Featuring 2 bedrooms with king size beds (one has patio doors for access to upper deck with views overlooking the back yard and the lake.)
3 Twin size beds in the Bunk Room, and 1 Twin size bed in another Separate bedroom.
The Family room and a connected Bonus room, looks out onto side patio, and backyard for yard games and family fun. A Volleyball / Badminton net and a Beanbag toss / Cornhole game is available too! There's even a little golf putting green, for a little practice before you hit the local golf courses!
Fully equipped 'eat-in' kitchen (dining area) and family room, have great views of the large back yard, dock, and of course the Lake.
Walk out onto your private covered patio for your morning coffee, or out on the upper deck for lounging and a long awaited and relaxing evening cocktail, to watch the sunsets.
Our bonus room has a large T.V. and a futon sofa.
Includes laundry area with washer/dryer.

Covered dock has 2, [10' wide x 20' Long] Boat slips.
One slip has a boat lift that will accommodate most bass boats, ski boats, pontoons and tri-toons )

Water depth varies during the year, but is about 6 ft. deep at dock.
Custom dock-stairs for easy access to swimming area for getting in and out of the water..
Fishing holes and crappie beds within casting distance from dock or for fishing along the shoreline.
There's another patio with seating down by the seawall which leads to walkway out to the dock.
Beautiful lake views of the quiet cove and main channel with sunsets to remember!
Blacktop paved road all the way from main highway to the lake house.

* Parking for Maximum of 4 cars on paved driveway of property. Violation of parking restrictions grants host the right to terminate your stay without refund at any time after check-in . Do Not Drive or park on any grass and patio areas.
* No More than the 8 guests can stay each night.
* Guests must stay within property's boundaries at all times.

Any guest staying that is more than listed on your itinerary, and you will be charged a base Fee of $300 and an occupancy maintenance fee of $100 per person, per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund at any time after check-in if you exceed the maximum occupancy (8 guests).
