Great Vacation

We had so much fun during our stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and beach were great! Savannah was an easy drive and a beautiful city! We will definitely be back!

Nice place

Check in and out was simple and easy. Condo was clean, parking was under the unit which was nice. Pool area was clean and well kept. A bit of walk to the water as the beach is very deep but easy access. Overall a nice place to spend some time away from home.

Our new happy place!

This was our first time to Tybee Island and we absolutely loved every minute! The condo was perfect, the pool was a perfect temperature and the beach was lovely and not crowded. And we even swam with dolphins 30 feet away.

Good location

The property was at a good location, walking distance to the beach. It didn't appear as if atleast 1 comforter had been washed. Kitchen was small, but we made it work. There are 2 pools, plus a kiddie pool, which was nice because it was never overpacked like it is with 1 pool.

Nice pool!

Ok premises, a little dated, if it mentioned no elevator I missed it. Which was important, my sisters both had surgery recently (knee replacement & rotator cuff) so it was hard to carry everything to 3rd floor. Pool was nice & we lucked out with the weather.

Just a few notes

Towel had a sand bur in it Sheets were stained These two things made me feel the place was less than clean. I'm sure everything was freshly washed but the ick factor of seeing stains on the sheets I was to sleep in and having a sand bur scratch across my flesh when I was drying myself, left me a bit off.

Quite hours were enforced and appreciated

The check-in process could have been streamlined by giving us the code to the condo and left parking pass in unit rather than having to go to the rental office. Wish we would have had more than 1 trash bag for the kitchen.

The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. I love this location because the beaches are beautiful and not crowded at all. I loved it so much I am planning to come back soon!

Great condo next to beach (and with pool!)

Great location, easy and short walk to beach. Property was exactly as advertised. Management office is open 7 days/week, which was very helpful, and they were super nice when I talked with them. Slight musty smell in the condo, but not terrible.

Great location

This property has its own area to walk to the beach. The downfall is that it is a little bit of a hike, but the hike is worth it. We were basically the only people on the beach in this area. The waves weren't crazy which was perfect for my small children. There was also a several pools, including a kiddie pool which was awesome. This property is also just a short distance from North Beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was we could hear the upstairs tenants walking around in their condo. Normally this doesn't bother me at all, my 3yr old doesn't have a problem sleeping but my infant struggled to nap cause of the footsteps. This is just part of vacation travel with tiny kids.

Amazing Amazing Amazing

This was the best place we have stayed at while on vacation! The location is perfect, the neighborhood was quite and safe! The condo was clean and updated and had everything we could need in it! Easy access to the pool and the beach! It was perfect from start to finish!

Great stay

Tybee is our favorite vacation spot! This location wasn’t too far of a walk from the beach and very close to the pool. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Very terrible accommodations

Check in was acceptable but the property appearance was not to be desired. The bathrooms has hair in the toliet and sink and we had to clean. The furniture was old, dengy and torn. The patio furniture was extremely worn, torn or broken. The linen was very nasty looking and we had to remove the covers. This was not enjoyable and for what we paid to include all the fees. It wasn’t worth the trip. This was my first time in Tybee and all I could think about how uncomfortable I was in this place. I don’t know if there are any standards for rentals but this unit was the worse place I have ever stayed in and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Additionally there was a family photo in the unit by the door. Even the doors were dirty. There was clearly no effort in presentation. Very very very disappointed and the owners should be ashamed to even rent the place in that condition. We took pictures if everything when we first walked in. I am expecting to be contacted and hope this unit is taken off of the rental sites or make necessary improvements
