Amazing time! Clean, beautiful warm pool and hottub. Host was so helpful and nice. Welcome pack with goggles, detergents, tooth brushes and shampoos/soaps. Location is awesome too. Hope to visit again!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great. You can walk to get coffee, get lunch, shop and to the beach.. We had a wonderful time. Me and family will be back.

Great condo on 30A

Great condo close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Perfectly situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach close to the shops at 30Ave and easy beach access. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation! Owner is quick to answer any questions and check in is a breeze. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to 30A!

Great little spot

This cute little condo is in the heart of seacrest! Everything was so cute and laid out perfect for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the tv in the kids room was broken.

Cutest place for my daughter’s 13th birthday!!!!

Love, love love Jenny’s place!! The place is beautifully decorated and super convenient!!! We had planned on renting bikes and the bike rental place is right in front of the condo! They also have a great little store on the first floor so I didn’t have to move my car once we got there. Will definitely rent the place again. Jenny is a great host and so easy to deal with. Thanks again!

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! Jenny was really helpful and the house manual was also so helpful for everything we needed. We loved the welcome supplies. The condo is so nicely decorated and so close to everything that we never got back in the car after arriving. We were a little nervous about noise staying in a condo but Jenny told me before booking that this condo had been re-insulated and we never heard a single neighbor. Definitely recommend this unit!

Excellent condo!

This condo was perfect for our family! The Pictures and description online were very accurate. Plenty of space, nicely decorated and updated and a nice balcony view of 30a. Jenny was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. The location is excellent and had so much to offer from dining, shopping, entertainment, beach, etc. The walk to the beach is easy, but when we took the tram, we never waited more than a minute or two. I would highly recommend this rental!

Spring break 2023

We stayed at this property March 25-April 1 2023. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is clean and felt like a home away from home. Checking in was easy and the owner was easy to communicate with. The location is PERFECT! Short (5 min) walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Rosemary Beach, 15 minute walk to Alys Beach. The condo is right above Sundries store so the location was great. Anything you need is steps away. Parking was no problem even during Spring Break. We never had a problem. Our children ages 2 and 5 loved everything as there is always something to do and they were never bored. It was quiet at night except for the last night as there were new people staying upstairs that were pretty noisy but other than that was fine. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to returning next year!

Perfect stay on 30A

My family and another couple and their baby had a great time. They set up their pack n play with the closet door open which gave plenty of room for it. Our kids loved the bunk room and the heated pool and the kiddie wading pool. They loved going downstairs to sundries for snacks. My friend and I had fun downstairs watching a baseball game at beach n brew. Our wives enjoyed wine and people watching on the balcony. Lots of restaurants both downstairs in the building and just one block over in rosemary. I could put our name on the waitlists then come back to the condo until getting a text that our table was ready. Kids also loved the green space at the pavilion downstairs to run around and hear the band. Adults loved the different bars at the pavilion for specialty cocktails. Also have food stands down there. Great donuts, pizza slices, chicken salad sandwiches in addition to the restaurants. Lots of shopping around for nice things or souvenirs. Sundries also had groceries for breakfast, but the crepe place and Starbucks both in the building, were big hits. Tip: mobile order your Starbucks (can only use stars via mobile order) and allow extra time so you don’t wait in line. We got coffee the first morning, but then made a grocery run and used the keurig the rest of the trip. We also had a great breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast which was a short walk. Laco and Pizza By The Sea are great easy eats with kids. We did the beach at Inlet beach mostly because I could drop everyone off at the Winston st access then park and walk back (short walk). With the baby we didn’t want to wait on a tram or have to take the stroller. My friends had some sort of baby beach chair and baby tent. But we did walk over to the designated access when we arrived (the tram passed us while we were walking) and it was an easy 5 minute walk. My kids loved the pools and renting bikes as much as the beach, so we did a mix of things. And the condo was super nice and updated and well kept and had everything we needed and more! It was a memorable trip!

Excellent stay...exceeded expectations!

I highly recommend this property. Location was great and basically everything you need is within walking distance. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Bed configurations worked out great for our family of 5. The 2 pools were very close and were never too crowded. We chose to drive over to Inlet Beach every day. Quick easy drive and easy access to the beach. Would defiantly stay here again!
