This is a new listing in 2021. Please contact us to verify prices. Saturday to Saturday weekly rates apply to spring break and summer weeks for any length of stay. Check with us about longer or shorter stays at other times of the year. We will consider 5 or 6 night stays in the summer with short times.

Beautiful two bedroom two bath oceanfront villa on the first floor of Windsor Court South in Palmetto Dunes. Open family room to kitchen with 2 master suites. Lovely patio overlooking the pool view a view spanning to the ocean. Freshly painted and beautiful furnishings, you will have everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable BEACH vacation. This property has never been rented . Don't forget to enjoy the HOT TUB, one of our most favorite features. You do not even have to use the elevator after you move all of your luggage into the villa. Underground parking is available as well. Playground for children and lots of bike paths , kayaking , canoeing and bike rentals. Shelter Cove is just across the street with an under ground bridge to get to many shops and eateries including the best grocery stores.

What a wonderful condo, location and building! Jeanie, the owner, was great and so sweet even left a lovely note and beautiful flowers to greet us upon our arrival! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and The building and amenities were very nice. We will definitely be back!

Happy 4th on Hilton Head

We had a great week at Palmetto Dunes. The property is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, pools, and the bike path. The hosts were terrific!

Was a great week at HHI. The condo was clean and check in was easy. Great location. Went to the beach every day and while the beach was busy when looking in either direction it was quiet in our area. Was nice to cool off at the pool after the beach as well.

Lovely Spring Break Trip!

We had a great Spring Break at Windsor Ct South in Palmetto Dunes. The unit was very clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. It felt like a home away from home. Jeanie, the property owner, was so incredibly nice and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo, perfect location!

We had a wonderful time at Windsor Court! The condo was spacious for our family of 3 in a prime location on the beach. We enjoyed direct access to the ocean and spending time there and the community pool each day. Palmetto Dunes was great for biking around and easy access to several golf courses we played while staying there. Jeanne was super inviting and communicative although we had no issues during our stay, I was confident that I'd be able to reach her if any popped up. Hope to come back again next year!

Loved our time here! The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was so conveniently located next to the beach and had a wonderful pool as well. Jeanie and Larry are the best to work with and make sure everything is perfect! The flowers were such a special touch! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo, location and hosts

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. Windsor Court South is a lovely building within the quiet gated community of Palmetto Dues. The building has a wonderful pool and direct private beach access. The condo unit itself was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The second bedroom can either be set up ahead of time by the owner as two twin beds or one king, depending on what you need, just stating that because initially I was confused by the pictures. One other thing to note that I do not think is listed, the unit has access to a storage unit in the under building garage, which is stocked with beach chairs and toys to use, which is very nice. Our hosts, Jeanie and Larry, are also the owners and were fantastic to work with. Everything from booking to check in to check out was seamless and perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend! Thanks
