We had a family beach week with 9 adults and 1 toddler. The house was amazing! It comfortably fit all 10 of us. Along with being dog friendly, which made it even more fun for us to include our furry one.Amy is a great host by providing all of the beach gear you need between shibumis, beach chairs, beach wagons, and tents as well. Typically I bring my own shibumi beach cart, but it wasn't event needed, which was great.The house is located close to the park & pickleball courts. Along with being super close to Publix & coffee shops. It made it very easy to get around. While the house is just a view steps from the beach. My family and I already want to stay here again next summer. Highly recommend this house

Our vacation was awesome! The host has everything you can think of or possibly need. You can tell that they think of this as an experience for families not just a rental property. The kitchen has everything you need, there are toys for the kids, everything you could need for the Beach or pool. The beds are super comfortable. The views from the deck are amazing and there is a park right across the street for kids to play or Ride Scooters or bikes. There are four refrigerators so you never run out of space even with a large family. Any questions I had were addressed immediately. The only downside, if you want to call it that, is the access between levels is outside unless you're using the elevator.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had the absolute best family vacation! Kids loved the pool, beach and games. Adults loved the wonderful ocean view and breeze. It was close to everything, but we rarely left because the house was so well stocked. Hope to stay again!

Great stay!

The home was very well equipped and the owners were great regarding communication. The beach is right across the street and the house has everything you need- plenty of space for a large group to spread out. We love the covered picnic table area for group dinners.

Very lovely home with pool and beach right across the street. The elevator was great, didn’t have to run up and down stairs with heavy stuff.

Beautiful Property

This place is beautiful and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach! The owners are fabulous and the house is in a perfect location. Highly recommend staying here, you definitely get what you pay for :)

Beautiful Beach Home

Just a perfect beach home. Magnificently clean well stocked home. Loved the way each kitchen had every gadget from a cocktail Muddler to a countertop ice maker.Loved the pool area and all the fun games.Will stay again. Thank you for making our trip extra special!!!

Fabulous all around

This property was amazing! Beautiful, well stocked in all aspects - kitchen, beach items, games, bikes - this place had it all. Nancy was great. We had 3 generations of our family staying and all enjoyed it immensely. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This is the place to stay. Very comfortable and convenient. Good supply of quality beach chairs, carts, bikes, games and everything you need for a cookout.

Wonderful vacation

House was in beautiful location steps from the water. Kids loved the pool. Tons of room and everything you needed to enjoy your stay. I had never stayed in a house that really had everything we needed and more. Could have packed much lighter!

2nd stay this year!

Love this home. Clean, well laid out, great location for beach access and walkable shopping (groceries)! Didn’t use our car for a week. The park behind us was great for the kids also. We will be back again for sure!

Great house and owners

What a great house and location! The owners were helpful and provided everything you could want. It has a beautiful beach view in front and a park with ball field, playground, and splash pad for the kids. Although there are two kitchens, our group of thirteen only used the one on the top floor. Would highly recommended this property.

Amazing week at the beach!!

A perfect house for a large family with lots of kids. A great location very close to the beach and right across the street from the park and splash pad. We love Oak Island and this house has it all! We can’t wait to see you in 2024.

Perfect house and location for 16 family members

We are three generations ranging in age from 5 to 77. We especially enjoyed the beach house decks and the proximity to the beach. There was more than enough room to spread out yet be together for fun times and conversation. Also, the grandchildren loved the elevator.

Great property

Had a total of 12 in our party. This property was great for all of us. Plenty of room to spread out but also great spaces for all to gather. Nicely decorated, great location. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Property Manager Nancy is top notch; Very friendly, responsive and professional. One of our best rentals in the many years we have visited OKI. Highly recommend.

Perfect home for making memories!

This property was PERFECTLY equipped for making memories; it had everything that we needed to accommodate our children and grandchildren. The location was perfect (across the street from a beach access and a lovely public park directly behind with a mini water park for the little kids). The amenities on the property were great (fully equipped kitchen, grill, games, beach equipment, bicycles, etc.). And the host was easily accessible and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.
