Two additional bedrooms feature a queen bed and full bed, along with a second full bathroom. A sleeper sofa allows the condo to comfortably sleep up to eight.
Resort amenities include two swimming pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy every day at your own pace.
You're steps from Schooner's, minutes from local favorites like Patches, Liza's Kitchen, and Finn's Island Style Grub, and a short drive to St. Andrews State Park for nature trails, jetties, and bay access. Pier Park is also just a quick drive away for shopping and family-friendly entertainment.

These will be in the unit when you check in. Please display the parking pass in your vehicle at all times or you will be subject to towing. You MUST leave the parking passes in the unit upon check-out or a you will be charged for each missing pass/band. There are no assigned parking spots.
- Parking in the parking deck is limited to 1 vehicle. There are no assigned spots.
If you have additional vehicles, please be aware that there is an overflow lot but it is a few miles away. This is due to parking deck maintenance so HOA has put restrictions on number of cars in the deck.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
