INCREDIBLE town home awaits you in Old Town Scottsdale! You'll feel at home with a spacious living area with 75" Smart TV and super cozy fireplace. Enjoy a modern kitchen with SS appliances and tons of cabinet/counter space. Retreat to the master bedroom with plenty of breathing room and a walk-in closet. A large central bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Make sure to take time to relax by the sparkling community pool, perfect for hot summer days.

Great location close to Old Town Scottsdale and all the entertainment it offers. Restaurants, golf courses, shopping, art galleries and nightlife!
Watch your favorite baseball teams during Spring Training!

You will have access to heated pool, hot tub and barbeques.

Other things to note:

1. Is your name on our list? If more guests are staying than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.

2. Change of plans? If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you!

3. Play safe! When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, accidents, or illnesses that occur while you are staying at the townhouse and any amenity spaces offered with your stay (including, but not limited to pool, etc.). If you notice anything that presents a danger yourself, anyone travelling with you, or the townhouse, please let us know as soon as you check in.

4. Mind the neighbors, please! Quite time is 10 PM-7:30 AM. Parties or excessive noise is not allowed in our townhouse - misbehavior costs $500.

5. Enjoy the fresh air! Feel free to smoke outside of the townhouse, but please do not smoke indoors - leaving behind a smoky townhouse costs $500.

6. A clean home is a happy home. If the townhouse is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

7. Time is of the essence! Late checkouts will delay our cleaning professionals and result in a $50 charge for each hour.

8. Please don’t feed the dust bunnies. Our townhouse comes stocked with living essentials, but we do not provide daily cleaning services. However, if you are staying 30 days or more, there will be a charge of $150 for each additional 30 days and the condo will be cleaned every 30 days.

9. Your Fur babies are always welcomed. There will be an additional $300 pet cleaning fee.

10. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).

11. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.

Great location, very clean, nice pool, hot tub, and neat grounds. Friendly neighbors around the property! I would stay again! The host was an excellent communicator. Fresh towels and extra things in bathroom for those who forget razors, qtips, shampoo, bathing liquid soap, also laundry pods, fabric softener, etc… comfy bed and excellent home temperature with ceiling fans.

Perfect stay

Everything about this rental was great. It was clean. The furniture and general condition of the condo were in great shape and appeared to be well taken care of. The complex had immaculate grounds and a nice pool area. Very convenient to old town Scottsdale, grocery stores, coffee shops and anything you need. Highly recommend!

Place was clean and tidy and good location

Unfortunately it was Spring Break for the University, which was less half a mile. So the noise was terrible. Until 330am, terrible After a 7 hour drive that set the mood for the next coming days. We couldn't rest. Sorry. Not sure if I would recommend this place if you don't mind the noise. Than I highly recommend it

I'm sorry you encountered excessive noise. If there was excessive noise you should've reached out to me. By law, Scottsdale does not allow this type of behavior from 10 pm to 8 am. ASU is 6 miles away and is closed during Spring Break. The students either go home or go somewhere else to vacation.

Very nice condo

This is a well-equipped 1 bed condo about 2 miles from the heart of Old Town. The owners did leave us a couple of challenges, there were three unlabeled keys in the lockbox. One for a very difficult to open metal security door. They also changed the Wi-Fi without changing their listing, requiring a phone call. I was told to turn over the router to get the password. Due to lose wiring that crashed TV access. The walls are thin so you can hear whatever the neighbors are up to. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

Thank you for mentioning the door issue. I will be taking care of it right away. In regards to the thin walls, I'm surprised you encountered this issue. It's usually quiet. The condo is a corner unit the only shared wall is with the bathroom and there are two closets and a hallway in between the rest of the condo.

Nice place!

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was nice and clean and they even supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper! I felt safe and it was a quiet condo neighborhood which is good because the walls are thin! We could hear the neighbors sneeze! The only suggestion I would make is to add another mirror in the bedroom. There is only the bathroom mirror in the whole place. Also, when you arrive, the condo is to the left. We arrived at night and looked all over with our phone flashlights trying to find the unit. Just explaining that it is to the left of the parking area wouid have been helpful to know. I would totally stay here again though. Close to everything and the people here were friendly. Thanks so much!

