Pleasantly satisfied

We are always a little nervous to come to places we havent experienced before. Nowadays it seems the customers arent always right, and the way some ppl act i can see why. This adds to the anxiety of being stuck in a poor service. Thats not the case here. The place was newly remodeled and it was very cute and clean. I hope they keep it going. Meeting Karen here was a nice personal touch. She was quick in her responses as we just had a couple questions. Pool was neat, inviting. As were the grounds overall.

Excellent communication

The apartment is in a residential complex above Fredericksted. It faces towards the main harbour with a view across the parking lot, rooftops and down to a slight view of the sea. There’s a small veranda for enjoying your morning coffee. For those with a car, it’s a convenient location to see the whole island. It has secure parking and lovely grounds. The pool area is beautiful and surrounded by well-maintained gardens. The unit is well-equipped and nicely appointed. Karen was an excellent host and responded quickly to our queries. The only negative item to note won’t be an issue for many people: there is a fair bit of noise from the parking lot as residents come and go. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

St. Croix Vacation

Our stay at Orange Grove was impeccable. Clean, newly renovated, close to main attractions, beaches, and stores, safe, among many other great features. Karen was so sweet, accommodating, and responsive. Will definitely stay here next time we visit St. Croix, and recommend this property to new or returning visitors.

Not great mgt, decent place

First of all the place itself looks just like the pics and is decent for sure. It is a little difficult to find though. Now...issues... 1. I booked and emailed the property mgt Karen (idk if same as owner) with some questions. It took WEEKS for a response and I only got one after I emailed a 3rd time stating I was going to cancel if I did not hear back. 2. The prop. Mgt them tools me to call her when we were heading to the unit (confirmed & sent a number) from the airport so she could meet us there. She knew we were not landing until late at night so it would be around 11pm before we could make it there. We did just that, called repeatedly and she never answered. We weren't sure if we were going to get in that night or not! It was 20 min later, we were at the unit when a gentleman called and said he was 5 min away mm 15 minutes later Aaron showed up. Nice guy but, he asked us to do the paperwork in the parking lot at 1130pm....ok fine. But then he didn't want to make "the long walk around the building" to the front door so he had us climb over the balcony railing, worn our luggage!! FYI it is literally less than 50 feet from the gate to the front door of the unit. I am 53, my husband is 63, climbing railings, come on. I didn't obviously understand what he was talking about when he suggested going to the balcony (thought it had access from that side too). Whatever we made it in and went to bed. 3 Check out was simple 4. Close to town (you still will need a car) good studio unit but really poor management. I should not have to wait weeks for a response to emails. 5. Idk if I mentioned it but the unit is all updated, beach towels and chairs provided. Pool is nice as well.

Simply Lovely

Karen was a gracious host. Very attentive to my needs. The space itself looks like it was recently renovated. Everything was immaculate and very comfortable. The lush bed and bedding made for the most comfortable sleep ever. I highly recommend staying with Karen and her team whenever visiting the area.

Great Time

Place is as listed. Host was very professional, on time and very helpful on suggestions when needed. Property conveniently located near food and stored. Only issue we had was we didn't know pool hours and the signage was blocked due to construction on property.

Very nice and updated studio apartment

We had a very excellent experience, the place is very convenient especially if you want to cook and entertain, clean and updated, lovely view, one thing I would suggest is to invest in a generator, because at one point the power went out for hours and it was uncomfortable, but apart from that very nice place and location. Charles was great. Thanks again.

Great Property Manager

The property manager was great. We was lost and she came and guided us to the property. The condo was very clean and updated. I recommend staying there and would stay there again.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient, great value

Loved our stay! From the first inquiry, Karen was quick, welcoming, informative. Condo itself is a sweet studio. Beautiful renovation and design. Comfortable bed and linens fresh. Walk-in shower was relaxing. Appreciated the closet with hangers and drawers at the end of the bed frame. Gorgeous plants growing everywhere in the complex! Easy parking in gated lot. Didn't use the pool or grill but they looked nice and clean. We just had too much fun at the beaches instead! Enjoyed being so close to everything but also having a sweet place to stay in during the pandemic. Nice to have portable/beach chairs on the patio. An umbrella and small cooler would be a special added touch for beach outings. Plenty of place to plug in chargers in the kitchen/eat-in bar and by the TV. Would recommend an extension cord / surge protector on the wall behind bed and couch so it's possible to charge from there. Overall, great spot for a needed first vacation in 12 months since the Covid pandemic started. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

At Condo Azul, you will feel safe in our gated community that can only be accessed with a secured key card. Vacationers with rental cars are welcome as this until comes with a free parking space.
On the upper level of the condominium, you will also find a grand pool with scenic views of Christiansted.
