Teresa was easy to work with and communication was quick and easy. The condo felt much more dated than anticipated and was quite humid/damp inside. When we checked in, there was urine in the downstairs half-bath, and we later realized it is because that toilet was very slow and had trouble flushing completely. The upstairs toilet was not much better. Because of the dampness it looked like there was some mold or mildew on some of the air vents. I would have been fine if the thermostat could have gone to 70 but it is stuck at 72 - and seems like it struggles to really keep up. Luckily it wasn't very hot when we were there but I can't imagine it would have been sufficient in 85 temps, which would be normal there. The upstairs never really got as cool as downstairs. The place just felt old and damp and that they just use paint to cover up any real issues it might have. My wife and I are not very high maintenance but these things were worth pointing out. I think a few nights was ok, but I can't imagine staying longer than that. Otherwise the complex was quiet and yes it is convenient to get to the beach. It was great we could have our dogs. You do have to cross a two-lane road that is somewhat busy, don't usually have to wait too long, but I didn't realize there was a road crossing for the beach walk. It took about 10 minutes to walk and get onto the beach. The location of the complex is convenient to pretty much anything on the island.

Teresa is a fantastic host! Very communicative and helped make some adjustments we needed during our stay! Staying in Stones Throw is a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay!

The townhouse had all the necessities and fit the four of us well. Sharing the bathroom with two teenagers was OK for one week, but not longer. The house was 3/10 mile from the beach; very easy walk. Hilton Head is a runners' dream. Lots of paved paths and with all the greenery, I was not running in the blazing sun all the time. I went on 4 runs and went a different way each time, totaling almost 30 miles for the week. Our dog had a great time!

We had a great time in Hilton Head! It was super close to the beach and close to plenty of great dining options. Theresa was very helpful and made sure we had an enjoyable stay.

Teresa was a great host and was very responsive. House was perfect for our family and pets, very short walk to the beach. The provided beach items were also a plus!

A great location for our family this past week. Teresa is an amazing host with strong communication: honest and easy to get ahold of throughout our stay as needed. The walk to the beach was quick and easy - even for our youngest (4 y/o) to do alongside us. The beach equipment provided was awesome! We had a great time!

Comfortable condo

Comfortable condo for our family traveling with pets. Property manager was responsive, made sure we had what we needed and checked on us throughout our stay. Location was quiet, close to the beach and had a nice setup with comfy beds, extra bedding, washer/dryer, etc. Kids enjoyed the pool. Great place to stay as we waited for our new home to be ready.

Wish we would have stayed here - were pushed to another property by host

We did not get to stay at this location because we were pushed to stay at another location. I was "asked" to move to accommodate other travelers. Instead of a quiet, condo-like setting, the location provided was in a "resort villa" (really an apartment) where our front windows and front door overlooked an extremely loud community pool and indoor play area. The echos from the pool, and the stomping from feet above us, were constant. The smell of chlorine permeated the apartment. If we had known that we would have been pushed to a different location with this lack of privacy, and amenities, we would not have chosen to book. When speaking with the host she explained away the situation rather than addressing our concerns. When we attempted to adjust the booking through VRBO she was not accommodating.

Guys Trip, sure. Family Stay, no.

Overall communication was great. Until we reported issues. If you’re going to play golf or stay t the neck the whole, the location can’t be beat. You have 2 bars within a 5 minute walk and the beach in 6 minutes. Our infant son crawled for 10 minutes and when I picked him up, his hands and feet were dirty. We had to rewash the sheets to get prior dirt and sand out. We found, the hard way, broken glass the cleaners missed. The unit only has 1 AC system, so fans only upstairs to stay cool. The thermostat is set different than the description.Overall, not for us.

Wonderful condo.

We had a great time staying here. The complex was quiet and nice. The pool was large and never crowded. It is just a short walk to the beach, even with kids, it wasn’t bad at all. We ended up riding our bike down to Burkes beach a lot as the beach by the condo was very crowded. The condo itself had plenty of room for all of us and it is always so nice that we can bring our dogs with us.

Perfect location on the island-near everything and close to the beach

The condo was lovely and clean. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond about a minor issue. Based on the ease of dealing directly with the property manager (phone and email), we would definitely stay here again!

Not premiere like property

Great location with nicely decorated condo. But several non working items, bare minimum and not organized kitchen. Bathroom shower curtain- both interior and exterior were moldy. Tub was dirty and stained. New fan and light in living room but not operational; Roku upstairs non- functioning; usually not a big deal but payed much more for this condo to have working Roku to watch Wimbledon. Prior premiere hosted condos have been spotless and delightful; this one was a surprise. Large areas of paint scratched off inside of several doors on inside. Curtains missing from 1 MBR window with 1 bracket on wall and 1 bracket under dresser. This is first time we’ve been disappointed by VRBO; all prior rentals have been as advertised. I did text owner about non-working things; she responded promptly but not able to remedy.

Exactly as pictured

This two bedroom split level condo is in a lovely neighborhood and approximately a five minute walk from Folly Field Beach. There is a pool a minute away from the condo. Teresa, the property manager was helpful and communicative the entire process.
