Vista Waikoloa E301 penthouse con vistas increíbles

Nuestro apartamento está en el 3er piso (arriba) del edificio E .it está en la esquina que hace que sea muy privado con hermosas vistas de Moana Loa y Hualalai montañas. Kohala y Mona Kea montañas también son vistas desde nuestra Lanai. En los meses de invierno se puede ver las cumbres nevadas cima de la montaña mientras se está sentado en el calor tropical en nuestro Lanai, es una vista exótico. Nuestro apartamento es amplio y luminoso con una gran envoltura alrededor de Lanai en 2 partes, el lugar perfecto para comidas de café o simplemente sentarse y relajarse en el ambiente tropical. Nuestro dormitorio principal tiene una cama king cal, televisión de pantalla plana y está decorado con muebles de estilo de la isla. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y otra vez todo el mobiliario es estilo de la isla. Ambos baños tienen nuevos tocadores de granito. Nuestra cocina ha sido remodelada con encimeras de granito, refrigerador nuevo puerta francesa y congelador, nueva encimera y todos los aparatos que se necesitan. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador, pero el condominio tiene aire acondicionado también. El salón y el comedor interior es espacioso tenemos una televisión de pantalla plana y reproductor de Blu-ray, así como un equipo de música, la decoración es isla y cómodo. La terraza tiene una mesa y sillas para 6 personas y 2 tumbonas para relajarse. Nuestro apartamento ha sido reformado con suelos de gres en toda para darle una sensación fresca y limpia isla.

The property has magnificent views of mountains and bay. I can watch beautiful sunrise and sunset from the deck. The host has details local information about shopping and restaurants. The local property manager is easy to reach and fast response. It has beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and noodles. Amenities are in good condition and have condiments for cooking.

2nd time staying at this complex because we love the area and the layout of the condos. And its hard to find such a spacious lanai at any other condo. The condo itself was perfect. We love that chairs and an ice chest for the beach was there for our use. We look forward to returning again.

This was an excellent property and host. I highly recommend it. We did have an issue but the property manager worked diligently to fix the matter. I was completely satisfied with it. An occasional issue beyond anyone’s control can happen. The response from the property manager was exemplary. The host and the property manager communicated well throughout the process of fixing the issue. This property is nicely decorated without being cluttered. It had beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other items. The property was well equipped with laundry and dishwasher supplies as well as all kitchen equipment we needed and then some. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and a bit of A Bay from the lanai. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great getaway

We had an excellent stay! We love the location, being so close to A Beach! The condo is well equipped, clean, and very spacious. The owners Lara and Rob were very communicative and quick to attend to anything that comes up. We look forward to staying in this condo again in the future. Thanks again for everything!!

Fabulous rental

The condo was large, spotless, very quiet, and in a great location. The lanai was very large and provided a lot of shade - easy walk to restaurants, shops, beach area. While there was not a large ocean view, the surrounding trees, mountains, golf course and waterfall were lovely. Great appliances - Bosch dishwasher, large refrigerator with large-capacity ice maker, good drip coffee maker. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay here again.

Great condo

Clean and spacious condo with ocean view. The lanai has 2 areas which is a treat! Condo has most supplies neeeded during stay. Easy checkin and checkout! Would have been nice to have a beach umbrella. Beach chairs and cooler were available. Thank you!

Beautiful property-an oasis!

Hubby and I stayed for 6 nights. Absolutely love the size of this condo, the roominess in all rooms and the wraparound lanai. Breathtaking views of the mountains and a fantastic glimpse of the bay. It’s a very short walk to the beach via the Marriott property. Location location. Easy access to anywhere on the island. Great eating and shopping choices at Kings and Queens shops and marketplace. The bed was super comfortable.The tv would not work and we contacted the property manager who came within the hour to resolve easily. No other issues at all. Only suggestion is to add more hangers. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo near A-bay

This condo is beautiful. We had to stay longer in Waikoloa because I had wrist surgery up in Waimea, (fractured wrist) The unit was quiet with a partial view of A-bay. We had no problems and enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. The unit was well laid out. The instruction booklet could use updating with exact instructions for the TV/remote usage and the new induction cooktop. However, the island manager was responsive and eager to help when we had questions. We would stay here again.

