet. We stayed for 7 days and were expecting more than 2 white trash bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 4 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people. The blue chairs on the balcony deteriorated so bad, the plastic backs fell off bit by bit physically. We’re told that someone will come next day to give us trash bags and that never happened. Skimping on little things seems to be the business motto, which contrasted with everything upscale about the place, which tells me the owner only cares about profit and customers come last on his list. Customers will always remember how they were treated and further business from us will not likely happen.
