Great stay in FMB

This was a great place for us to stay in FMB. Unit is in fabulous condition, lot of space, easy check in and check out. Almost hard to believe there are places in such good condition, with most places not back up after Ian. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach and some adjacent locales such as Diamond Head. Owner was super helpful with great commx

The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Very homey and comfy. The owner was very responsive and communicated well. This property is in a great location. 2 blocks from the beach!

Perfect Spot

The property was perfect for our stay. 4 beach chairs in great condition, a beach wagon & plenty of beach towels! Nice shower, Keurig, pots & pans, and tile floors. The location was perfect.. easy to walk to restaurants, shopping & bars with live music. Easy walk to the beach. Publix grocery store a few miles down the road (on the island) . Can’t wait to visit again and see the progress of rebuilding this beautiful beach community!

Very Clean!

It is a duplex, so we stayed in half of it. There were 2 couples. Both beds were comfy, plenty of towels, tissues and paper towels. Kuerig coffee pot. No dining table to sit at but very large counter with 4 stools. Bathroom is roomy. Great outdoor area with a table and chairs. It wasn’t as easy to get to the beach access but the wagon, chairs and cooler were awesome!

will not return

Worst was the 5 roaches we saw during our visit. The street is in transition with half the locations under repair, for sale or empty lots due to hurricane. Lots of noise with hammering and concrete trucks. Traffic at the corner is backed up for miles most of the day. l missed not having a clothes washer or dryer. Also no dish washer. No lanai for fresh air without bugs in the evening. It is a duplex with neighbors a wall away. They were noisy in the evening. Bathroom door was very squeaky waking up a light sleeper. No face towels in the bathroom for shaving or showering. Pots and pans were nice and new.

We are so sorry you were dissatisfied with our property. We have rented for over 6 years and we have never encountered a negative review. The property description is clear upon what the unit offers. I wish you would have contacted us about any issues real time so we could have corrected them immediately as we live in the nearby area. Ft Myers Beach is rebuilding after Hurricane Ian and is coming back strong. Thank You Patrick and Deborah

Wonderful Bungalow for Girls Trip

Stayed here with 2 other girlfriends from college. Everything about the cottage was as described. It was super clean and had beach and bath towels for days. Any kitchen that has crab crackers in the tool drawer gets an A+ from me. The kitchen had everything we needed, just grab your groceries and you're all set. I didn't use my app but Instacart does deliver to that address, so FYI if you don't have transportation to/from the store. There are TVs in every room which is nice if you want to take a break and have some alone time. Communication with the host was A+, she got back to us right away if we had any questions. She was kind enough to allow us to leave a little later than checkout since two of us had late afternoon flights out. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again soon.

Nice place!

Good location and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Times Square. Place was clean and provided just what we needed for the beach-chairs, beach towels, wagon, cooler and an umbrella. This is a plus for people flying in and can't bring this stuff with them.

Amazing place to stay

We had a hiccup with checking in (didn't get the code) and couldn't reach the owners for a couple hours, but once we got in, it was magical. The size is perfect for a week's vacation (nice to have a bedroom to escape to), the location is perfect...on a quiet street but close to the beach and a couple good eateries (including ice cream!). Close enough to walk to more restaurants at Town Square. Loved that they had beach chairs, football, floaties, etc for the beach, in addition to the towels. Everything about this property was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent accommodations & location

Perfect spot for a friends getaway. We walked everywhere. Beach was beautiful, beach bar very close and lots of restaurant choices. The home was very clean and it had everything we needed.

Perfect location

The accommodations were awesome! The space had everything we needed and a very short walk to the beach and great restaurants and bars! Quiet and safe street just minutes from everything, we will definitely be back.

Cute Retro Beach House

This retro beach house had everything we needed for a great stay! Perfect location on a quiet street with great neighbors. Everything we needed was provided, also easy walk to restaurants, beach and Time Square. Comfy bed was a huge plus!

Great Bungalow!

This bungalow had everything we needed!... Super location, quiet, all the amenities, etc... When we found out the beach chairs provided were broke - they were replaced the next day! Fun vacation!
