Perfect little oasis in a neighborhood that has lovely deer walking through it, and lots of old live oak. Spacious place with plenty of room for a family or a romantic getaway, or just a quiet place to recharge.

My family and I enjoyed our time there. The Host answered all questions that I had. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The pool was nice and relaxing.

Jacuzzi and Fridge

Jacuzzi wasnt too clean and there were left over groceries from the guest before us in the fridge. Other then that, It was very enjoyable

Will do it again.

Like any house there is normal wear and tear, but it was cozy, fun, and conveniently located. The kids had a blast. The owner is very quick to respond when needed. Bonus, HEB is 3 minutes away!

Perfect family House

We came to town for the stock show. The house was in a well established, quiet, and SAFE neighborhood. It took us 15 minutes to get to the barn parking lot with no traffic. The house was perfect, clean, kitchen for cooking some meals to take with us. The master bed frame/ mattress need replacing, but other than that our stay was great. We will book here again!

Clean and spacious

The property was very clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and our dog. It was well stocked and we enjoyed our time there.

This home was awesome! this house is spacious plenty of room. The game room was awesome! the best part for us was the pool! With this texas heat we used the pool everyday my 2yr old nephew loved it! The neighborhood is nice and quite. You will see lots of deer that was a nice treat for us. We will 100% stay here again!

Just What We Needed

House and neighborhood were great! Kids spent a ton of time in the pool and the gameroom. Only issues we had were the floor was a bit dirty and missing a tv remote, but within the hour the host had us fixed up. Kids also got a kick out of the MANY deer that roam freely in the neighborhood. We went on a couple walks up and down the street and loved it! Will definitely consider this property again for our next San Antonio visit.

Family trip

This was a family reunion trip with 7 adults and 1 child. Very spacious and perfect for our family trip. Beautiful and relaxing for us all. Our 92 year old father enjoyed the deer and would sit and watch them at the window. The home was stocked with all our needs except one tv remote missing for bedroom where parents were. It all worked out. Thank you to the host.

Nice Home; Beautiful Neighborhood

We had six adults and three children, ages one to four. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was sparkling clean and the kids loved it. They also loved watching the deer in the morning and in the evening. The deer come right up into the yard. There is a Blackstone grill out by the pool that we used to cook breakfast every morning. The home is convenient to downtown and Morgan’s Wonderland. There is an H-E-B about a mile away with very easy access. We stayed here last summer and will stay again when we come to San Antonio. Kendall was very responsive to messages. The coffee pot did not work the first morning but by early afternoon, she had replaced it with a brand new one. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. We will definitely return. Thank you, Kendall for your hospitality.

Great Family Vacation

We were traveling with 5 adults and 3 children ages 4 months, 23 months and nearly 3 years old. We had plenty of room for everyone. And, those 3 little require a lot of space. :) Communication was excellent with Kendall. The house was clean and very nicely furnished. The pool was sparkling clean and everything was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was furnished with plenty of dishes and cookware. The patio had a Blackstone grill. The home was within 10-20 minutes of most attractions. We visited the zoo, the aquarium, the Riverwalk and Morgan's Wonderland. Nothing was more than a 20 minute drive. HEB was just a couple of miles away. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. We felt completely safe. Deer came out every morning and evening and the kids loved watching them. I would certainly stay there again when we visit San Antonio. Thanks Kendall for being a great hostess.

Oh Deer

The house had everything you needed from extra toiletries, pots and pans, detergent, trash bags to plenty of towels. If you like deer this is the place for you. They are EVERYWHERE! The neighbors across the street pour out bags of feed and here they come. Everything that’s listed is in the house. There are only 2 small tvs. One in the master bedroom and one in the living room with one remote for both. There is one dresser in the house so you’ll have to live out of your suitcase. The pool guy comes so don’t let that alarm you when you see a random guy at the pool. The master tub needs to be repainted and the guest bathroom vent and back of door needs a good cleaning. When the a/c goes off it gets stuffy so they have provided extra fans, along with the ceiling fans in almost every room.

The house was clean and very spacious. Pool was clean and Hot Tub on point. Location was excellent with quick and easy access to highways. HEB, retail stores, and restaurants were all with a couple of miles. Deer sightings did not disappoint! We saw deer families all 3 days we were there. We definitely would stay again and recommend to family and friends.
