Condo was really nice and appreciated all the amenities, such as towels, bedding soap, etc. Check in is a strict 4:00, not a minute sooner. The beach area is located in a very natural setting with signage that says venomous snake area. So if that bothers you, just be aware! The second pool was closed a couple of times to add chemicals also, but the other pool was open. It was too crowded because it was so hot outside. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay.

Great Vacation

The condo is a very nice place and has easy beach access. Tybee is a great vacation spot. The people are friendly and has pleanty of great places to eat.

Great place, great location

Wonderful place to stay, clean, cute, wonderful short walk to the beach with great shells! Close drive to town, shops, coffee shop, lighthouse, great walking for morning strolls. If you like the Island life this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful beach, not a short distance.

Nice area, condo was nice just needed a really deep cleaning, furniture felt damp so we placed towels on all of it before we sat. All appliances seemed new and worked great. Really enjoyed the quietness of the area.

Nice getaway

Condo nice and clean, close to the beach, pools nice and clean. North end is not overcrowded very nice to relax and enjoy.

Family trip 2023

This was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The covered deck was perfect for hanging out and playing games in the evening. The beach was so peaceful with an easy walk from the condo. The pools were clean and refreshing. The location was perfect for us ee spent more time in Savannah than South beach and loved that it was not crowded.

Perfect Tybee Condo

The Condo was even more gorgeous in person. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. It had everything thing we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Been staying at lighthouse point for years. This Condo was definitely the best one I have stayed in. Thank you for opening up your vacation home for us to stay in.. We would definitely love to book this Condo again in the future..

Beach trip in October!

The was our second stay at this beautiful location. The first trip was with the kids, the second just my husband and I. Worked great both times! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The owner is quick to respond to questions. Everything is clean and tidy! Will definitely be back…especially in October! The weather was perfect and the pool was even still open! Overall great visit and wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful fall visit to the beach

This condo is in a great location with beach access just across the parking lot. The beach was very nice at all tides. I can’t remember seeing so many shells on a beach before! The condo was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed movies on the smart tv. When hurricane Ian threatened to be a problem, Justin was very flexible and helpful. Good eating on Tybee and Savanna is easy to get to.

Great Stay Great Amenities Great View

Property was as described. I think the view was better than shown in the pictures. All 3 beds were comfy! Host super heady to work with. Seems like one of the few with amenities on site. Nice walk to the light house. Would rent again.

Beautiful condo, great location on the island

Condo is lovely - clean and nicely updated. Short drive to Savanah for sightseeing. Beach is very private, only a few people unless you walk up the the public beach. Great patio to sit out and play cards, relax. Easy access with key code. Only drawback is no beach things included. It would be nice to have had just some basic beach towels and chairs. Also, the property description states starter set of paper towels etc included, but there was no starter set- no paper towels, napkins, garbage bags etc at all upon arrival.

Perfect choice for our week at the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this condo. The condo perfectly fit our needs as far as layout, comfort, and distance from the beach and pool. Parking is easy since there's an assigned space. The deck is huge and we found ourselves there after dinner each night. The condo has been decorated very cute and the kids loved all the mermaid references. The kitchen is not quite as stocked as others we have stayed at so plan to bring items like sink sponge, paper towels, and Ziploc containers for reheats. The beach was perfect - not too crowded and nice gentle waves for the kids to plan in. The pools were greatly enjoyed by the kids.

Great Stay in Tybee!

This condo is located on a very family friendly part of the island. It has easy access to the beach, has a spacious pool and is within walking distance to the lighthouse. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated and had all that we needed. The deck is much bigger than the pictures and accommodated our family of five comfortably! The "busy" part of the island is just a couple of minutes away and parking is easy to find. It was a great place for us to stay for our first trip to Tybee!

great family get away

We had a great time here. We are a family of 6 with kids ages 4-10. It was a perfect size condo with a great location for us. Great pool and beach access. My husband and I agreed the condo was bigger than the pictures appeared. The deck was also very roomy. We would stay here again if in the area.

Tybee time is the best time!

The condo was perfect. Awesome location for quiet beach time, sunsets, dolphin watching and surfing. The pool was great and right below the condo. Wonderful and accommodating hosts that responded to questions right away. Highly recommend renting beach bikes for the week. You can ride all over the whole island. Don’t waste money on a dolphin cruise- you can see the same thing at the Polk St beach access. We will definitely be back to our favorite little island next year!

Beach Fun

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Short trip to Savannah and the beach isn’t overcrowded. Kids love the pool. Overall great place to stay. Will definitely come back!