Spacious, comfy condo with views and outdoor space

This was our second stay in this condo. We really like the size and how it is set up. The outdoor space is the best for us as we like to be outdoors most of the time we are in Hawaii, and this condo has a very large lanai that is sheltered from the often windy Waikoloa winds. The only thing I would mention is to be aware of the clothes dryer- it has a tendency to try to eat clothing items. It appears as if the seal around the door has a spot where items can catch and get caught, so just be aware of that, and if you have something delicate or special, you may want to hang dry.

Top Notch

Large open concept condo with many upgrades, and panoramic view through 2 glass walls with sliders. 2nd bedroom with twin beds has sliding 3 panel wall to fully separate the space. Gated community with elevators to access upper floors. Every detail was covered. Would absolutely stay here again

Great Finish To Our Vacation

The resort was located some distance from Kona, but had all the amenities of restaurants, grocery stores and numerous shops. It was situated close to various beaches and points of interests which we were able to drive. The property management were fabulous and accommodated all of our requests. The condo was well equipped, and the one bedroom as described had two separate single beds, which were comfortable. It would be nice if the two single beds could be changed to a queen. Other than that we enjoyed the condo location since it was close to all the amenities of Waikoloa Village.

Beautiful Condo

Very nice condo with everything we needed for our vacation. The location is amazing, between A Bay and Waikoloa. Beautiful panoramic view from the lanai volcano to the bay. Great walkable shortcut to Abay and a beautiful beach walk. Clean and well stocked. When we return, we’ll book here again!

Perfect location

The property surrounding Vista Waikoloa is immaculate. It’s just a short walk to the beach access at the Marriott, and is very close to shopping and as well as food options. The location is also easy access (15-20 min drive) to several beaches in the area. The unit was perfect for us having a washer/dryer as well as full kitchen. The sunrises and sunsets on the balconies are hard to beat. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Hawaii Vacation

Family of 4 adults, stayed 6 days, very clean and spacious. Great views from large balcony. Nice to have full kitchen and utensils too cook meals and a washer/dryer after day at beach. Would love to stay again if visiting Waikoloa.

This condo is beautiful and located in a great location for your Kamuela/Waimea/Kona vacation. The space is well-planned and open, with a lot of lanai space. The neighborhood has lots of places to wander and explore as well. Well-stocked with supplies for the beach. Convenient elevator and parking. Perfect for a small family.

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. It was clean and up to date with furnishings and linens. I think the only drawback for us was the fact that it is on a busy street and when you have the lanai doors open you do hear a lot of street noise. It does quiet down after sunset. Thank you.

Peaceful and Quiet

Vista Waikoloa condos offer some of the largest lanai's on the Big Island, giving the condo's a light and airy feel. E301 is perfectly situated on the top floor on the corner giving it maximum views and privacy. The condo's are light and airy and very spacious with large lanais that are perfect to enjoy the tropical weather from. The Vista Waikoloa complex offers a large heated swimming pool and is welcoming and quiet. The grounds are always immaculate with beautiful flowering silk and plumeria trees.

The location is unparalleled with walking access to A Bay, Lava Lava Beach Club, Kings and Queens Shops, Waikoloa Beach Golf course and the Mariott and Hilton resorts. A Bay is a beautiful white sand beach, well known on the Big Island for excellent snorkeling, swimming with turtles and offers boat tours for sunset and whale watching. It also features Lava Lava Beach club with live Hawaiian music and hula and excellent tropical cocktails. Queens Shops offers a salon, supermarket and multiple shopping and dining options.
