We stay here one week every year for vacation. The room is always clean and the view is incredible. You can watch the big ships come in and out of port. Dolphins swimming and a great place to relax.

This property is SPECTACULAR! You can see the dolphins jumping and playing in the water right from your balcony! The view is AMAZING! The property itself is absolutely beautiful! The room is clean, spacious, has everything you need upon arrival and is very comfortable. I give this property a 10/10!!! I will request this unit again on my next trip to Tybee Island!

My mom and I had a wonderful time here! Very relaxing and everything we needed. The couch was super comfy to cozy up and watch movies. The view is amazing. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony each evening.

Our room was great. It was clean and the beach decorations were perfect. We are close to the beach and the pool. The only negative was our blender in the room didn't work to make smoothies, but we borrowed one from the room next-door. I would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved this property! The view was amazing and the condo itself was spotless when we arrived. We saw dolphins every day we sat on the balcony and they provided you with binoculars to use as well to get a closer look. It looks like they just remodeled the condo so everything looked new and freshly painted. We will definitely be back to this unit in the future.

The room was exactly as listed. Perfect for a couple or small family. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Lots of local restaurants to choose from and short drive into Savannah. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

The views were amazing, dolphins and ships every day! The pool was warm and clean. The beach was very accessible. The condo space worked perfect for our family of four!

Tybee get away

We had an awesome 6 day 5 night stay on Tybee. We had a great time taking in all the island has to offer, the beaches, the museum, the July 4th fire works and the awesome seafood restaurants.

It needs better signs to help navigate the property along with elevator signs. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Microwave didn’t work along with the garbage disposal. But we will would definitely go back to this same condo. Absolutely loved it.

We’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s our “beach house.” Love the view and thanks for the binoculars. They are great for dolphin watching.

Great location

Unit was clean and well stocked. The view was awesome and beach was quiet at the end of Tybee. Within walking distance of several good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a great location where the Savannah river meets the ocean so you can walk along a calm beach. The 3rd floor view from building B was exceptional but there were some trees that need to be trimmed, I wouldn’t recommend the first or second floor because your view is blocked. The elevator and handicap ramp are at the other end of the building and was a little difficult to get up the ramp due to the angle of it but it was worth it. The Condo patio was comfortable and cozy with outdoor lighting and a fan. The inside was perfect for 2 people, all the appliances were clean and updated. The bedroom had lots of storage and the queen size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had lots of storage and very bright. The only thing I would change would be a walk in shower. The shower had plenty of grab bars but it’s in a tub so it made me nervous to get in and out because I have knee and foot problems. If I had the money I would purchase this unit, it was just so relaxing. The pool was clean and easy to access, and the access to the beach was great and just on the other side of the pool by building A. The area was very quiet and serene. I would definitely recommend staying here.
