La propiedad está cerrada y le brinda la comodidad de un espacio de estacionamiento reservado para su vehículo. La piscina comunitaria de agua salada incluye dos jacuzzis, vestuarios y espacio para relajarse rodeado de terrenos impecablemente cuidados con una abundancia de fragante follaje isleño. Es una piscina segura para niños y ofrece grandes oportunidades para el disfrute familiar.

También encontrará una encantadora comunidad cubierta al aire libre / área de picnic, completa con parrillas a gas. Para su comodidad, el acceso a un gimnasio y centro de negocios abierto las 24 horas también está incluido en su alquiler.

This is a great condo for its location. My wife is handicapped and this single story condo with close parking made it less challenging for her. The pool was close by too. The condo was nicely stocked with everything you would need.

Perfect condo in paradise

Our stay here was everything we could have hoped for during our time in Hawaii. Great location walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Hilton conference center. This place is a little larger than the photos suggest too! The hosts were great to communicate with and I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in this area.

Nice property with a great location. There are many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance (0.5 miles or less). Our host was quick to respond to emails and was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

beautiful location

This is the perfect spot if you are attending a conference nearby and want a walkable location at a much lower cost than resort hotels! OR just a great location! Everything was clean and the location is quiet and lovely! Our host was very communicative and helpful! This unit is steps from the pool which was wonderful!

Perfect vacation home

We have stayed here before and definitely will again! This condo is so welcoming and relaxing. We love being on the ground floor as my boyfriend has back issues and stairs are a pain! Close to the pool and we love the lanai! Owners are super responsive to any questions we had. Loved our visit!

Terrific Location

We love staying at Vista Waikoloa! This condo has easy access to the pool and the BBQ. The Lanai is so peaceful. We get up each morning to the native birds singing.

Peaceful Retreat

The area is very quiet and convenient to the local amenities. We were pleased with how well appointed the kitchen is, and enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor sitting/dining areas. None of the walking paths go directly in front of this location, which is nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there.

Well-equipped house

We loved the house hosted by Gretchen and Bob. It is in a wonderful complex, clean, spacious and well-equipped for hanging out on the beach, picnics and cooking. I would highly recommend this house.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your vacation home! This house was perfect! Lots of space, great location near pool and beach! Had all the beach amenitites we didnt pack! We actually split our time between between this place and 1 other and commented multiple times how we wished we had just stayed at yours! Mahalo!

Fantastic vacation Stay

Staying here was an absolute pleasure. The unit was spacious, very clean and had everything you could want. It was close to the beach, shopping and numerous restaurants. I had several communications with the owner who was very accommodating and gracious. They also provided a comprehensive welcome binder full of very useful information and brochures for all the activities and sightseeing on the island. When I return to the Big Island I will try and make arrangements to stay here again.

Great place-spacious,airy. Can walk to shops and beach is 10” walk. Everything was great except I left a pouch behind containing about 200 worth of sun block and moisturizers that host was gracious enough to let us back in after check out 3 hrs earlier. Upon arrival, apt had already been cleaned, beds made and linens changed. Pouch was not there.

Wonderful Waikoloa condo!

The condo was exactly as described on the website, everything was awesome. Great location, close drive to the very best sandy beaches. Very short walk to the pool and the awesome hot tubs. The condo was very clean and all of the appliances worked great. Gretchen promptly answered all of our questions, including providing helpful local information. We enjoyed having beach chairs and towels available for our use. We would definitely rebook this property.

Very nice updated condo. Needs pots and pans replaced. Some areas not very thoroughly cleaned when we checked in. Great location. Some pool noise but certainly tolerable.

Hi Donald, We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Interesting what you said about our pots & pans because we just replaced them in January so fairly new maybe not top of the line but with it being a rental they do get a lot of use. We would have wanted to hear from you if the condo wasn't clean in any areas when you arrived & we would have had the cleaners come back out until you were satisfied we always get very good reviews on how clean it is when guests check in. This is also the first complaint we have ever had about pool noise the landscaping is a great buffer between our unit & the pool it's usually people saying how happy they are that our unit is so close to the pool but I do apologize if you were inconvenienced by any noise. We do agree the location is amazing & so happy you enjoyed Hawaii.

