Beautiful Stay

This place was very clean and comfortable and everything my friend and I expected. Great area with so much to do. We were able to relax by the beautiful pool and meet very friendly people. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

The listing was accurate and it was a clean place to stay and the host exceeded expectations for communication. It was a bit tight for a family, but that was expected, and we were mostly just there to sleep. Overall, an excellent place to stay that is perfectly located near the bridge and facilities. Would definitely recommend!

Great place, great host, and great location

It was so nice to be met at the property with the owner who showed us how to properly operate the included golf cart. He even took us on a short tour showing us how to get to key places like Spanish Springs, Publix, Wal-Mart, and restaurants.

Cozy Quiet Retreat

This home had everything we needed. It was very quiet and comfortable. Just my husband and myself so we had plenty of room. The golf cart was an extra bonus. The location was perfect for our needs.

Fun everywhere

This was in a perfect location to enjoy all The Villages has to offer! The beds where so comfortable and this home had everything needed to keep vacation costs low if that's what you choose to do! The owners met us and welcomed us to their rental, very nice, hardworking folks! Everything was perfect for our stay and i highly recommend if you want to stay in The Villages

Clean and cozy

The house was adorable. We had a wonderful stay. Host was always available and helpful. Ed made sure we had everything we needed. Golf cart was fun and Spanish Springs town square was minutes away. Great location by Paradise Rec Center, lake and golf course.

Ed and Gladys did a wonderful job with this rental. Ed took us for a short golf cart ride highlighting some of the keys to an enjoyable stay. The use of the golf cart was invaluable navigating our way around. They were very responsive hosts.

The Villages : Inspires Vigor and Vitality

Perfect location to experience living in the Villages!! Ed and his wife made sure they were available throughout our stay keeping us informed about upcoming events, daily activities, and so many great amenities available by golf cart. We enjoyed immensely our golf cart adventures!!!

Lady Lake

It was a single wide modular home and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a little on the small size. It was very clean and the hosts were very nice. The house is close to stores and restaurants. There was a golf cart available to navigate around in the Villages which was very convenient. We would probably look for something a little bigger and stay for a longer time, if we decided to rent in the villages again.

Everything was very close by. Store’s restaurants entertainment. Manger got us a four seated golf cart so our daughters were able to enjoy it also. Thank you an hope to come again.

New listing delivers!

This was our first time to The Villages and Ed and Gladys went out of their way to show us around. We had no problems and highly recommend them after our stay. The golf cart was so fun and the location was very convenient to the square and a neat dog park.

Villages stay

This was a perfect location near my mom’s house in Spanish Springs. With the included golf cart, we were able to go back and forth to enjoy a sisters/ cousins long weekend. Having two bathrooms was great to get ready. Edward was easily available for questions and good communication. We did not take advantage of his tour of the Villages because we were already familiar with it.

Location Location Location plus a golf cart - Perfect

Proximity to Spanish Springs Square, rec centers, Walmart. Aldi, Target, Publix, Winn Dixie is 10 minutes or less by golf cart. So convenient. The activities available to renters is almost overwhelming but we figured it out. We had a wonderful time. We met so many people playing outdoor and indoor games, cards. etc. Edward (owner) lives near by so we knew we would have help if needed, but we never needed anything. He checked in with us a few times just to be sure. Highly recommended property owner.
