Our beautiful ground-floor condo, on the sunny/dry side of the island, is located in the luxurious resort of Waikoloa Beach. We are a 10 minute walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach of "A-Bay" (Anaeho'omalu Bay Beach). We are located near the 5th tee of the lakes course at the famous Kings Club Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The floor plan is one of the largest in the complex.

Enjoy outdoor living on our comfortable lanai and dining area (very private) , with unobstructed views of the golf course with Mauna Kea in the distance. Outdoor saline lap pool and two jaccuzzis are available on property. We have a dedicated free parking space.

Inside you will find a newly remodeled kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The spacious master bathroom features an en-suite bathroom with lovely walk in shower. Our second en-suite bath offers bath tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with stainless steel appliances, dishes, small appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, Vita-Mix, and spices. If you feel like barbecuing, there is a covered pavilion with 6 Weber gas grills. A full complement of barbecuing accessories are in the kitchen. There is seating for six in the dining area in the condo as well as on the lanai with beautiful views.

Pack lightly...There is a washer and dryer for your use!

Our condo is perfect for couples or families. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a queen bed. Also available is a twin inflatable mattress.

The living room has plenty of room to spread out. There is free WiFi and 3 smart TV's. The living room TV has cable. The condo has central air conditioning if needed - the lovely ocean breezes also keep the unit very comfortable!

We have beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, coolers, noodles, sand toys, masks, snorkels, fins and boogie boards available for your beach and water fun.

This is a strictly non-smoking condo, lanai and property.

Easy process for check-in and out. Condo was very clean, nicely laid out. Lanais- fantastic for sunrises, great table and chairs for anytime meals. The kitchen and bathrooms - nicely updated. Kitchen had what you needed to make meals, newer pans and utensils. Comfortable living room, nice beds. Great location for A-Bay and other beaches, King and Queen Shopping Centers, and restaurants. Thanks Joe, for a great stay. We would love to visit again.

Perfect for our little get away

My husband and I and our 2 children ages 4 and 1 year were able to comfortably stay in this ground level unit with all the amenities of home. Though great for families we did have to bring our own pack n play for baby to sleep in. Not a deal breaker for us considering Joe was upfront about not having one available. The lanai was situated right next to the putting green and course restaurant making it easy to walk and grab a drink and an appetizer. The pool was heated and shallow, great for our young kids. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Waikaloa

Pristine and peaceful!

My partner and I had a great stay. The lanai was without a doubt the highlight of the condo. It's a perfect place to relax that feels private (well isolated from neighbors) and peaceful (green golf course views). Other nice features were the saltwater pool (quiet and had plenty of shade), and the location (plenty of walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and paths). Place was exactly as pictured with a very generous sized master. Management was responsive, and even let us know in advance about some work being done on a nearby unit (which ended up hardly being noticeable). We would absolutely stay again!

Best by far!

I've stayed at many VRBO condos, including a couple in Waikoloa and this unit was by far the best! The management company was incredibly responsive before check in, and for a couple of minor things that came up. I loved the spaciousness of the property and the unit was generously spaced and laid out. What made this place truly special is that decor and household items were clearly "owner quality" not just a rental unit. The special touches like motion light at the entry, and kitchen being well stocked really made this an incredible rental. The pool is heated (rare!) and the people were very kind about my 10 year old playing in the pool. We loved being walking distance to the Marriott and Hilton for restaurants. Overall, I literally could not say enough good things. Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

Waikoloa Vista Stay

We found the place wonderfully clean and beautifully decorated with high quality things. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lots of spices for cooking as well as other cooking things left behind. Kitchen has everything you’d need for any kind of meal. Condo had beach toys and chairs plus good beach bags and a cooler and umbrellas. Beautiful view on the lanai which was fun for enjoying mornings and evenings. Place was very quiet. Also there’s a great restaurant called Tropics that is just across the way. This was a great place to stay. Very well located and in walking distance to the shops and the big hotel with the fun pools and lagoons.

From the moment we booked we had excellent communication. Everything was completely streamlined. Beautiful condo, Great location

Everything so far about our trip to the big island has been, easy and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed. We didn’t need to eat out since the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location is code to a number of great beaches and a few grocery stores and other shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay in Waikoloa

Property was just as described and in the perfect location to visit so many great spots on the BI! There is also so much to do within walking distance- lots of restaurants, grocery store, shopping, beach, and great trails for walking or running. Joe was so easy to connect with while we were staying at the property. We cannot wait to return!

Hawaiian Dream

After our trip to Maui was derailed by the fires in Lahaina we scrambled to save our vacation. Our VRBO search found this dream of a property. Not only was it a vacation saver but the condo is large and the amenities are top notch. The owner has beach gear available for use which travelers could not possibly bring with them. If I could give this property 10 stars I would. Cannot wait to visit again

Big Island Base Camp

Vista 104 is the perfect Big Island base camp. Walking in I was amazed that it exceeded the pics. The lanai is just amazing for morning and evening. Great views of Mauna Kea. Beds were excellent. Bathrooms were well decorated and spacious. Kitchen well supplied and clean. We had planned to grill but chose to do simpler meals. We walked to dinner several times in the shops and the lava lava clubs. Beach access is SO easy if you want to walk or drive to a bay. Close to Hapuna and Mauna Kea. No long drives to get food, snacks. Airport is 18 minutes away. Easy access to saddle road for volcanoes and Hilo day trip and to akaka falls. Joe is a great communicator and helped us with a small issue during stay. We are already planning our next visit.

Great site to get away

This is a great condo tucked into the golf course site. Everything was clean & the kitchen was well stocked with spices, appliances and cooking items. Walking distance from the beach and shopping. We never found the pool so a little map might have helped out. Highly recommend this place to stay

Perfect in every way

This has been the best vrbo that we have stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a few. This was very comfortable for our family (2 adults + 2 kids under 12). The beds were super comfortable, and the bedding was high quality. All details were thought through - beach towels, a closet stocked with beach gear, and all kitchen necessities. The decor was cute and not over-cluttered. Very clean and well-kept. Joe was great with check-in and check-out and available for any questions. The property itself is nice and quiet. The pool is nothing special, but a great beach is within walking distance. We will be looking to come back for a second visit.

Exceeded our expectations

Spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to cook all our meals. The beach equipment was really appreciated and we loved waking up to birds singing. The location was a short walk to restaurants and a gelato shop. Joseph was very quick to respond and gave us all the info that we needed.

Construction days

The property is beautiful, clean, neat, spacious and very comfortable. We had many amenities that made our stay very nice. Unfortunately, neither the owner or property manager told us that that week there would be major construction on the unit above us. We woke up to a jack hammer above our head early Monday morning that didn’t stop even after we spoke to the men doing the work. This continued for the next two days. We were told by the property manager that they wouldn’t start till 10am the next day but that didn’t happen. It was just disheartening that we spent a lot of money on a vacation that we looked forward to for months just to deal with early morning noise that could’ve been prevented.
