The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out and fully stocked with everything you could need. You'll love the ample counter space, beautiful cabinetry, and brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a stove, fridge, freezer, and microwave. There's also a pantry, utility closet, and a washer and dryer tucked at the back of the kitchen for your convenience. All basic kitchen necessities are provided, including dishes, silverware, cups, cookware, cooking utensils, a toaster, coffee maker, and more!

Important Update: Guests can no longer use a code to get through the gate. You will have to use the directory to find unit 1E, and then call us using the touch pad at the gate. You can also use the directory code 00007. It will call our office, and then we will press 9 to let you through. Once you get through the gate and into the condo, there is a lanyard with a keycard that can be used for the duration of your stay to get through the gate. IF THIS KEY CARD IS NOT LEFT IN THE UNIT AT YOUR DEPARTURE OR IF YOU LOSE/MISPLACE IT DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE FINED $150 TO REPLACE THE CARD.

This condo is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall.