Want to love this place….but didn’t

The “bones” of this place are good as well as the location. But it was not a great rental. The silverware in the drawer were filthy, there was something spilled on the kitchen chairs, the pillow cases were stained and invoked the “ick” factor, the door doesn’t close to water heater/utilities so you had to look at that and brooms/mops, and someone else’s cloths were in the dresser drawer. There was not a unit number included in the check in directions so we had to call after 10pm to find out which unit we had rented. And there is only 1 mirror in the whole place - and it’s in the bathroom with the shower so getting ready can be challenging! Not a full length mirror anywhere in the condo. Definitely not a great set up.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience at my condo. This is the first complaint I hear about the condo. I appreciate your input and fix the issues you had right away. We arrived and started cimmucating that we did not have info for the internet. So we had to phone the owner in California I believe to ask for the info. She was not friendly and told us to look for it.Garbage disposable was no t working when we arrived and there was food it, so the sink would not drain. So after about 4 days my husband bought draino and a plunger and toilet brush ...there was no toilet brush. He had to plunge and draini the tub as well or you were standing in your own dirt. The shower drains nicely now. Microwave was filthy. We were doing dishes in the sink. Tried dishwasher but the sink would fill in with water. Vertical blinds were broken already. Every time you opened the blinds 3 or four broken ones fell down. We were so annoyed the last time we opened the blinds the last time we left one lying there. There was no grip to support them to stay up. They were bent too. Towels were worn and dirty. My husband worked on the sink and tub drainage for about 3 hours for 2 days. This condo had a plumbing problem long before we arrived. We did not mention the problem with this condo tothe owner because we thought we would save the owner an aggravation and the expense of a plumber.Owes us 11.99us for the draino and 19.99 us for the toilet brush and plunger combo. We are disgusted that the owner has made a compaint. I think we are being scammed. Don't rent this place. Get some honest and better cleaning people.

I'm very surprised to hear you had these problems. I have a professional services that checks to make sure the unit is clean and everything is working. That way I take care of anything before guests arrive. When you called me regarding the internet, I walked you and your husband through the process and stayed on the line with both of you to make sure you were connected. You said everything was good and thanked me. If anything in the unit wasn't working, you could have and should have called me. I have a handyman on call to take care of any maintenance issues that arise. The grip on the blinds were not broken. I have since replaced the panels that you broke and it's working fine. I hold my cleaning crew to high standards and have excellent reviews on the cleanliness of my property. It is unfortunate that you left me a bad rating after leaving the condo with broken fixtures and didn't think to notify me.

This condo met our needs perfectly. Very comfortable…. including both beds! Convenient location. Host was easy to communicate with, responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location for everything that we did. The unit was great, clean, and what we expected. The only thing is that the mirror in the bathroom was a little low for my husband who is 6'5". He made adjustments and made it work. It was nice to have the pool in the complex as well.

Great place & great location

I would recommend this to anyone visiting downtown Scottsdale. Place was clean, modern, and probably the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). There was ample supply of spices, coffee, paper towels, towels, linens, etc. Location was walking distance to Scottsdale art district. Only negative was that it could use a set of blackout curtains in the bedroom as the parking lot light shown through the blinds.

Great Place

My sister and her husband snd I spent 3 nights while visiting our mom in assisted living in Scottsdale. Everything in the condo is new and tasteful. I think I was the first person to sleep on the fold out sofa bed, and it was actually very comfortable. The location was perfect for us! Very quiet and comfortable.

Great spot close to Oldtown

This was an amazing spot to stay because it is close to so much to do in Oldtown Scottsdale. My boyfriend used to live in Oldtown so it was nice to be able to see his old neighborhood. It was easy to get to and the property was very clean.

Great location: easy access to the 101, Old Town Scottsdale, and are attractions.

Nice little condo: clean, updated, comfortable. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub and it was nice that pool towels were available as we forgot to pack ours. Plenty of space for the 2 of us. Would stay here again. Only 2 suggestions: **The bedroom window needs black-out curtains in addition to the blinds as the light from the covered parking shines in, is very bright, and makes it a little difficult to fall back asleep. **Note with directions that the unit is directly around the left corner from the parking space - would be easier to find when checking in, especially if it is dark: Neither item is a "deal breaker", but would make the stay a 5 star all the way around. We really wish we could have given a 4.5 instead of a 4.

Old town stop

Wonderful week in old town Scottsdale. Close to great shopping, restaurants and bars. This was to see some spring training games but with the lockout it was only one. Still plenty to do. Great rental- thanks!

Great Scottsdale location

Booked our stay with hoes of taking in some spring training but not able due to lockout. Instead we had great time at the Desert Botanical Garden and Scottsdale Weatern Museum, both close to the rental. We have a 25’ RV and were able to park in the ample parking at the complex.

Very clean, both unit and complex. We just didn't care for the area, too much hustle and bustle. We're looking for relaxation and quiet. The place itself is very nice. They supply EVERYTHING,; spices, shampoo,coffee, etc. And they are noted brands. Wish it was in a different area.
