Part of me didn’t want to leave a review b/c it might generate more bookings, which could mean less availability for me! ;). This condo was better than advertised. Very clean, well decorated, well stocked, great view, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for a family of 6. They’ve got a fantastic blender, slow cooker, plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, and cookware. We’ve stayed in this complex before and this is our favorite unit thus far.The condominium is well kept, has a nice little gym, easy/quick access to the beach, very large pool, grills, and a storage facility on the ground floor where you can store all your beach stuff.The owners were great with communication and very easy to work with.If you’re new to Navarre, it’s very low key in a good way. I recommend visiting the zoo, Turtle Roll Ice Cream, Navarre Marine Science Museum, fishing on the pier, and Andy D’s.Thanks for a great vacation!

This place was amazing. I'm not sure what else I can say other than this place is EXACTLY what you're looking for if you're looking at coming to the beach. The condo itself is perfect and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable...something that folks often don't consider but is a quick way to make your stay miserable! Plenty of furniture on the patio to enjoy the views and the sounds of the waves crashing. Plenty of seating in the living room area and at the dining table. Kitchen is fully stocked. The view is absolutely stunning. The icing on the cake, however, is the communication with the homeowners. They were the BEST! We didn't have any issues during our stay, but their communication before and during our stay was better than any that I've ever had before. We will definitely be back!Places you must visit: Scooter's Fish House, Cactus Flower Café, Lilo's Shave Ice Company, El Jalisco Navarre, Johnny Hustons, TC's Front Porch.

This is an amazing property to stay at! Jerry and Susan were fantastic to work with and were great with proactive communication! Amazing location and proximity to the beach! We were also impressed with how well the condo was stocked in regards to pots / pans / dishes, etc to exceed all of your on site cooking needs! We will keep this property in mind in our future beach visits!

Great beach condo!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was very nice and a great location. Beautiful view of the beach and we loved the space on the balcony! We would definitely recommend to friends and family and we would definitely stay again. Owners were great to work with and gave us all the information we needed and very helpful with any questions we had. We loved Beach Colony at Navarre!!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

Communication with owners was excellent, friendly and informative. The condo itself is spacious and well equipped with everything you might need, especially the kitchen! Everything was very clean and well maintained. I would 100% stay here again, we had an amazing trip.

Great Trip to the Beach

We could not have been more pleased with our week spent in Jerry and Susan's condo at Navarre Beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated and there were no surprises. We found everything presented in the advertising and as told to us by the owners to be accurate. The owners were very prompt and thorough with their communications and instructions about codes, passwords, operation of tvs, and rules at the resort. They even texted us, on the day of arrival, that the housekeeping crew had finished early and we could get early access. Would love to rent this unit for future visits to Navarre.

Great Condo!

This property is lovely. Very roomy and well decorated by Susan. We had great communication with the property owners, which was highlighted as we had a storm during our visit. They passed all information they received from the location storm center, and provided suggestions as to how to ride out the storm. If you have never been to Navarre Beach, it is pristine! It is also a fairly small and quiet community, which was great for us. The balcony, with seating for 8, was our favorite place besides the beach and pool (pool was great!). Also, this property comes with 2 chair and 1 umbrellas beach service, which was great. The only negative we had was that the pillows were not the most comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beach front condo

We booked for 2 weeks in March. We were 4 adults. The condo and balcony were much smaller than the pictures on online represented in all our opinions. Cleanliness was 4/5 stars due to dust in master and sand in all rugs. The pool was not heated so that was disappointing as it was cool and overcast. We left 5 night early and our friends left 3 nights early that booking.

Favorite Place in Navarre

This is the 2nd time staying in this condo. I love the beach! Sunrise with coffee and sunset with an adult beverage from the balcony or a few steps to the beach. We had a few wonderful warmer beach days. Late February is a gamble. So many local fantastic restaurants, a few within walking distance. Day trips to Flora-Bama and Destin. Highly recommend. Owners very responsive and great communicators. Condo very clean-this is really important to me.

Wonderful Florida Get Away

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! The amazing view was EVERYTHING and immediately drew us out to the large balcony that faced the beautiful Navarre Beach. We spent many relaxing hours in the comfortable adirondack chairs during our week just taking in all the Florida beauty. The owners were concerned, friendly and available for any questions. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and short. The pool is beautiful as well. Enjoyed the easy parking and the cleanliness of the entire condo facility. We will definitely be back to stay here. Thank you Jerry and Susan.

Beautiful Condo

Loved every moment! Condo is even better than pictures and the location can’t be beat! Very safe, large condo overlooking a huge crystal clear pool, the views oceanfront can’t be beat! We will definitely be back as this is now our favorite last cation on the Gulf!

One of the most important things I believe is the cleanliness of a place and the ability to get in contact with the hosts… Jerry and Susan surpassed our expectations!! Family time at Navarre!

Excellent condo, furnishings, decor. The kitchen was EXTRA stocked with adequate dishes, glasses, pots, pans, kitchen gadgets, etc. Best condo we have ever stayed at on the panhandle. the pool is HUGE and can accommodate the crowd.

100% wonderful! Jerry and Susan were amazing to work with! We are so thankful they shared their condo with us. It was super clean, and the kitchen was amazingly stocked. The views from the balcony were gorgeous and perfect for our family to enjoy meals! We would absolutely return!