Highly recommend!

We had wonderful experience staying at Gretchen's condo. The listing and check in instructions were accurate and detailed. The condo is very well stocked and clean. Vista Waikoloa has very clean, well maintained, heated pool and two hot tubs which we fully enjoyed. We usually stay at Kolea resort, but found Vista Waikoloa be equally enjoyable. Unfortunately, our toddler scratched TV screen with crayons bad enough so it had to be replaced. Despite this inconvenience for the host, Gretchen's communication with us remained courteous and complete which we greatly appreciated.

Great stay at a gem of a property

We wanted to stay in the Waikoloa area since it is a good “base” for all the activities we wanted to do as a family. It was close to beaches, Kailua shopping, and other adventures. We booked this since it was in the area and fit the size of my family (4 of us). The condo is bright and LOTS of natural light if you want to open the sliders. Owners were VERY responsive and answered any/all questions we had. Emailed me back quickly. Property was clean and we felt very “at home” staying there. Close to the pool but was very quiet when we chose to sit outside. Would HIGHLY recommend and look forward to trying to stay at this property again!

Great location

Wonderful stay, we loved the short walk to see the sunsets and the closeness to shopping. The pool and hot tubs were great, we met some wonderful people there. Also, the community barbeques were very good. The condo is on the first floor and the way it is situated, we did not get much of the cross breeze, it is good to have the A/C when it got hot. Overall, the kitchen had what we needed, however some of the items are a bit old. Also, there was a lot of food left in the refrigerator that we had to toss out when we arrived. There was a large closet with lots of beach equipment which was great, but some of the items are getting old and a bit rusty (beach chairs and umbrella). Overall, we liked the condo and would stay again.

Thank you for the review we agree the location cannot be beat! I would have to wholeheartedly disagree with you about the cross breeze with all the doors & windows open we get a lovely trade-winds right thru the condo & regularly leave the A/C off & are quite comfortable. We were actually at the condo until the day you arrived & as we said in the note we left with the bottle of wine that we had left a loaf of unopened bread & some lemons & limes in the fridge we didn't want to throw them out since they were new sorry you felt the need to toss them. I am confused by your comment about our kitchen it is newly remodeled & we replaced all of the appliances & for that matter most of the items in the kitchen so I'm not sure what you are describing as old? The items we have in our lanai closet are not items we have provided they are things left from previous guests & they do get a lot of exposure to sand, salt water & use however beach gear is available to purchase everywhere on the island if you wanted new things & you would also be hard pressed to find other rentals that even have these items offered for use. We would love to have you stay with us again and are so happy you were able to celebrate your anniversary in such a beautiful place as Hawaii.

We live, work, and have raised our family in Anchorage, Alaska. We have five children ranging in age from 24 to 46 and four teenage grandchildren. We are both very active in the community but not so active we can’t escape to The Big Island for a some aloha spirit.

We love the laid back aloha spirit of Hawaii. In addition, it is the most convenient tropical location for Alaskans with many direct flights year round.

We particularly love The Big Island with its variety of climate, vegetation, wonderful beaches, and many things to do.

When we decided to buy in Hawaii, we looked at several properties. We didn’t get the same “island feeling” in the other units. The best way to describe it is the feeling of “aloha.” Walking into our condo and opening the lanai doors to the beautiful garden brings an amazing sense of peace, relaxation and anticipation of fun.

The location is perfect for exploring the beaches and towns on the sunny Kohala Coast. With the beautiful beach at A-Bay, fine dining and a variety of shops all within walking distance many needs can be met without ever having to leave the resort area. It is a haven whether you want to kick back and do nothing or venture out and do everything

The mature landscaping is amazing. The pool is salt water, heated, big enough for lap swimming and there are two fabulous hot tubs. The unit is ground floor so not having to carry groceries, or beach gear upstairs is great.
